I went there on 02/25/21 with an issue on my trailer’s suspension. It was past lunchtime and the issue ended up being worse than I thought once they checked the trailer. These guys went above and beyond to get me back on the road. They didn’t leave until I was good to go and it was way past closing time. That goes a long way, they are nice folks and they care.

Great customer service. The guys at the parts counter had great attitudes and senses of humor. They went above and beyond to try to help me find a part that I needed. Sadly, they didnt have it, but they were helpful in giving me ideas of where I might find what I neesed.

I feel like they poo pood my concerns with the suspension on a 2007 mack granite I drive. My boss ( the truck owner, who has never driven the truck) down played the symptoms that concerned me. I believe the truck is not safe to drive and will not drive it. Fleet Prides rep didnt listen. His opinion will put an unsafe truck back into service. If you want cheap and quick go to fleet pride. If you care about public safety or if you want your truck fixed go somewhere else.

Takes forever to get anything done. Dont come here is you dont have at least two weeks to wait for your equipment to be ready. Billing never matches the quote, and they price things different from one to the other as well.

Called to make sure they had the right alternator and said tbey did. Of course, it was wrong. Needed it immediately, ended up buying a more expensive one. The one we had was under warranty. Can you say bait n switch?

Called up to get timing check on isx cummins.After explaining the process of what I wanted I asked for a quote 700 dollars I ask why so high.He said you have to remove the rocker arms in order to put timing wedges in.Not sure if they know how to do it or just trying to rip me off either way not using them.I have bought a few thousand dollars from the chain over the years at good prices and most likely continue to do so But will never call or use there service department

Went in for a PM was told the price would be between 500 to 600 dollars handed me a bill for a 1000 that was a total rip off Ill never go back ever
