Always very quick service, Allegra was very personable and seemed to be pretty on top of it! Great customer service here at this AutoNation! Also I want to say that the shuttle driver, Bill is the best shuttle driver! Ive used the shuttle service a few times now, Bill is very friendly, punctual and always in a pretty positive mood. There was only one time I had a different driver and it just didnt compare.
Michael Abrego was quite helpful in getting my vehicles battery diagnosed and changed quickly and completely. I would have no problems returning to have my vehicle serviced in the future.

Had a battery issue on our Tundra and had to be towed in. Did not arrive until after 12:00 and they closed at 5:00 so I was concerned we may not get our vehicle back before they closed. The only negative is there are numerous staff members behind the desks but most seem to evade eye contact and be busy. It is somewhat confusing who to go to when you first step through the door. After that, the service personnel are very courteous and keep you informed if they run into anything out of the ordinary. My service advisor Matthew did a good job of taking care of the repairs which were all covered under warranty. Overall a good ending to a morning that started very badly.
Is always personable and friendly. Not sure why I wait 2 hours for an oil change when I made an appointment though. Otherwise great service.
I have purchased two vehicles from this place. No issues. The service area is pictuerd. They provide free coffee and water. Seats are comfortable. Compared to island tire and automotive the service is slow. Price is about the same. The personnel in the service area are friendly and I have never felt like they were trying to rip me off.
Every visit is a pleasure. The customer service is amazing and you always feel welcomed. A company who works with you and does their best to help you.

In the past, I have been pleased by the service I received at Autonation Toyotota. Unfortunately, I was very unhappy about my recent service experience. When my wife had her vehicle serviced at Autonation Honda, she never had to go in the building. She was able to maintain social distancing with the service advisor who came outside when she arrived. When she picked up her vehicle, she phoned the cashier, paid by credit card on the phone, and her vehicle was brought up front to her. When I arrived at the Toyota dealer for service, I was told I had to go inside to see my service advisor. Due to COVID-19 and being in a high-risk group, I had not wanted to enter the building. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I assumed I would not have to on inside for any paperwork. I called the service department to let my advisor know I was outside, and I was put on hold. After holding for quite a while, I called back and found out that the person I was holding for was on a conference call! I talked to someone else who told me I had to again go inside for paperwork. When I went inside, there were so many individual stations for service advisors and so many people, it was impossible to maintain social distancing. When I signed all of the paperwork and went outside and got in my car, I discovered the wheel lock key had not been put back in my car. I had to go back inside again and wait for someone to go in the repair section to bring me my wheel lock key. I feel like not only did I receive very poor service, but worse than that, the service department’s procedures and arrangement of the room for the service department are not safe for preventing COVID-19, especially for people who are at risk. I hope that my lengthy review will lead to changes. There is no reason Autonation Toyota cannot adopt procedures like Autonation Honda, which allows for a virtually contactless service experience.
They lost my car and my keys. I had a 9am reservation to get a new key made for my Toyota. I did not want to wait at the store so I waited at home. 8 hours later I called them for an update on my Toyota. They had no idea what was going on, they had no idea where my car was, they had no idea where my keys were. After being on hold they told me they would call me back when they found my car and keys. 45 minutes later (5:30pm) they called and found my keys and were going to start reprogramming the $300+ key I had bought from them. 1 hour later they called me with “good and bad news” they picked me up which was the only good experience I had. I went to pay for my key and none of the functions worked, they key buttons did not lock nor unlock my car, the smart touch button did not work. The only thing they key does is start my car. They also gave me an uncut spare key that has absolutely no function. Then they tried to charge me full price for this, no where near satisfactory, work. I argued with my service “specialist” for a while. Finally they still charged me for half of the service and I need to come back and finish reprogramming my new key to unlock and lock my doors. Not looking forward to going back to finish my service.
I made an appointment for 1:45 for service on my new work truck. At 3:15 my gps said my truck still was sitting in back where they parked it waiting to be serviced. I went to go talk to my service advisor. He went to go check on it and after a minute came back in and appeared to be looking for my keys. He went back out and 5 minutes later came and told me they were just brining it in. He apologized saying they have been busy. Guess what Im busy too I have a business to run and you have just run me away from yours.
I went in there to trade in my truck and Joe Harris helped me get a 2013 Toyota Corolla and I am just falling more in love with my car! He did a awesome job! Very nice and respectful helped me out alot I am forever grateful to him! He explained everything to me several times and made sure I was getting the best deal for me! So from Joe helping me find a car and the manager Victor Lara helping me with the paperwork it was a great experience! Both of them went out of there way to help me out! Purchased a new Avalon. Awesome place to do business. Worked with Francisco to purchase the vehicle and he was very down to the Earth, friendly and knowledgeable. I especially liked the lack of the salesman act where they rush you around with a seemingly repetitive act and are overly eager to jump to calculate some numbers. I noticed that several other members of the sales department shared the same awesome personality of being human with customers. Highly recommend this place!
Great experience! Justin B is a fabulous Sales Rep and the Finance Dept is super--I feel like I can call at any time with a question or a concern. Striving to match the best car to me based on my needs/wants/budget was important and although we were all striving for that, it was enjoyable--especially in the July heat in CC. I was not planning to purchase a new car but would if there was a match. A good buy on my trade-in and Toyota giving the 0% financing made things even better.Auto Nation is top notch as a business. The staff in all departments are genuine, caring, happy, and working to their best. The facilities are clean, well organized, and easy to get in and out of. I would highly recommend this place for buying any Toyota vehicle. Friendly staff (Don), good trad-in value and most importantly the prices are attractive. I have traded in my 2010 Camry (Earlier, I went to Mike Shaw to trade-in, they offered 3k less) and bought 2015 Camry. Even though the model I have selected is not in my price range, they tried (by financing at lower interest rate, applying discounts) to get that in my budget. It seems like their motto is making the customer walk home happily.
Hands down the only place I take my workhorse 2008 Tundra to get worked on. From the moment you walk up onto the service drive, you are taken care of! They even have all kinds of breakfast available and free internet while you wait! Fast and always great service!

