The lady at the door was Not very welcoming. Super mean when you walk out. She treats Everyone as if theyre stealing. I know thats her job but there should be a better way of going about it. I also Dislike that the self check outs dont take cash anymore.

My visit today was great. Friendly folks, excellent cashier who was efficient, friendly and kind. Lots of self checkouts but I prefer a friendly face.

They had the new lego marvel minifigures and they played state of grace by taylor swift so definitely 5 stars (i cant upload video but I swear to God they played state of grace)

I placed an order online, they had one item in stock out of 7, regardless, the others are scheduled to arrive on friday and Saturday,, next wk.I was able to go there and park in the designated parking for pick up, call the number on the sign and give them the space number, at my convenience. They will hold for 4 days btw!My order was promptly sent out to me pronto! Excitement! My shoes I ordered were way cuter than I imagined and fit beautifully! The young man who delivered them was very polite and gracious. Great experience!

Consistently outve stock in the grocery, pet care, household essentials, toys, cosmetics, and baby/toddler care departments. Including, and ESPECIALLY, all throughout the toddler girls clothing displays.In regard too any expectation of superior customer service from this location; my best advice, dont get your hopes up. (Also, you may want too give your schedule an extra 25/30 minutes of wiggle room. As you will find yourself reading a Better Homes and Gardens magazine too pass the decade in line.)

It was OK. The parking spots need to be a little larger to accommodate cars that arent sedan sized.

A young lady helped me find a part for my propane tank. She was very knowledgeable. I wish I had gotten her name. She deserves a raise!

The local store is horrible. Bad management, short staffed thats poorly trained, horendous check out lines. We go to walmarts out of the area to avoid this one. All have some issues, but the athens/ sayre walmart is the worst in a 60 mile radius.

NEVER buy fabric from here! Either no one comes or nothing works or in our case... both. After asking 3 times someone got a manager to cut our fabric and then the scanner wasnt working. They had a good mood during it all and everyone that came to help fix the problem(6 people) seemed nice, but it was just a crazy amount of time. I should have just paid a little more over at Joans

They never have what I am looking for. The selection is usually slim every time I go there. I did have one good experience with the Team Leader. He went far and beyond to make sure that I had what I wanted. Other than that, I try to dodge the store.

The employees are awesome but the manager David is an immature, unprofessional inconsiderate dusche, who clearly doesn’t care about how to treat customers and employees alike. I tried talking to him to resolve a complaint but he said a smart remark and started walking away. If the manager of the store is this unprofessional and immature I could only imagine everyone else who is in charge. I’ve heardthat even several employees complained about this guy, never shopping there again.

Nice walmart. People are very friendly and helpful. The workers and management obviously take pride in there work and there store. Live near three, and this is my go to store.

This store is the pits, it has the worst customer service of any Walmart Ive EVER shopped at, other than 1 manager named Jesse who is a very helpful person . I would suggest if you really want a great experience to shop at the court land Walmart ! They have excellent customer service !!!

1 Star for me, lately. I shop at Walmart often. The employees see me and my husband multiple times a week...but they literally all huddle around when we check out and watch every move we make. Then when we question them, they say its their job to watch us like hawks, Ask my manager. BS! They take items out of my cart. They charge at me yelling that I didnt scan something, when in fact, I did. They have no regard for the 6 ft covid rule. My question....where is the store manager? I have yet to see them. Trickle down effect

Associates are usually nice and helpful. The store is clean. Need to do a better job at stocking their items though. I shop here often and they’re out of a lot of certain items again and again. Overall we always have a good trip to the store.

The only thing that would surprise me is if an employee actually checked on you and asked if you need assistance without you having to search for someone who then tells you theyll try to find the person for that department instead of at least making an attempt to assistyou themself.... meanwhile I stand waiting in the same place for 5-10 annoying minutes!

Racially profiled. When going to check out. Im an honest upstanding paying citizen like everyone else. It was clear because she stood next to me the entire time at self checkout while she conversated with other non black shoppers. I like this store because its clean and usually always have items stocked.. Didnt like the experience with said cashier. If I wasnt in a rush I would have asked for a manager. Next time I just might!

