Staff was super nice! They have a nice selection of fabric, patterns and some really cute panels. Prices were good. One jelly roll was $10 less than what I paid in Quitman for the same item. Was surprised to hear they are also certified to work on my sewing machine. Was very nice visit and if we lived anywhere close, I would be taking classes.

This place gives you personal service. Their Bernina repair man does a great job. They also have an excellent fabric selection.

I have placed two online orders with Heirloom Elegance and both orders arrived quickly and nicely packaged​. On my second order I sent an email asking if I could receive a discount as they were having an in-store sale and I live in a different state. Someone emailed me back within the hour and said absolutely but I would need to email the order in due to it being an in-store sale. Glad I signed up for the newsletters 😊. I order most of my fabrics online and am very pleased with this shop and their customer service. I will definitely order from them again.

I was vacationing in Corpus Christi and Googled fabric stores. This shop came up and had good reviews, so I looked up the address and drove all the way across town to check them out. Imagine my surprise when I found a vacant building with no sign of any kind. I called the phone number shown, and it was not a good number. Now I see, at the very bottom of their web page, they mention being under renovation. They say nothing about being closed. Very thoughtless and inconsiderate for a business to conduct themselves in this way. Scratched them off my list!!

Lots of nice fabrics, although I didnt look at prices so I cannot speak about them. I wasnt impressed with customer service at all, we were sort of feeling like we were interrupting a club meeting or something. Not what you expect at a quilt store. There were many patterns for purchase, but I didnt see any kits. I inquired about a specific artist fabric and was given incorrect information and when I tried to correct her she was rude and stated she was only stating what she had been told. Might want to do some research if you are going to sell products. The artist is from my hometown, Im a little proud. It is also a little unclear where the front door is.
