Prettiest Brown eyes ever seen!👀 He helped me to identify what my problem was and what would be the best remedy for my car. He told me about the tire purchase plans and then I met the whole family. THEY ARE REALLY A FAMILY BUSINESS! What a Down Home feeling I got just from their small talk and friendliness! Read great reviews about this place and decided to go get an alignment done here. They called me after about 3 hours that my car was ready. When i get to the office they inform me they are not able to do my alignment bc there was a problem with it and would charge $1,000 for the part and labor. I decided to go to 2 more places to make sure if anything was actually wrong. But from both other places they informed me that nothing was wrong and another place did the alignment for me. I would not go here again.

Called Friday for a quote and the man on the phone was genuinely kind and helpful. My boyfriend went in Monday for a full new set of tires. He said everyone had great customer service and they stayed true to the quote they gave me on the phone. Had my car done quickly even with the oil change I added on. Will return again

Had a blow out on crosstown the night before, I got the shop and thought it was going be a quick fix. They showed me that my rim was bent and would give my car a very rough ride. I called around town and found the best deal I could find on a replacement rim. I went and got the rim, but it didn’t come with the stem pressure sensor. They gave me a great tire and put the sensor on there for under $40 best deal around town and great customer service. The mechanics helped me with all my questions and gave me advice other places wouldn’t. Thanks guys for getting me back on the road.

Alignment guy was not even willing to help. We were still charged for it, yet no alignment was done & they wouldnt refund our money since they paid the alignment guy for his time. We went back to try to get it corrected just a few days later, and he was not even willing to let us show him what needed to be corrected and automatically told us there was nothing else he can do. They even had THE NERVE to tell us to to try another shiop that works with lifted vehicles. UMMMM You could have told us that BEFORE YOU CHARGED US EXTRA to do the work. Cannot belive that a small business, loyal to customer would turn their cheeck this way to a continued guest. Very dissapointed.

Not happy with them at all they sold my wife a used tired with a nail already in it knowing it was close to closing time and it was on a Friday also before the weekend knowing that they are closed and we couldnt go back complain because she asked for receipt and gentlemen said you should be good have a nice weekend. Im so furious, they poked her eyes out because she was a female!!

We were traveling to Corpus Christi from Minnesota when about 80 miles north of Corpus Christi, a vehicle lost its load of electrical outlet boxes and sprayed them across the highway. Each of these boxes hold two nails and fortunately only one of our tires found one of the nails. We hobbled into Loas on the spare and they repaired the tire quickly and at a very reasonably price.
