Went in for oil change on several occasions and they take forever even though I scheduled an appointment. I dislike their customer service, they never have record of the service they did on my Cadillac. Also took in the caddy for a recall repair and again they took forever even though I had an appointment and they had told me it would only take 30 min. I lost it after all that.
