Highly recommend Elite Automotive! Reputable and fair. I discussed my car with Joel. He discussed everything in consumer friendly language. Everything was done as promised. I was educated on my car and how special it and the engine are as they don’t make them anymore. After suffering a mortgage payment repair at the BMW dealership on our other car, I could not believe how fair the price was for the repair on my Z. Unless you like wasting money to pay for the same repair over and over at the Dealership, call Elite Automotive. On the 1-10 scale, Elite is an Elite 12!!!

These were some really standup guys that helped me out big-time with a nightmare of a situation. I had a 2010 Mini Cooper S that got butchered by another local mechanic, and the guys at Elite Automotive were the biggest breath of fresh air I could’ve hoped for.Although I eventually sold the vehicle because the Mini wasn’t for me, I’d highly recommend this place if you need a specialist for a BMW or a Mini. First rule of buying a used BMW is to find a great independent mechanic. Elite motors is the only place to take your BMW. Other independent mechanics call him on how to fix their clients BMWs. All other shops throw parts at the problem, Elite fixes the problem right the first time.

I had finally gotten my hands on my dream car of 18 years, a 2 door Mini Cooper, and I was told the history of the car from the previous owner (what has been done and what needs to be done.) Elite Automotive did great. Everything they said lined up with what I had learned about the car. They went through and fixed more than I asked which is amazing and just what I need as a not car person. Price is high, but I prefer the quality service. First time customer, I called them to see about replacing my battery, I had just got a jump from roadside assistance and the young man told me not to turn it off, to go straight to the repair shop. They had an appointment within an hour and reasonably priced. They replace it pretty quickly considering they had to jump it to move it into the bay to do the work. They did a great job and were very helpful, also showed me some problems needing to be fixed, which I appreciated. I met the mechanic who worked on my car, very friendly and knowledgeable. They didnt try to take advantage of me being a woman. Very respectful. My BMW is back in business! Thank you!!

Great, honest work done here. The owner is a stand up guy, and Joel is very knowledgeable and explains EVERYTHING very clearly over the phone. The shop even sent me pictures of the parts that needed to be replaced, and some that didnt need replacement. I definitely recommend this shop for any BMW work you might need!

I posted this same review on SureCritics so its just a copy and paste. You might see this same review there word per word.I had a very good experience with Elite. The passenger side view mirror was broken on my wifes X3. For some reason, it fell off one day with my wife and her mom in the car after she parked. There was no outside damage and we dont remember ever hitting anything. It might be people walking by and bumping it over the years. I got a quote from dealership and it was going to be just over $1200. The part the dealership ordered comes with a colorless skullcap and new mirror, but there wasnt anything wrong with the skullcap and mirror. So I looked online and took a chance with Elite. The tech I worked with, Joel, even gave me an option to purchase used parts from an online vendor but we opted for a new one. Joel was able to order one with no mirror and no skullcap so we saved some money there. The labor itself was just an hour so we got a much better deal than going to the dealership. I would definitely use Elite again, but hopefully I dont ever have to.

They were polite, hospitable and did not try to sell me things I didnt need. I totally recommend coming here first.

Very professional staff, every time I get my car back they make sure everything was fixed. They fix what you need and don’t sell stuff you don’t need.

I had two major jobs done with Elite BMW before I was relocated by the military. The work should have lasted 100,000 miles. Less than 10,000 miles and some serious trouble later, however, I found myself being shown by a more conscientious shop that some serious corners had been cut in both instances. The “elite” work, it turned out, was anything but. The new shop did the work properly, allowing me to narrowly avoid irreparable engine damage. When I contacted Carlos seeking some consideration for the additional expense and drama caused by his poorly executed repairs, I was simply told, “no”. Looking for an oil change? Elite is fine. Anything more complicated? Don’t risk it—and if you do, don’t expect them to stand behind the work.

Carlos and his crew are awesome! He came highly recommended to me by a good friend and did not disappoint. My 2008 550 was having trouble shifting. Its an automatic with the ZF transmission. Elite was able to diagnose that it was a bad solenoid in the mechatronics and instead of replacing the mechatronics they were able to replace only the solenoids making the total cost much lower. The car shifts better than I can remember it ever shifting. Im thrilled! If anyone has an auto with a ZF transmission, consider checking out Elite.
