My review is specific for the excellent customer service received in person and over the phone by the store manager Lucy Shelton. After purchasing a top of the line mattress I realized that for my sleeping habits I needed something less firm. Lucy was able to guide me through the process of testing a mattress for the full 90 days before making a final decision. Her professional inputs showed a great knowledge of the products and her spontaneity made the whole experience fun.

Ricardo provided an outstanding experience for us: just the right balance of providing us with the information we needed, while allowing us plenty of time & privacy to test out the mattresses (and we tested alot!). A really wonderful shopping experience!

We were sold on the LuxeAdapt Soft mattress about 4 months ago based on the experience of laying on the one they had in store. We spent over $7K on the mattress and machinery that it sits on and it still feels nothing like the one in the store. After 2 months of AWFUL sleep on a rock hard mattress (multiple wake ups, back and shoulder pains, etc), we went into the store to initiate an exchange when the guy assured us that it just needed another 30 days to soften up (something that was never disclosed to us until we wanted to return it). He suggested putting weights on it and having the kids jump on it a bunch which is absurd but we did it anyway. Two months later, nothing has changed. When I called and emailed to get help, everyone told us there was nothing that could be done after 90 days. No suggestions (aside from an attempt to upsell me a mattress topper), no support, $7K+ down the drain (not including the additional $ I will spend to replace this one), worst sleep of my life. I have never written a bad review publicly, but I have a bunch of extra time on my hands and Im in an especially bad mood now that I cant sleep.

Had a great test drive on a Tempur-Pedicure with a movable base! Definitely going to buy one once I get my stimulus payment. Beautiful feathered lamps!

My wife and I have had a tempur pedic mattress for 15 years and love it. We have joint pain when we are not on the tempur pedic (e.g. vacation) and that pain goes away after a few nights of sleeping on the tempur pedic bed. Because of our good experience with tempur pedic beds, there was not question that we would be buying another tempur pedic bed. Khalid made the experience very low key and comfortable. He answered questions directly and honestly. I strongly recommend the Corte Madera store and Khalid especially.

Did not know there was a Tempur-Pedic store right in my own backyard. I was ready to buy a Tempur-Pedic bed from Mattress Firm and when I realized this store was here I went in. I was a little concerned because of Covid and all, but when I was greeted by Lucy and saw how clean the store was I felt good about it. Very pleasant shopping experience and I would recommend both this store and the Tempur-Pedic brand to anyone.

I was deciding between a sleep number bed and a Tempur-Pedic and after I went in to the Tempur-Pedic store in Corte Madera there was no more decisions to be made. Michael helped me find the perfect mattress and he was just great! Can’t wait for my bed to get delivered!

I use to have one of the original Tempur-Pedic models and I loved that mattress. It’s been years now since I’ve slept on a Tempur-Pedic and I was shocked by how far these mattresses have come! It is not what it used to be, it’s a million times better! The team here knows their stuff when it comes to getting your zzzzz’s and I learned so much! I only bought a pillow, but I will be back to get a bed before the end of the year!

Do not buy or shop at this store. Sales person Lucy Shelton is incompetent and unprofessional. She does not know how to place a order. She made many errors in placing my order. In store I caught one of her errors that had me only receiving one of two twin beds needed to make a Cal King bed. Following day she called me back to say that she had ordered the incorrect base for this bed. When the order came today to my house the order was still incorrect. Wrong mattress protector was ordered. Needed two pillows, only one was ordered. She caused all of these issues so I just cancelled all of my order totalling more that $14,000. Do not shop here, order online or on the phone

Keenan helped us pick out a mattress and frame to best suit our needs. He thoroughly explained all of the features and answered any questions we had. At no point was he pushing a sale on us and let my wife and I privately discuss before we made the purchase. Highly recommended!

Non-existent customer service. We were in the store for 20-minutes looking at and testing all the mattresses and pillows as I was prepared to spend $3-4K on a new mattress and pillows — which was our ENTIRE purpose for driving to the Village. But not ONCE did the sales lady come by to check on us, say even a basic HELLO or even acknowledge us. Oh, she did when we walked out and said she’ll be with us in just a minute. Are you joking? Will never set foot in here again.

COVID friendly and so are the people who work there!

Great product and truly professional, articulate sales staff who know the product and what mattress fits a side sleeper with low back issues. No hard sell, no sleeze, not what I have experienced at other vendors. I need to replace a 4 year old $4k sleep number with foam so deteriorated the depression in the mattress has the depth of a kiddy pool. While the prorated warranty on the Sleep Number mattress is still in effect I wanted no further part of Sleep Number. As Kenny Rogers so perfectly said: “Gotta know when to hold em, Know when to fold em”. When I purchased it 4 years ago Consumer Reports rated the Sleep Number bed # 1 and stated it had great durability. It was excellent when new but awful in 2-3 years.I bought a sleep number topper and pillow 30 years ago. They have been remarkably durable though certainly don’t have the resilience they had when new. They are both still in use in a guest bedroom.

I purchased a pillow for $180 at the Corte Madera Store and was assured that I could return it if I didnt like it. My receipt stated that the product must be returned in original packaging. Because I opened both layers of packaging they consider it non refundable and I was not able to get a refund. Next time Ill go with Amazon.

I spent about an hour and a half trying the different mattress es and firmness es. Khalid the sales associate was fantastic in helping me decide. I’ve owned Tempur Pecics for 25 years. I’m ready for my third. They truly are the best for comfort and support. I really appreciated Khalid’s help and advice, and the time he took to help me. I highly recommend the Courte Madera store by and Tempur Pecic!

Best beds on the planet hands down!

We found this Tempurpedic store while we were shopping with the kids and my mother.The sales lady was awesome! She showed us the Adapt line which was very cool to the touch with an extremely reasonable price point for Tempurpedic mattresses. We unfortunately had to leave due to the kiddos getting rambunctious and impatient. I plan on going back with the hubby (hopefully without the kids) I loved the no pressure atmosphere and everyone was very nice.

I have had a tempurpedic grand bed for the last 10 years and have loved it. Im sure I will love the LuxeBreeze Adjustable even more

My wife & I went here to buy a bed, and we had the pleasure of working with Keenan. He was so nice and patient with us while giving us the best information. We now need to replace our standard king with a split king [the bed is SO damn comfortable, I sleep and snore like a dead man :-)] Keenan is handling the exchange for us and making everything simple and easy. We would definitely buy another Tempur-Pedic, and we would DEFINATELY come back to Corte Madera and Keenan!
