I’m sorry but they should not be a Cadillac dealer, the service reception area was cluttered, employees unattentive, the restroom by service was so dirty, I left without washing my hands…..They have on their website that they have a concierge service, they do not. And I was told by them it was not on their website so I had to send them the link to prove it, they still would not honor it.I did not buy my Cadillac here, but I needed service.I told the wrecker driver I did not want my car taken to Autonation because of their horrible reputation, but it was the closest dealership. I know they have a horrible reputation because I worked at dealerships for 28 years and even other dealers know they are horrible.Autonation is a huge company that comes in and buys small dealerships and from there everything goes downhill.If you are going to hang a CADILLAC sign at your dealership BE A CADILLAC DEALER!Here is the paragraph on the service website:CADILLAC CONCIERGE SERVICEYour time is precious. Sales is wonderful, very helpful. BUT if you ever need service forget it. Your on hold for 5 to 10 minutes with service department and end up having to leave a message. Service advisors never return phone calls. I have called my service advisor 3 times. Initial phone called returned. But since then havent heard from him and have no idea about status of my car. If I could take my car elsewhere I would!!

I was referred by my boss and meet with the salesman Jesse. Jesse was very patient while I was inspecting the car. I would recommend going to him! If you happen to stop by looking for a car tell him Collin Edwards sent you and hell give you a great deal! I am very happy with my purchase. Great experience thanks to Diego Montemayor. Ive always felt overwhelmed by salesman which would negatively affect my mind on purchasing a certain vehicle. Since the first greeting with Diego, I knew that this was finally not going to be the case. He was very patient and honest with my daughter and I. Diego deserves this recognition because those traits are hard to find in a salesman. I was very impressed, especially at how young he is.

This was the best experience. Amber was one of the greatest sales persons to take care of my needs. She was attentive, courteous, polite and so helpful. A very pleasant, professional young lady who is excellent and has exceptional skills. She is very knowledgeable and willing to share her knowledge with the average person. The financial guy, Cris, was very good too. He was professional and seemed to have all the right answers and very polite and helpful.

Very disappointing we paid over $3500 in parts and labor to be dissatisfied with the outcome. We left the dealership our vehicle was misfiring bad. Got home let the vehicle cool down. Hooked up the code reader notated that cylinder 8 was misfiring. My husband checked sure enough cylinder 8 was not even connected. I am missing the plastic radiator support. The spring mechanism for the turn signal is not working. You have to manual turn signal off after making a complete turn. I WISH TO BE CONTACTED TO FURTHER DISCUSS THIS! Horrible service department.. I’ve been here several times to have service done on my Cadillac.. and the experiences weren’t great but not too bad. Except for the most recent trip.I took my vehicle in for scheduled service due to my air conditioner not blowing cold air. On Monday the tech called and said there was nothing wrong and the ac was blowing cold but they would look into it further. Then the next day he calls and states that basically everything needs to be replaced and it would 3200$ . ??sooo everything was fine yesterday but now today the whole ac system is shot?!!! Never bring your car here unless you have no other choice because of warranty

I couldn’t be happier. I was taken in for an oil change without an appointment and they were extremely busy. My Cadillac ATS-V & I were both treated with respect. I’m extremely picky about my car & she came back to me without any scratches or grease on her. I’ve had this problem with other service locations. Our service was done promptly and they have a nice waiting area with drinks and donuts. I will definitely use Auto Nation Chevy/Cadillac for all my service needs. My service advisor was so kind as well. I will recommend this location to all my friends & family. Thanks Again for treating people with respect & not being one of those who act like their doing you a favor by taking your money. I appreciate y’all.

The service counter is very professional and courteous. My vehicle was repaired and had to go back because it was having sensors go off with nothing wrong. The hood open sensor would trigger while driving, I took vehicle back and they kept it for 8 days and when I went to pick it up again, the sensor still goes off but not as frequently. I will be taking back again today.

If I could give it a zero I would.Not impressed with my first time there to get an oil change in my Cadillac in August 5. Waited in line for almost ten minutes with the Cadillac service advisor just to be told I had to talk to someone else from the Chevrolet side when I made my appointment online. Finally the service advisor asked me how many mileage I had on my vehicle, told what it was and told me all the maintenance for that mileage and I declined for services including the cabin air filter. advisor said it be a hour and a half wait a little bit over an hour. The morning before my appointment I loosen three screws from the engine air filter housing and after I received my bill of health of my vehicle,they stated that my air filter was clean/good. went outside at the dealer, pop the hood to check the air filter housing and still the three screws were still loose and not tighten. Went back inside talk to the service advisor told him what happened the guy that worked on it was unavailable he said he went to lunch, so He sent another technician to inspect it and indeed it does need to be replace so if he didn’t do that I know he did not check the cabin filter even though on the sheet it said it was good.talked to service advisor and said if he didn’t check the engine air filter the cabin wasn’t done either. Asked why they checked green and he said he personally said that he marked it off that it was green only because I declined the service to replace, still need to check if it part of the services that I am supposed to get. Still waiting for service manager to call me back.

They said I asked for a service that I did not ask for and said I declined a service that I was never offered. Then said i should think about tires and an alignment. Alignment was done on Tuesday, I was in service on Friday. Tires were brand new 6 weeks ago. This is not a good place. I will be driving to San Antonio for any future services. Not only will this place never get my business again, my big mouth will tell anyone who will listen all about this experience.

The initial experience was OK except that after marking the tires for pictures the paint was not removed. After answering constant questions from friends I finally tried to remove it with lacquer thinner since soap did not work. I am happy with the new wheels but was disappointed to see that the tires were not cleaned after the goop used to install them was left on the tires. I have had a much better experience at the Chrysler dealership. I did find your service people courteous and friendly.

