The customer service was awful and ruined the entire experience. The male employee was very disrespectful and condescending. With the high prices they charge, the least they could do is show some human decency. Disgusted and disappointed-- take your business elsewhere.

I had important documents that cost money to replace. Label was created but never transferred to the carrier. Here I am days after the delivery date trying to figure out where my package is. They have to wait for the manager to arrive this evening so that he can review the security camera. Please do not trust this place.

We shipped a high value, low weight package here. The price was almost $600. When the clerk was asked if they charged the same rates as FedEx, she said all rates are the same. When I logged onto the FedEx web page, the calculated rate was more than 25% lower.I called the store. She now said everyone charges different rates.Two mutually exclusive statements. Both cannot be true.If you have no problem paying a 25% premium and being lied to, use this business. If you respect your money and want to support honest business establishments, go elsewhere.

The staff here has been so amazing with the customer service and packaging! They were able to carefully package very fragile sentimental items to my relatives in Canada with DHL. If you have any semblance of common sense and believe in public health officials, stay away from this place as it has no consideration for its customers’ health and safety. Not only do the employees refuse to wear face masks, but they also lack tact and are extremely impolite. Given that these people don’t even care to treat others with basic respect or follow basic preventive care measures, I wouldn’t trust them with my mail. Go figure.

My wife and I came in to get a notary done, and we were able to get our papers notarized, made copies and sent out next day delivery service all in one transaction! Employees are very efficient and polite, I will not be going to the post office ever again. Keep up the great work!

“Optional” Masks during a pandemic is very unprofessional. This will be my last time coming here as I refuse to support a business that doesn’t care about their customers health. Do not patron this business.

Stolen Purse ($1400 purse) A couple of months ago I brought in a Louis Vuitton purse in the original packaging to ship out to a buyer. I thought going to this 1-Stop mail would be more convenient since it was near my home. I now realize I made a mistake by walking in with the item I was sending off revealed to these 3 employees. They helped me find a shipping package that would fit and gave me a tracking number letting me know it would soon be picked up up the following Monday by USPS. Weeks passed by and still not tracking info. They told me sometimes they forget to scan it at the USPS that is happens all the time. So I wait longer and still nothing. I go back and they claim there is nothing they can do for me it was out of their hands. I did a claim with USPS and til this day they have not found my package floating around. I believe the employees here at the 1-stop mail service are stealing packages now looking at other reviews. I will be looking into this situation with law officials to see what my options are.

About a month ago, a person refused to wear a mask at a local convenience store after an employee asked him to wear one. He simply ignored the employee and went about his business. Fast forward to today. I walk into the One Stop Mail Service and who do I see? This same repulsive individual. In fact, when I walked into this store his mask was dangling from his face and at one point im guessing the fan blew it off his face and onto the floor. He picked it back up and just placed to where it was hanging off of one of his ears. Disgusting. I will never go back to a store where they have NO consideration for the health and safety of their customers. Im guessin he believes in a certain nut of a politician and thats fine and dandy. But if you are supposed to be wearing a mask because the FACTS prove that wearing a mask helps, then you should wear one. I know masks are not completely failsafe but they DO give you a fighting chance to minimize the chances of catching a deadly disease that has killed a childhood friend of mine, a best friends uncle, my cousins best friend, a co-workers sister, and a dear friend of my mothers. This person obviously has a compete disregard for other peoples safety. If you dont care about yourself thats fine. Do it for other people. Dont be selfish. I cant believe the ownership allowed him to not wear a mask.But then again, they are probably like minded. I hope that they stay safe and dont catch this because believe me, IT IS NOT LIKE THE FLU.

Terrible place. The employees here stole my package and claim that the Usps truck didn’t pick it up or “lost it”. This item was worth $1,600 and they deny it. I have never been able to recover this item. Don’t EVER use this establishment for your mail service. Employees are extremely rude.

I called to ask for the price to get an item notarized. I was told it is $6 and up. When I asked what that meant the representative rudely answered uhh... it is 6 dollars and up like I said. Instead of answering oh 6 for the first page and every additional page is an additional dollar. For future reference most banks will notarize things for free if you have an account. I am glad he was so rude because it saved me $6!

I had the most fantastic first time mailing experience here! It was a long day getting a gift for my girlfriend and mailing it to her. I walked in with $15 in my hand and asked if I can ship a sweater, a picture frame, some sweets, and pictures with less than $15. The employee that helped was Erica, (Date 4/14/17 Time: 3:54 #847413 Workstation: 78-MIDDLE_072016) im giving all her information on the receipt because she deserves credit, and did an absolute FANTASTIC job on helping me and doing the best of what $15 can do, she deserves a bonus, a raise or somethin! She had amazing hospitality, didnt have any struggles on giving her shipping info (addresses, names, etc...) and we even talked about how ironic my name was. Once we fitted everything in the small box the total was $15.29, she told me not to even worry about the change. All of this made my day! Definitely shipping here again, really soon because my boos birthday is coming up. Thanks for making this my BEST first time shipping experience!

Didnt even get to use their services. Was quoted $20 on a package less than 2 lbs so I just left. Cant afford to pay $20 for each pacakage when Im shipping 6 things.

Over charged! Poor service! Slow! Messed up my tracking. Gave me tracking on five orders but didnt put the address to match them up. Never going there again.