Amazing experience! I had never bought a car before and was a little nervous but Marc Diaz took great care of me. He was patient, explained everything to me in detail (sometimes more than once), and made sure I got a great deal when I walked away with a new car. The manager was willing to negotiate and made sure I got the APR I wanted and the monthly payment I asked for. The other staff at the dealership were so friendly and the store itself is beautiful and welcoming. Anthony from the insurance office also was very helpful and knowledgeable and helped me understand what I was buying and how it protected my vehicle and me. We just got our 2016 Toyota Tundra Crew Cab this Wednesday. My wife loves it. Lupe Hernandez was an excellent sells person who helped us every step of the way . Nathan was very professional. I recently was laid off from my job so I appreciated his not being aggressive about getting work on my car that was not crucial. I also loved the fact that I did not have to wait for 2 hours like the last visit to get the work done as I live 45 minutes away from the dealership. This last visit took 1 hour for the same service. Much improved.
We started with an online query, which turned into a visit to look at and buy a pickup. The salesman I had been communicating with passed us off to someone else. The guy who took over was friendly enough but when it came down to it, provided us pricing for the wrong vehicle and was constantly leaving to serve other customers (when there were plenty of others around). Finally received correct pricing. Good value for our trade. We had an issue with features that were stated on the website not being included. Sales manager worked with us to get the deal done, and overall we are happy with everything; however, it took four hours to get it done. Not happy about that at all. We will see how things go when it comes to service after the sale.
I have been looking for a car for sometime, especially a good deal since I am a college student. The service department is excellent. I would only change the price for some of the services (oil change). I pay more to have my oil changed here because it is the dealership and they give me a full report of what is needed or may be required shortly. But for an oil change the price is about $30 more than the next place (minuteman). Service is great. Price needs to be more competitive.
If you let them they will rip you off..they tried so hard to charge me 100.00 deductible when it wasnt necessary

Subsequent to an accident in which my Avalon was totaled, I contacted Tyrone Hobson at Autonation Toyota. I was shopping for a used Sienna and Tyrone was extremely helpful, bringing out one of his sales managers to meet me. I drove two vehicles and during the final price negotiation Tyrone went the extra mile with his sales manager. Further, Victor Lara was a real asset in getting me a great deal on an extended warranty and making the paper signing a brief and pleasant experience. The fact that the deal could be completed on a Saturday was beneficial in reducing the time away from work for me. Highly recommended and Im certain I will be back again.

