Piñatas are nicely made, I needed an Among Us piñata, shop was out of stock but they were able to get one for me in a timely manner.

The guy gave a balloon and 3 minutes later it deflated. Took it back and didnt want to give me a refund.

I have used this party shop for years! Always great service and friendly owner! Recently, I was looking for a Halloween pinata for my sons small bday party. They were out of what we were looking for since Halloween pinatas were extra popular this year. As soon as she recieved more in she text me and let me know. My son and I went in and there was such a great selection of Halloween detailed, great quality pinatas! We bought a giant pumpkin pinata. It was so sterdy it really took a beating and lasted! With about eight pounds of candy. Even with teen boys and some adults hitting it! Everyone had a blast! Keep in mind she does only do cash only. Happy to help a small business keep a float during this crazy year!

Horrible service. She told me a price for a piñata and since she doesn’t have a working ATM I went across the street to get the exact dollar amount she told me and not to mention the gas station charged me a fee for cash back. When I go back she says oh I forgot about taxes. So for 2.78 she chose to lose 30 dollars. It’s ok I found another party store where I got a piñata for 20 dollars. So I won at the end because I won’t be back at this store. Poor service

This place is terrible they’re timing is horrible. We rented an inflatable jumper, cotton candy machine, tables, and chairs for an 11 year old’s birthday party. The party is today (11-16-19) at 1pm and they told us they would be here at the location with the items rented from 7am-10am. It is now 12:43 and they haven’t arrived and we have called them multiple times asking where they were and all they had to say was, “sorry we are about 5 minutes away.” They’ve been giving us the same excuse for the past 2 hours. I would not recommend this place last year we threw him a 10th birthday party and the exact same thing happened last year where they wouldn’t arrive until extremely late. This place’s promise with timing is terrible I would not recommend renting from this shop. Two years in a row never again.

Decent prices, piñatas are hit or miss if not pre-made. Got an obstacle course type jumper and it was delivered as expected.

We Pre-order and pre-paid for balloons for a surprise baby shower and as we pulled up to pick them up we see a portion of our order driving off in another car this throwing our schedule off to set up for this the party. unbelievable 😖 Response to the owner - The bottom line we were told the order would be ready at 9:45 and at 10:15 not ready. Learn to respect your costumers time!

I called the owner and ordered a balloon bouquet, along with 20 mylar balloons for a preschool graduation two weeks before the day of my event. On the day of the graduation I show up to pick up my order and the store is closed? I call and the owner says she is running 15 mins late, I say that I have cupcakes to pickup too, so I can come back, but is my order ready? She says that if I placed an order it is ready. I come back half an hour later and the store is still closed and its noon? I call her again and she said she came in and looked, but I never placed an order with her and she had to leave again. I realized then that she really did not care about her orders or her customers. I had to drive quickly to Party City in Eastvale to get what I needed and arrived 15 minutes before my graduation started! I will never again buy anything from that store.
