I travel all over the U.S. and Mexico in my vintage vehicles, all 50 years old or more, so Im used to having things break down while Im far from a place to fix it myself. When I pulled into Corpus Christi in my 68 International Travelall, towing my 66 Airstream, with a slipping clutch and brakes going soft, I needed a shop. I feel so lucky to have been pointed to these guys. Ruben and his team are amazing. I told them my situation and they got me straight in. The clutch was just an adjustment, but the rod was rusted and seized. They got it loose and fixed me up. They replaced my brake master cylinder, and in just a couple hours I was back on the road like new. Two weeks later passing back through town again my clutch started to screech. I stopped in without calling and they immediately got to work again. It was the throw out bearing so it required a lot of work to get at, but they fixed everything up and got me back on the road the same day. They did all of this for me despite being buried in work already, and then gave me a great deal on everything. Honestly, I wish every time I broke down in some new-to-me town there was a Rubens to go to for help. Dont hesitate to call these guys with any problem your car is having!