Some years ago (3) I received notice that side bags on 06 tundra had been recalled and placed on waiting list for replacement, I took it in to see if and why I had not received notice to repair.The staff was helpful and courteous, tune up, trans flush (big surprise to me, No dipstick !) check up on wobble of front end resulted in minor need for rack and pinion replacement, to be done when I have the funds for I no longer have the correct contract number for extended warranty, and no way to find out info on same.What a day, no real follow up calls from dealer to notify me as to status of vehicle, nor when it was ready, I called at end of day to find they were closing in few minutes, delaying further my interest in returning.
From the start Lupe Hernandez was very knowledgeable about the trucks I wanted to look at to purchase.. Through the test drives, going over the paperwork,to the explanation of how all the gadgets worked on the TUNDRA I purchased, it was smooth going. Very pleased with my experience due to this,and will look forward to doing future business with you guys. Thanks again Lupe

He listened and helped me find exactly what I was looking for without trying to pressure me into buying the latest model. When the car was delivered, he actually came in on his day off to demonstrate the features and assure that I was comfortable operating the vehicle. Run in the other direction! Theres always a better deal somewhere if you know how to use the internet. But if you insist on giving them your business, steer clear of Victor in finance. Remember that all these guys want your money and will say anything, but Victor is not just greedy. We didnt want a warranty and he was emotional and vengeful.

Victor did a great job finding EXACTLY the vehicle I wanted at a great price. We visited just about every dealership in the area and Toyota had by far the best customer service we encountered. Being that its tax season most the other dealership salesmen had a this is whats available now take it or leave it, kind of attitude. We did not encounter that with Victor, he was very patient with us and actually took the time to find a vehicle that was absolutely perfect for our family.

My was immediately sent to the garage. RAUL was courteous and knowledgeable and provided exceptional assistance. An overall terrific experience.
Scott and Tiffany were amazing. They listened to what I wanted and I needed and found the perfect car for my family. I have horrible credit but I had a little money down, and they were able to go above and beyond for me . Im 22 and own my very own car. They didnt try to sell me on something I couldnt afford. The day after I bought my car, the a.c. went out, I called and they got me into a rental and fixed my A.c. I didnt pay a dime. I will never go anywhere else to buy a car ever again.

I recently purchased a used vehicle from auto nation Toyota, and my sales person was great. But then everything else was horrible. They had agreed to fix the scratches on the vehicle prior to taking it home, when they called to say it was ready and I showed up to pick it up they hadnt fixed the scratches. Then when I did pick it up, I found items still in the vehicle from the previous owner (even though they said it had been detailed). Then they said they did a 110 point inspection on the vehicle before releasing it to me, however I had no bright headlights!! Then they said that they would have my trade in paid off within 20 days, after 32 days and a payment later it still hadnt been paid off. And I had made multiple attempts to get in touch with someone whom could help me with no return calls. Then they called me to tell me that my license plates were ready and I told the lady I would pick them up the next day, when I went the next day the lady could not find them and said that there was paperwork that said I had picked them up already. Quality of service is not something that resonates at this car dealership.

He made sure that he went over all the features of the car (even though I knew them all). What i loved the best was that he never once tried to sell me a car that I had no interest in what so ever. Even though I went in with a preapproved letter he explained to me that if I let him run my credit app that I could potentially get a better deal with them...he saved me lots of money! Couldnt have asked for a better first time buyer experience.
I brought our Toyota Tundra in for a recall repair yesterday. I was greeted by Scott, he listened to my problem and got me set up to get the truck looked at by the mechanics. I was set up with the shuttle that they have so I could get home. They had my truck repaired by 6:30 pm of the same day. Everyone was very professional, friendly and did a great job getting the truck repaired quickly. We will definitely do business with Autonation again.
Excellent service!! we had to order our 4runner TRD Pro only waited about a 1 1/2 months.. well worth the wait we absolutely love our truck.. Mr. Gonzalez kept us posted during this time and gave us updates on the status of our truck, we never had to call and ask what was going on.Frank our sales rep. was also great, he provided answers to all of our questions with out hesitation. wonderful staff to work with.Thank you all!!!
I had my wife take in her Tacoma here for them to troubleshoot a grinding noise she heard. They identified it (correctly) as a front wheel bearing which needed to be replaced, but quoted the repair at $910!!! Thats insane! We had it done for $404 after tax at Master Tech Auto. They also found a host of other problems and quoted the total repair at $4100!!!! All of the repairs quoted were 2-3X what they would cost at an honest mechanics shop. One of the things they quoted was a water pump leak repair, at $984!!!! That is a ~$300 repair. Whats worse is that when the truck was driven in there was no issue with the coolant system, and after they diagnosed it the reservoir drains from full to under the minimum line just sitting overnight. Based on how dishonest their repair quote was, I think they did something to the coolant system and now we need to get it fixed somewhere else. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. They will try to take advantage of you.
Patrick and Dave displayed the upmost professionalism through the process. Their attention to detail and timeliness shows that they have a high skill in this industry. They show that they put the customer first and and assure that they walk away with all the info needed. Overall it was a great experience, and I would recommend them to anyone.

