I went in and spoke with Scott and left well informed. Went back two days later and signed up with Zach. Both were extremely helpful and honest. I was impressed with Zachs ability to multi task and give everyone the attention they needed and deserved. I highly recommend Cortland Cricket store to anyone looking for a new service.

Good deals. Dont really like being forced into highest plan just for a good deal on a good phone, but not much can be done about it.

About 2 weeks ago I had to replace my cell phone because I had lost it in Syracuse on a Highway. First thing the following morning I was at the Cricket Store. Zach helped me replace my lost cell, offered me a few options with an upgrade, and somehow found all of my data on Google. Which he immediately downloaded to my new cell. Zach is the most courteous and professional young man Ive spoke to in years. He had me all set up within 20 minutes. While he helped other customers.

Always love going into this store. The guys are nice and friendly and always very helpful. The store is always clean and service is great.

Wow, just wow! Scott was absolutely amazing. We stopped in a few weeks ago because we were considering switching from StraightTalk. Scott spent a lot of time with us, going over options, phones, best deals...never a pushy salesman. He seemed genuinely concerned about what was best for us. One of us is very tech savvy and the other not! When our months were up with StraightTalk we went back to see Scott. It happened to be a very hot day and the A/C had just broken in the store. He was very apologetic and worked with us to beat the heat! He never missed a step. He was helping another customer when we arrived, but he immediately made us aware of the situation and had us wait where it was cooler. He came and got us when he was done with that customer and then helped us get set up. He even moved all of our contacts, pictures, etc from our old phones. Cricket should be VERY proud to have such a wonderful young man representing their company. We werent necessarily convinced we should switch until we met Scott. Such excellent customer service!

I wanted free phone for my port in from T-Mobile I was told I was not able to get it because I a was bring my own phone unreal then I contact cell phone for less in Syracuse the company that owns them and got no where horrible customer service all around

Scott was awesome.. Got me into an upgraded phone (LG stylo 6). Got my new phone up, running, and data transferred within minutes. Called me the following day after ourchase to make sure I was happy and satisfied. (Most places dont care after they have your money) Highly recommend. Next shipment of stylo 6s that come in, Im buying at least one more for a family member. Scott thank you again for the help an easy switch over. More than a pleasure

I had Verizon when talking to Scott @ cricket. I first called Scott over the phone. He was very knowledgable and honest. I went into the store as it is right near my job, came in store was clean and Scott greeted us. We went over everything and my main concern was coverage and price as i was paying alnost $400 a month with my carrier. Scott reccomended activating 1 to make sure it worked, liked i wanted it too and then come back and do the rest, when i was comfortable with it. I asked Scott, if he worked the next day, as i was going to take the phone where my biggest reception issue was and if worked, i be back next day. He said come back tomorrow, i wont be here but Zack will be and he will give you just as good as customer service as me. Went in Saturday and spoke with Zack and Scott was right, he also is very professional and knowledgable.Zack setup my other 2 lines and now must say, im paying alot less for better customer service and reception. I highly reccomended Cricket and especially the one on RTE281 in Cortland.Thanks Scott and Zack for the amazing experience..
