Incredibly unprofessional....Please go to Mos Glass on Holly. Not only did Johnny put the wrong size window, but has refused to answer any calls or texts to get my window fixed. The staff at Mos was the one who pointed out that the window is the wrong size. Now it has been over 4 days and no one has gotten back to me. I keep getting the run around. Please just for a little more, go with a business that offers warranty and gets the job done the same day you take your vehicle. Not from some guy that cannot even run a business, nor how to talk to his customers. What a joke!

I had to give it a one star also because there is no zero star to check. A man by the name of Roy Reyes works there. He does most of the mechanic work there. Whatever you do dont go here or get him to work on your car. He also works out of a van with his name and information on the back window. He works as an on call mechanic. He took my money and never came back to fix my car. He has not called or text or anything. I have been trying to get a hold of him for 2 days!! DO NOT GO TO EDS OR LET THIS MAN WORK ON YOUR VEHICLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I hate to even insult a 1 star to give it to this company. They are horrible. They did the glass on my C6 Vette and nearly ruined my car when the first rain came and my car had flooded floor boards. I was on fire. I made numerous attempts at calling the tech, the on-call tech, the owner to get this matter rectified and they kept using stall tactics. They offered at 4th of July to take my car to the owners house to repair but it would have to sit under a Mesquite tree and they wouldnt be responsible for sap falling on my car. I have dozens of texts back and forth. Finally with that I just took my car elsewhere on Way Out Weber and had a professional glass company repair my windshield. I have worked as a service writer for a GMC dealership and these shade tree guys are bad news. AVOID THEM.

I guess Ill use poor-fair, but really need one that says BAD!!! Call on Thursday to have my mom windshield put in by the next morning it was cracked. Called for them to replace it they didnt come until Wed, and the worst part is that they DAMAGE my mom car hood when they replaced the windshield. Then told my mom that they were not responsible for any damaged to the car, only if the windshield was damage. DO NOT GO THERE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!

They showed up 3 hours late then put in my windshield and now my whole truck is soaking wet from the rain. Thats what you get for tipping the guys and them putting the windshield in in the dark
