This is by FAR THE BEST CUSTOM SYSTEM I HAVE EVER HAD . If you want a studio quality sound system to enjoy the music you listen to this is the company to go to. Cheap labor ain’t skilled and skilled labor ain’t cheap. I’m a very satisfied customer !

Louis is a straight shooter, honest, knowledgeable, and accommodating. They carry high quality gear: Audiofrog and JL Audio is what I saw in the showroom. Work came out exactly as described. Long and short: I Recommend Bay Area Audio Visions/Louis 100%.Edit: saw a few of the other comments, Louis is candid, but not rude. It appears some reviewers misunderstand objectivity and prefer to be coddled; perhaps they shouldn’t concern themselves with matters as technical as car electronics. This guy is objective, and you need him to be, it’s why he’s excellent at his job.

Luis is outstanding. This shop does outstanding work. I have a 2021 RZR turbo S and spent over 10,000 in system. It was worth every penny due to the quality, detail, and professionalism performed by Luis. I will make the trip from Louisiana anytime I need audio work performed.

These guys rock! I cant believe how knowledgeable they were about what my stereo needed to sound better. They took the time to walk me through their whole process, and why it was better. I really appreciated the professionalism up front, and after the work was completed. Ive had a lot of systems over the last 20 years, and this was the most well thought out and executed by far. If you want pros this is where you go!

Luis was awesome and very informative about what could be going on with my radio. I went ahead and replaced my radio with another OEM and it worked. Very honest business man. I highly recommend!!

Im not sure about all the negative posts on here but my experience with Louis and Bay Area Audio was nothing short of exceptional. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He went above and beyond to get things done. My wifes stereo was not working properly and luckily was still under warranty. Louis explained the process to me and offered to install my old stereo until the new one came in. Once the stereo made it into his shop he called me and had the new stereo installed within two hours. Exceptional work and customer service. A great experience

Im from a locally owned business here in Corpus Christi, and had one of our employees run down to Audio Visions to pick up a few gold-plated terminals. Our employee calls me shortly after arriving to tell me that not only did they not have the hardware, but that Louis (the owner) was talking down to and belitting him because he wasnt sure of the wire gauge, color code, etc. He was so frustrated on the phone that he told me he didnt want to go back in to the store.As a follow up, I gave Audio Visions a call shortly thereafter. It turns out the owner had just left, and I was forced to talk to Brian. He tells me that hes never seen the owner go out of his way to belittle anybody. If you read some of the previous reviews here, I think youll be able to tell who was telling the truth on this one.Finally, Brian begins to give me his sales pitch about the benefits of using dielectric grease with normal contacts, and how no one uses gold plating any more... Thats great - a bunch of people use an inferior product because its cheaper. What the real issue was, is that when a customer comes in and asks for a product, however eccentric you think it may be, as a professional sales person you say Im sorry, we dont carry that, would you like me to order it? OR recommend another store. Not bully a 19 year-old kid about electrical components and hide from phone calls.TL;DR Rude and pretentious staff / owner.UPDATE: Look at the reviewers that left 5 stars for this business. None of them give any specifics on the service they received. Ryan Autrys reviews are from car audio stores in British Columbia, Australia, Los Angeles and Florida which include nearly identical language to the other two reviewers, who all share multiple contacts in the same cities around the country and posted in the same time frame. I wonder if these stores know each other..

!!WARNING!!STAY AWAY FROM HERE!! Please read entire post as it just gets better and better!!Absolutely the worst car audio experience I have ever had. Charged me top dollar ($1700) for 2 10 w0v3 amp and head unit. The installation was as half ass as i have ever seen. No distribution block for the power and ground. Just kinda spliced them together like a kid in a garage. The connection to the battery was loose and shorted out the fuse, they tore a hole in my brand new leather seat, and best of all, i cant make this stuff up, the subs were missed matched. Meaning one was new and one was used! Luis, the owner of the shop refused to fix any of the issues I have mentioned and acted like he was oing me s favor? I dont get it, the web site says there great and only sell jl and pioneer exclusively. I was very disappointed and would highly recommend using anybody else in town. I recently used a guy from craigslist that does mobile installs and was very pleased. He installed an amp and sub for me while i was at work! Anyway, if Luis would have at least attempted to solve any of the problems stated I wouldnt be writing this lengthy post(not that i would hve let them touch my truck again) i would have some sort of respect for him and his shop
