Staff is friendly except for older white woman with blonde or gray hair. She is rude to her staff and seems to give off a bad attitude. Other than that floor employees and cashiers are very friendly.

I couldn’t be more impressed by the covid controls happening at this store location. They monitored people entering in the store, lining up at the registers, cleaning in between every customer, offering a takeaway shopping bag as you enter. There were no long lines, even though there were a good number of people in the store. As a person concerned about CDC protocols being enforced in Corpus Christi, this store was a model of how it can work and work well. It seemed like their business was thriving because of it.

Awesome atore, I love all the Warm Vanilla Sugar Products. Also washing my hands so frequently and using the Warm Vanilla Sugar foaming hand soap my hands are so soft. I Love Bath & Body Works !!!! 🥰😢❤

July 9, 2020 1:08 P.M.I live here in Corpus Christi but I had to purchase lots of foam hand soap and sanitizer’s for family. Due to a massive shortage in Houston, Texas. They were greatly stocked with everything. They practice social distancing and only allowed a certain amount of people into the store. Very courteous, kind, and informative. But what surprised me the most was the checkout. After every customer they did clean the entire area where the customer possibly touched surfaces. I felt completely safe walking into this place and I wish other stores would do the same. It does take a little bit of time and effort but the outcome would be astonishing. Way to go everybody that works at this location. Your employees are amazing. Thank you for keeping everyone safe. ❤️ 🖐 🌍 🤚 😷

Friendly staff that were dealing with a very long line of customers the day we went. Covid restrictions are limiting the amount of customers allowed in stores at one time, vmbut they kept it organized and moving. Love their products and the new fall scents I chose!

I usually go in during a sale or with stellar coupons. They are always ready to help...the store is clean and well-organized...and you walk out thoroughly satisfied with the purchase. On the couple of occasions when I had to return or exchange something...they were most gracious! By the way, their 3-wick candles burn better than those purchased anywhere else! Be sure to catch the candle sale each December OR if you have coupon, throughout the year. Online ordering is great and the packaging for shipping candles is almost breakproof with the candle cradle inserts. Awesome store!

I love getting our hand soap from Bath & Body Works. They have a great selection of many different kinds of products. I am a germ freak so my family & I wash our hands a lot thru out the day. When my little boys are done washing their hands they run to me & say Smell my hands mommy! Their little hands always smell fantastic!!

I buy all of my shower gels and body lotion there. It has a good variety of different aromas. I also love its candles and room diffusers.

I was so excited to go check out the new store! It is really nice and the young man at the door was really nice and helpful. BUT....the check out is the same as before. Its AWFUL! You stand in two confusing lines with a ton of people and hope for the best. It takes forever to get checked out. Christmas is going to be a zoo. Really disappointed to see they didnt improve that problem when they had the chance.

I always love this store. I must admit I hate going to malls because they are so crowded but this store is worth it. They were having there once a year candle sale and the place was so crowded. They made it as quick and organised as they could. The employees were polite and willing to help. I will go out of my way to come back.

Theres so manny smells and that great to each thrleir own. But it is quite a bit. I wish they wouldnt change the smells though cause it makes it really hard to find once u hlget used to a certain smell and you have very sensitive nose, and allergies.

Tuesday night I walked into Bath and Body Works just to look around and get ideas for Christmas gifts. Normally, I am instantly greeted. However, this trip was very different. I literally could have stolen something and nobody would have noticed. Nobody acknowledged me AT ALL. I walked around the entire store and was not approached once. I understand its Christmas and you guys are busy with restocking and cleaning up the store to make it look nice, but what is all that work for if you guys dont even take the time to make your customers feel wanted?? Needless to say, I walked out an unhappy and unsatisfied customer.