- As we do several times a week, we had to go to the store to get items that are not optional and are several dollars less expensive per item than the local grocery stores. Given that fact we have no choice but to endure the Consisten Harassment, Rude, unhelpful and always threatening behavior from every employee including management at all levels. I have notified the store manager and corporate office to which nothing has been done ever! Both choose not to respond and rather turn a blind eye. I am not allowed to return items that are well within the stated policies posted. No choice but to let myself and my family (wife and two kids under 13) endure such subpar and inexcusable treatment. Its at the point where they just reach into my bags as Im checking out, to double check it was scanned yet they are logged into the terminal remotely from their handheld devices, multiple employees each time I check out. During a pandemic or not, this is inexcusable! This is not something that I have ever seen done to anyone else, ever! Mangers are involved and corporate offers no support or resolutions or even a response beyond the initial correspondence which is always generic and requires a half dozen or so steps from the customer just to get it processed, a complaint that is. Something like this and as many times as I have reported it, without remaining annoynomous for the benefit of tracking. I have no choice but to seek alternatives to my issues as I am not driving 40 minutes 1 way to another Walmart as a result of their inability to rectify the problems.

Ronda helped me so much in the self checkout by the home and garden area! She seen that I had my hands full and physically helped me! She was so nice and treated me with respect and dignity. She definitely deserve recognition for this! Ive had many bad experiences there but she 100% changed my view and perspective of this Walmart so Rhonda if you see this please know that you were my guardian angel that day!

Reasonably priced junk for all your needs, awful service, things are often out if stock. Their pickup grocery service is wonderful though.

Used to be a nice place to get stuff. But now its impossible to find anything since pandemic. Shelves constantly empty with everyday household foods and cleaning. Hate going there now and try to avoid it as much as possible. Finding other alternatives to get what I need off the internet.

Havent forbid youre in your 2 minutes after they make the announcement that theyre closing in 15 min, stop to look at something on the way up to the register in about my head chewing off and evil eye from all the employees so were standing around One register waiting for me to check out, answer all five of you could have found something to do that wasnt dependent on me going through stuff to check out besides stare at me and make me comments about how its almost closing

We went to the Walmart in Cortland and I wont go back there anytime soon. There were no carts when we came in so we went to the other end to get one. The setup was really odd and the food was not well stocked. I finally found the drink I was looking for in an aisle that was just completely random products and not back in the drink section and one area had a very unpleasant odor.

I hate going to Walmart!! It wasnt terrible in there Tonight tho. I went later.

Usually do my grocery shopping curbside, but.... rang my 4 items, nowhere for cash, cards only, thank God it wasnt a huge order! 2nd reg, same thing, finally...... Lady at door checking receipts, was miserable, didnt really acknowledge you, and acted like you had the plague

Had a bit of trouble checking out,but cashier made up for it by giving me discount on items that were priced wrong.The nice thing is she took my word for it.First time that has happened in years.Now places treat you,me and everyone like we are lying about the price.Why did this happen?Just the opposite at this walmart.Made me feel great thank you.😊

The new norm. Cant keep shelves stocked. Always out of a handful of items on your list. Why cant they stock at night? Employees do not appear to be attentive or even trying to look busy. (Not all, but most.).

Absolutely ridiculous. Rang myself out got everything bagged card reader didnt work tried4 times 45 minutes to try and cash out. Meanwhile the worker was on her phone not paying attention. Needless to say they have to restock my groceries. Call to cooperate had been put in, again.

I was looking for chorizo and they could not find any. I went to this particular Walmart in cortland because I was told that they carried it, but they didnt have it. I was disappointed. But Walmart usually has what I am looking for.

Staff is very helpful and friendly. Food is cheap, smells like cigs down some aisles tho.

Today alot of the shelves were empty and it was packed.

I was ok except for the fact there are no cashiers open. Like are you kidding me? I not only have to shop for my stuff but yall want me to scan n bag? Ill pay for delivery just to have to make Wal-Mart pay to have someone shop for me!! Lol

Walmart has gone down hill. Use to be a great place. But their employees are not helpful. They have display for stuff they dont sell anymore. Their website lies even one of their employees said that. I wouldnt recommend this place like I would use to.

Store employees are put at risk taking bed bugs home due to a major infestation in the employee areas. Some management was aware and they never warned any employees of it. Local pest guy stated he has done over 6 employees homes due to this issues several times in 6 months. I called corporate they cant be bothered until the store manager is given a chance to fix.

Its a good place to shop... if youre returning an item from their website and it requires a Fed Ex delivery from that store,youll have to take it to another store as they dont have the Fed Ex add on in that store after the refit......be aware

Bigger than the Ithaca store. Staff is friendly. I was able to get a tent for $36 dollars at this store.

Since they moved things around it is sometimes pretty difficult to find what you are looking for. As well as when you go to check out or need assistance it takes quite a long time to get that assistance or to check out.

A lot of nice, considerate people, lots of items. It can feel repetitive and too comfortable after a while. I enjoy having new products and a plethora of services and goods. I am grateful for what they do, but I enjoy having multiple stores to choose from. Prices are pretty decent, but again, I enjoy getting a bit here and other items other areas.
