Joseph C is the biggest liar. Unfortunately we had to go through this business because they were recommended by our warranty company. He took 75$ from us and told us that he was going to come in to repair our appliance when he got the part needed. 2 weeks passed and no call from him. We called him to see what was going on and thats where the lying started he gave us some bs story about how he had lost our number and had forgotten about the part. We then continued to make appointments for him to come and repair our appliance, and 10 TIMES he cancelled on us due to different BS reasons. Finally, he started ignoring our calls and we have not heard from him since. We started dealing with him 2 MONTHS ago! I would never recommend this business to anyone. If he wouldve taken more money from us I wouldve gotten my lawyer involved. He is the most INCOMPETENT PERSON I HAVE EVER MET. My advice to him is to put down the crack pipe once in a while, maybe then hell be able to run a proper business.

Most unreliable company ever! Made an appointment and he called me at 6 at night saying he forgot about my appointment. Showed up around 8 at night. Didn’t really look at microwave just said it was broken and that he would tell my home owners insurance. Couple weeks later he calls and tells me he has parts and makes an appointment. Never shows up to appointment and told me he would come the next day. Also never shows up to that appointment. I call the next day and he says he is sick and will come the next day. Never shows up. Finally I call my home owners insurance and they call him and make an appointment. Of course he doesn’t even show up to that appointment. Finally just decided to take the cash out option. Would give him zero stars if I could.

Joseph came same day and repaired the dryer. Was very pleasant. I would recommend.

The owner, Joseph, responded to a Home Warranty of America (HWA) service call to house. Took our $75 fee and never came back, call, or submitted paperwork to HWA. This also happened a year ago, but chalk it up to his personal problems. Never again!!

This is the worst company you can imagine . they came to my house I paid $75 and they said they will come back in 2 days while finding the part. it has been 12 days and I am still waiting. they stopped answering the phone. I wish I can give them less than 1 star. worst worst worst worst worst

Called to get my refrigerator fixed came super late but found the problem then took half my money and said the part would come in 7 to 10 days which is crazy because I found the part on the GE website and I will only take 2-3 days to get here so now Ive been without my refrigerator for almost two weeks and his phone is disconnected. I hope he just will be enough of a man to give me my money back so I can fix this my self. Please do the right thing I dont understand how someone who clams to be getting screwed over so hard by his wife would steal from a military family!

Came and charged $60 service fee. Over a month and my refrigerator still hasnt been fixed. He told me he has changed phone numbers several times and current one is disconnected. Come fix this!! My home warranty co. now says I have to hire another service and will be charged the $60 fee again. Id give ZERO stars if I could!

This place is my buisness and I would appreciate any one on one comments to improve my buisness. I try and write down and call everyone back and I sometimes fail. I do clean behind every appliance I pull out and try to resolve your issue the first time.

They came and fixed my dryer. Were here in an hour an a half. The gentleman who came was so nice and professional!!

Was promised a call within two days for an appointment, did not receive one. Owner J. Chavez came in to my home arguing with another customer on his cell. Was extremely rude and hostile. Wanted to argue, did not provide any repair or service, kept saying he was having a bad day. I eventually asked him to leave do to his hostility. Would not recommend.

Called to get my fridge fixed and he scheduled an appointment then never called or showed up. When I called he said he probably wont come I dont not recommend!!!!