Well, started the adventure on a Sunday, for some reason all dealerships are closed. I was met by a salesman anyway as I was perusing the lot. It was a guy named Arnold Balboa. He was very helpful and let me know about many incentives currently offered. I came back on Monday and met him to discuss a new Tundra CrewMax. My budget really didnt allow for a new Tundra, however, he along with Sam Torres was able to work magic with my trade-in and suffice it to say that I left with way more truck than I paid for. Awesome experience, also one of the shortest in and out times so far. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and most importantly, honest about what they could and could not do. Ill be back when the time comes for a new truck.
This is the second car my wife and I buy from Auto Nation Toyota in the past six months. Our Salesman, Anthony Rupenski, was very helpful and not pushy. We first bought a car for our daughter in May, we just traded our suburban for a new 2013 Sienna SE, I love it. The sporty look is really nice. Both times, Anthony was helpful and patient and it made the process go smoothly. I wanted a Sienna SE, they didnt have one on the lot and made it possible to get one for us. Had a good experience with salesman Paul. He was patient and NOT pushy in anyway. I would recommend working with him. I would be mindful about submitting a inquiry online because you will get a handful of emails from internet sales. Other than that, I had a good experience from every other person I had contact with when purchasing my 4 Runner.
Our car broke down across the street from this dealership. We limped into the service area and they got us a rental car, helped us transfer our groceries to it, and gave us a quote on repairs. Since it was a holiday weekend, we had to wait for our car to get fixed, but the car rental deal they secured for us was so reasonable, we were grateful! We had been thinking of getting another Toyota, and because the customer service was so awesome, we took a look at the vehicles they had online. We asked for some quotes on a few cars, and David Wickwar--who became our salesman, answered all our questions and gave us some great offers on several cars we liked. We went in on a Sunday and bought a new Corolla, which I love. Thanks David! I get free car washes from David whenever I stop by and ask for one, too!

Things couldnt have gone better for me at Champion Toyota. I e-mailed asking for info on price and financing on a new Tacoma (on a Friday). Daniel Paul gave me the numbers I wanted, gave me some preliminary financing options, and did so quickly, without giving me to pushy salesman vibe. I dropped by on Saturday without an appointment to see the truck I was inquiring on in person, and, although Daniel Paul was busy, he handed me off to Mark Uresti who is also a great guy. Mark is super affable, not pushy, and I had a new Tacoma at a price I wanted in less than three hours. If youre in the market for a Toyota do yourself a favor and give them a call, or e-mail, and youll see what I mean.

If you want a great salesman, go see Arnold. This is our 2 Toyota purchase with him this year. Wife ordered a 2014 SE Camry and it had to come from somewhere else. When the car showed up it had 6000 miles on it. What did Arnold do? He had another one delivered the same day, plus got the windows tinted for free. Always a full tank of gas and other perks. We couldnt believe how great Auto Nation Toyota Corpus Christi really is. Not only did he have my wifes car detailed on time for delivery, he wash my Tundra while we were waiting. Best service ever like back in the 50s............See Arnold, hell take care of you and treat you right.
Service department needs some help. I drop off my car and go inside for someone to help me. Everybody seems to be busy at their desks and dont bother to acknowledge me. I notice there is an appointment desk area and go over to see if anyone can help. The nice worker gets my info and tells me to over to a gentleman at his desk. I do, and said gentleman is kinda busy finishing up his paperwork he is working on, so I wait a bit more. We make contact and we go over to survey my car. After the survey, he tells me to have a seat in the waiting area and he will let me know when my car is ready. An hour later all is done and I am on my way. The experience was nothing out of the ordinary. They just need to work on helping the customer out when they dont know what to do and where to go. Its very confusing for a customer to figure out who to ask for help when stepping inside the office area.
This is a 2 star as of now. I made an appt 2 days before. Dropped it off at 715 am.( they encourage me to come early!) I could have kept my car and not be without transportation all morning!! Was waiting to hear from them. At 12:15 I still had not heard back. I then called. Was told they havent gotten to it yet. Really? Why even bother making an appt! I have my own mechanic, but thought this issue would be best handled by them. So far..not pleased! We shall see..will update after..
I have never had such an easy experience when trading a car. I was at the end of my lease with my Camry and wanted to lease a 2016 RAV4.