The maintenance on my Cadillac is always superior work my only issue is the service advisor Ive always dealt with. I always call ahead to make my appointment and ask that he call me back for questions I have and never once have I received a call back from him. A few months ago I had to leave my car to have some parts replaced and I was given a loaner for 3 days not once did I get a call back on an update considering it should have only taken 2 days to do the repairs I called and talked to him and was told oh yea your car is ready I was just getting ready to call you. I didnt believe that since Im the one who had to call to check before the end of the day. I felt like had I not called it would have been another day without my own Cadillac. As far as information about upcoming service that is due, I had to ask myself when are the next services due so my vehicle continues to operate at its top performance. I was then given a schedule and prices on the services due. Another thing is every single time I go in there I have to ask more than once for his assistance, hes never at his work station like everyone else this last time I waited almost 20 minutes for him to show up after he was paged 3 times. I understand if hes outside with another customer but there seems to be a lack of communication between himself and the customer waiting on him.

The service advisor I scheduled with didn’t keep me updated on the service. Knew my car had not been worked on yet and I had been waiting for two hours. I see him walk out with the mechanic and he see’s the mechanic finally getting into my car and what does the service advisor do? You would think he would come back in and inform me? No! He gets in his car and drives off. No regard for his customer service, I don’t even know how he still has a job. While I was waiting for about 3 hours numerous employees had been joking about his 3-hour lunch shifts. Definitely not a good look. However, Buddy stepped up for the business and took care of everything that needed to be done. He informed me on the matter and made frequent checks on my car’s status. To Randy, thank you for hearing me out. Thank you for taking care of the service for me financially. It was the best way to cover up a not so good situation. So to Randy and Buddy thank you again!

It has taken over 2 weeks to receive a replacement part. I live/work 70 miles from the dealership, so when I bring my car in I have to wait for it. I am widowed, so I cant have my husband pick me up...and this dealership never offers a loaner vehicle, nor do they have one available when I ask for one when scheduling my appointments. My next Cadillac will not come from AutoNation, it will be worth the drive to San Antonio for the conveniences and customer service they offer.

Poor service. This is the second time Ive come to this dealership, and at both times, my request to run my car through the car wash after the oil change wasnt possible due to the car wash being broken...again. I suggested taking it next door to Toyota. They responded that thats the one they use and its not working. This is surprising anna baffling. Cadillac doesnt have its own? Ive been told by a few friends that I need to take my car to SA if I need my car serviced. After my second unsatisfied visit, I dont have much choice. Very disappointed.

I made an appointment to drop off my car. When I showed up my advisor had called in sick. I was bounced around and it seemed as if no one wanted to help me. Finally a young man came up to me and started taking all my information. I then took a shuttle to work. The next afternoon I called and after several attempts I finally spoke to my advisor. She informed me that the person who took my information had failed to turn in the paperwork! My car had sat there for 2 days and wasnt even looked at. I informed her that i would be picking up my vehicle and would never take it back there again. She told me that I wasnt the only person this had happened to.

Took the car in to get Cadillac Cue fixed. The dealership had car for one week. We went to pick the vehicle up and had the same issue the Cadillac Cue was not fixed. We took the car back and the Service Writer (which I will not name) was rude insensitive and would not listen to what I had to say until I asked for his supervisor. He lacks the customer service needed to be a service writer. After 14 days the dealership had the car it was finally fixed. The car was under warranty. I would probably drive 2 1/2 hours to San Antonio to Cavender Cadillac next time I need the car serviced. In San Antonio excellent dealership and excellent customer service. Not so at Autonation Corpus Christi.

Totally worst dealership to have any kind of repairs done, left there spending 500.00 plus dollars on a repair that literally should have only taken less than 30 minutes if done by a competent mechanic and a cheap grounding cable, and to top it off they tried to up-sell me a new starter for my vehicle that was not nessasary, they wanted 1,200.00 lol, took advantage of my wife and two kids that were stranded out of town, there Management needs some serious training on how not to screw every customer over, like to meet the person who trains there staff to do this. I wish you hey had negative stars.

I did reach out for help at Autonations, but I was refused help. I asked to get my radio system fixed because it froze on one station. This problem was taken care of. The other problem was a rattle in the back passenger side wheelwell. The mechanic checked & said the back bumper had been removed & repainted & I had to take the car to where I bought it (215 miles away, Sugarland, Tx, Classic Chevrolet). At Classic Chevrolet, It took less than 20 minutes to tightened the screws & the bumper was fixed. On the way home, I heard a different rattle, same place. I took it back to Classic Chevrolet two weeks later & the mechanic said he had to replace the shock because in was torn up inside. So I had to drive 430 miles round trip twice because of Autonation. Dont get me wrong, I have bought several cars at Autonations, & the service advisor has helped me alot. He is good, but Im very disappointed in the mechanic. Thank you & all of Autonation have a blessed day.

Went to check out this 2013 Pearl color 4Runner. It shows no accidents on carfax but if you look at the bumper it has been repainted poorly. It has been in an accident. My Escalade has about 19K miles. The steering linkage was bad and it was replaced by the warranty. Soon after, the vehicle started shaking around 75mph. My dad has been a certified mechanic for over 40 years and he said it should have been aligned after changing out the part. When we finally had the time to take it back in, I am being told that according to the warranty, it does not require an alignment if that particular part is replaced. Apparently, it was just a coincidence. However, it needed alignment so they went ahead and aligned it at my cost. It is only $100, but the principal of the matter is that it should have been aligned initially and not at my cost. You pay a premium price for Cadillacs and in return, receive sub-par service at this location.
