I think this is the parent company for United Uniforms. I have 3 of their CDC coveralls. The best Ive had. The store where I bought them said they were good and they were right. So far so good for me. I also bought the Tac Squad brand zipper boots. Had them 8 or 9 months now no trouble. Really liking the coverall now that its summer.

First I would like to say these are the worst law Enforcement uniforms Ive ever purchased! I am currently a property and evidence officer for L.A.P.D. and we are required to wear law enforcement uniforms that are very similar to the sworn staff, the major difference is that our uniforms are black and not dark blue like the sworn staff. I was provided with 2 sets of Blauer uniform from Galls, but I wanted to have a couple more sets. So I looked in to tact squad and I liked what I saw but shortly after I purchased the uniforms I realized the poor quality of the tact squad uniforms. The threads on the pants have become undone, the hook and eye hardware had to be replaced, their have been tears in the pockets. Ive taken the uniforms multiple times to the dry cleaners to address these issues, as matter of fact, the stretch fabric on the waist of the pants is tearing, so once again I will need to have the pants sewn and repaired. I originally purchased the uniforms down at LA Uniforms and Tailoring in Lawndale. I paid $426.56 for the uniforms, but with all the tailor fees, these uniforms have probably cost me close to $1000.00! Ive decided to to throw the uniforms away and take my losses. These uniforms are garbage ! I would not recommend this brand to the Property u0026 Evidence Officers, Detention Officer, or the Sworn officer. I am completely dissatisfied and let down by your brand. I know I am just one dissatisfied customer and this might fall in to deaf ears, I will begin to write and share my experience in every media outlet that is available to warn and law enforcement personnel who are considering in purchasing tact squad uniforms.Just a quick update, I reached out to Amwear and expressed my dissatisfaction with their product via email. A gentlemen by the name of Rob M reached out to me, At first he seem very attentive to address the situation. Its been over three weeks and I never heard from him again. Not only is their product garbage, their customer service is horrible. Why would you respond to my email just so you can ignore it and disregarded! Do not buy this product!

Today July 29th 2019. I had an interview with this company. It had to be the worst interview ever, none like it ever. I came from an awesome background, my start and schooling was aerospace, specifically QC. In aerospace we lost our contracts, business went Sour. I then made a change over to QC plastic injection molding. The company I worked for manufactured heart stents, catheters. This woman, Tori interviewing me obviously did not look at my resume. She kept asking can I learn their product. I said yes of course given the time. I came from a strict background FAA and FDA regulated (airplanes and medical devices). Everything she said, was an insult. I thought I was going for an interview for the Regional Sales Manager position. She tells me no, it involves travel I do not think a woman should travel. WOW, where has she been? Isnt that discrimination? Then she offers me a job in customer service for $12. To $14. an hour. What the hell, what an insult, unbelieveable, anybody wants to see my background and longevity on the job go to the LinkedIn site. I asked her things like do the make their uniforms etc local or import? I asked if the Tarrif situation has effected them. Do you have literature, catalogs and brochures for reference as learning tools. Yes, but you have to learn and know product. I told my 21 year old son in college, he works for Disneyland and 2nd job with Starbucks. He laughed, he said Mom how stupid the minimum wage has is being passed to $15. an hour. He said, go work for Disneyland they start at $16. an hour. I laughed and said coming from a kid. You are smarter than they are. My previous employer fail on hard times, I loved my job and the company as did everyone else. The senior in the department 34 years, I was the least Senior with 13 years. That says alot about a company, I bet this company has a turnover off the charts, no retention or longevity. Good luck find someone else for your job, it wont be me. Anyone interviewing, I would do my homework and think long and hard before accepting a position from them. We do not live in the stone age, women travel all the time, perhaps where she is from, her country they do not.

Not amazing, but not horrible either. I went here to pick up some uniforms and they couldnt find them at all. My name wasnt even in their system. I had to try on some random uniforms before I could find the right ones.
