The guy working was extremely friendly and helpful. While I was talking to him, it felt like I was talking to a long time friend/family member.

Went in there 2 weeks ago said they didnt have any ps4 controllers theyd have some in a week came back after a week still no controllers and said theyd have some in a week and I called before I went in and sure enough no controllers for ps4 this is a bit ridiculous how long till yall have anything in stock cuz it seems like you dont have anything really

Hardly anything there to buy. One person working with a store full of people phones ringing, trying to help someone out on the phone other phone is put on hold. The associate was doing a lot at once and didnt run.

Always knowledge and friendly staff and if they dont have what youre looking for they can get it for you. I once bought a used copy of a game and took it home only to have it not work. When I returned it the manager exchanged it for a new copy at no extra cost. Love this place

The customer service in this store is phenomenal. We know we will be kindly greeted, and the staff lets customers know they are available if anything is needed. We have had many questions, and each time the staff has taken the time to thoroughly explain options, give helpful advice and are extremely knowledgeable. If an item is not in, they will order it for you or let you know when it will be back in stock. -A very happy customer-

The employees are helpful and knowledgeable, but buying anything pre-owned just plan on taking it back they obviously do not test anything. They must just throw into a package and resell it. Ive had this experience will consoles and controllers.

Not a big fan of the company as a whole but the main guys at this location are all super cool and helpful, always willing to chat up their favorite games and help me make a purchase. Never once have I had a problem that they didnt fix immediately. Awesome store awesome people.

Company business practices aside, this store is excellent. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and midnight releases fly by smoothly.

Its your average GameStop employees working at an average GameStop. Nothing that will blow your socks off. the practices that are fairly normal of all GameStop is the annoying pressure you sales for things that you dont want. this particular GameStop has plenty of that every time youre buying anything they will always try to pressure you into spending more money on something you dont want. The experience is average but youre better off buying games and systems online

Had a very poor experience with an employee, he was quite rude and snarky. I left the store feeling annoyed and kind of dumbfounded by the horrid customer service. Would not recommend coming to this store.

Its gamestop. I do most of my stuff online now but in a pinch its nice to have a physical location close by.

Always over priced, and never want to give you anything substantial for trade in value. The people behind the desk ALWAYS try to upsale. Gets annoying really fast especially when I go in knowing what I want already. Its like a slew of do you want this extra? Or this extra? Or that extra? Oh by the way can we interest you in blah blah blahNo. However the online service system is great. And they always have the game I need so 2/5.

One of the bigger GameStops in the area. Bigger than Ithaca, maybe on par with Syracuse Destiny Mall.As of 8/2019 there is DS/Wii/X360/PS3 and everything after! GameStop really has increased its selection of merchandise and appearal as well, shirts, figures and cookie jars!Employee on duty was super friendly and non pushy. No mention of preorder bonuses or Power Up Rewards...thank you kind sir!

Nice store for your gaming needs. Could use Xbox Live Gold Cards in different demonitions. Pretty decent selection of gaming goods. They also sell game tie-in merchandise: t-shirts, socks, belts, bobbleheads, keychains, toy dolls (game character based), and used games and systems. Awesome, helpful, knowledgeable staff. Pokemon up the wazoo, too.😸

This store was in possession of my stolen Xbox One, I gave them the serial number so they can contact me if it came in, the Xbox was sold to the store and the employees knowingly negletected to alert me. Then they sold it a few days later for a profit. They stole from me and made money off of it. Shady business, worse employees in never doing business with GameStop ever again and specifically the one in Cortland on Bennie Rd. Please be careful when doing business here, they dont care about you one bit.

They had Battletoads, I’ve been looking for that game for YEARS!!! Unfortunately, when I went in the store to pick it up, an angry short man named Dylan Miranda ran up to me and shot me in the D|CK with his paintball gun. It hurt so bad... luckily I got to play battletoads afterwards so that was fun. That Dylan kid was promptly kicked out of the store by the employees. My FAVORITE Gamestop!

Dont deal with them as much as I used to you can buy a brand new game from them for $59.99 + Tax and take it to trade it in youll get maybe $15.00 used games are great except for if they are well played titles like GTA 54.99 used pfft 39.99 Walmart brand new
