Following terrible auto repairs from Novato Chevrolet, I reached out to Next Door for recommendations. This company was recommended over and over. After deciding to pursue D and K, I then read reviews and was impressed by what I read.I made my appointment and discussed my issues and that I had no trust when taking my car in for service. I had been using Novato Chevrolet Dealership thinking Dealerships would be better than Auto Repair shops without Company affiliations. I could have not been more wrong. The Dealership had me service my car every couple of months and fixing things only to have to come back within weeks with new issues. It was terrible and criminal. The car was unsafe and caused me so much anxiety, without any care when I was returning so often.But this is about D&K Service...they inspected my car, gave solutions, in an order of what priority things should be attended to. The 1st repair was so reasonable, I felt so taken advantage of by the Dealership. I was happy to feel there was honesty and accoutable workmanship still available to the consumer.I recommend this business as one that will do the repairs for a fair price. In addition, advise what to look for and when to comeback so they can verify any further issues and time frame for repair. How refreshing!

I was at d&k Auto because of a nail in my tire. The mechanics were awesome and took good care of me for awesome taking care of me, getting me out of there no time from your $20 along with doing a thorough check of all my tires. I highly recommend and their family owned as well.

I cant recommend this place strongly enough! They were VERY honest and extremely helpful when my sons car broke down on a trip to SF. The gal who helped me on the phone and my son in person, Trish or Tricia, was amazing! Well always remember his trip, the issues with the car and how much less stressful D&K made the whole experience. :)

Felt ripped off. Told me I needed front brakes and did job without asking first or giving price quote. I had just done my front pads a few months prior, when I asked to see the old pads they said they threw them out. Would not trust these guys.
