Contacting Nana Wall was easy. The sales rep was available although he did leave the company after I signed the deal. Nana still was there for me. They referred me to a great installer (Doors by George). George himself came out and took measurements and gave me great advise on the rough opening. I was updated by Nana Wall every step of the way. The door was delivered when they said it would be. The packaging was great to prevent damage to the 14 door. Installation by Doors by George went great and his installers were great. The door has operated flawlessly. Thanks Nana Wall!! The only advise I would give is if you order the swinging door with the option of having the latch higher to meet swimming pool code like I did, is that they make the latches for the accordian partitions higher also so they also meet the height requirements. The inspector made me secure the latches. I asked if they would of been higher like the swinging door latch would that have worked. He said yes. All in all great door and experience.

Just love my new Nanawall door. Its so beautiful. Feels really secure and well built. They were great to work with and very nice. Good communication. The installation and delivery process was a little more complicated than I realized with two different companies, but overall, they make a great product.

We decided to get 2 Nana Wall systems about 2 years ago in our Family Room and Master Bedroom, it was awesome and always a conversation during Parties and family gatherings at out house. This year in March we got 3 rd System in out formal Living room and again connecting outside space. With our house on the lake it’s been a Blessing with of the Lake front house and Nana Wall added the look. Checked three other vendors and was Cheep by 15% to 20% but quality and service was questionable. We dealt in Dallas with Mr Herman, very nice gentlemen and he made two trips before ordering and then was with the team making sure installation was perfect. My friends have already contacted him for their purchase of the system.

I own a home remodeling company (Integrity Contracting Services, LLC) and recently worked with Nana Wall Systems and their product as part of an Outdoor Living Space project in Brentwood, TN ... Our clients originally just wanted a large covered patio, but midway into the project they asked what it would take for the 625 sq ft area to be considered finished living space and count as part of their homes total square footage -- that is when we showed them the Nana Wall Systems. They now have a 625 sq ft indoor/outdoor space with three (3) Nana Wall Systems -- one system for a 17ft opening, one system for an 8ft opening and one for a smaller opening above the built-in grill. Our clients couldnt be happier with the finished product. We were very pleased with how working with Nana Wall Systems went from start to finish. I would not hesitate to recommend them, and will definitely work with them again.

Our 18’ NanaWall multi folding panel door system is outstanding! Give them a look because the quality comes from German engineering and looks outstanding. Very light since they are top hung doors and can move door system with a finger. It opens up our entire kitchen and dining area to our patio and backyard. The sales process was just ok and was not a fan of salesman but George from Garages by George is a certified NanaWall installer as we chose turnkey project and george team went above and beyond to return our home back to way it was prior to install. His trades are very good and professional. Doors operate as advertised and are better than most systems I demoed for same price point.

*Buyer Beware*Update - Same hinge has broken twice within 8 years, none of it covered under warranty, $500/year cost of ownership for a door.I had a 3-panel SL60 installed in my home in 2013 by a certified NanaWall installer, and enjoyed issue-free use of it for over 3 years. Then in early 2017 I noticed minor sticking when opening and closing the door. I assumed this was due to settling and likely just needed to be adjusted, and given the specialized nature of NanaWall and the warranty, I reached out to their main service center. They put me in contact with the local service expert and I scheduled an appointment to diagnose the issue, which carried a $150 price tag just to have a look.Once the local service expert was able to look at my unit, they found that the bottom hinge on the main access door had actually failed and was broken. The diagnosis was communicated to myself as well as the NanaWall service center in Corte Madera to get a quote for the parts. Much to my dismay, I was informed that the hinge was not covered under the 2 year limited warranty, and that the extended warranty that covers the rollers and other components would also not cover this failure. I communicated my displeasure to the installation manager, William Roberts, and tried to understand how an aluminum part like this could fail or if this was normal. After some back and forth he explained that this was not a normal failure, but in his opinion was likely due to improper installation or operation. I explained that the door was installed by a certified NanaWall installer, in order to keep the warranty in tact and was not misused, which would still not explain how the metal part had cracked and broken. Although he agreed it was abnormal it would not be covered under warranty and offered to sell me the parts at cost, which I ordered in order to continue with the repair and avoid additional damage.Now that the parts were on order I needed to get a quote for the work to replace the broken hinge. The local service expert which NanaWall makes you use in order to keep the warranty in tact, even though it had proven useless up to this point, quoted me $1400 for the work!!! I could not believe it, this was as much as I had paid to have the whole system installed!!!I dont understand how NanaWall can charge such a premium for their products and not even cover a gross part failure like this, and then force you to use their authorized local service representatives to keep the warranty in place. What is the point of using an authorized service expert, who has no competition and can set their rate, just to have a basic part of the door fail and not cover it under the warranty?I have loved the use of my NanaWall and all other parts of the construction have been fine, but I am very disappointed with my recent experiences with them in both warranty and price. Based on this I would not purchase another NanaWall or recommend it to a friend.

Looks amazing if you have the money for it. Its fairly expensive, but being a contractor I know that quality and cost go hand in hand. This product looks and works flawlessly.

The experience has been delightful. By luck I found a model home that inspired me to look into Nanawall. I went to the showroom in Dallas and ordered it shortly after. The door was delivered and professionally installed. We haven’t moved into the home yet (still under construction) but the first time I saw the installed door I was overwhelmed. Ours is a 5 panel door. I probably opened and closed it 10 times in the first 10 minutes. The quality and ease of operation is more than I expected. All my neighbors are jealous. We are proud to show it off. It is definitely one of the highlights of the home.

These doors are pretty awesome. They are very well made, durable, and really open up the space because there are no posts blocking the way. I highly recommend considering them on your next project or remodel.

Making the decision to put in our Nanawall was a great one. It has transformed the back of our house and has given us a great indoor outdoor space. I have used the NanaWall system in a number of homes. The quality of the product is outstanding and the follow up and customer service is top notch. The CAD files they send before placing your order insure that the specifications are as stated and the rough opening is prepeared correctly. I love the way these doors transforms our homes.
