Best breakfast sandwich in town. The cookies and cupcakes are delicious and very reasonably priced. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. They also have a student breakfast special which has a bagel sandwich, cookie, and a drink for $8 and it is one of the best deals around especially for how high quality everything is there. Can’t wait to go back.

I have always said this is the best breakfast sandwich spot in cortland (and they make delicious bakery items!) however I truly mean it today when I went to get some sandwiches and I brought my dog. I went inside to order and was waiting patiently outside with my dog until the order was ready. Not only did the kind gentleman bring my sandwiches out for me, but he also brought a treat for my dog! Exceptional service and great food.

Cookies, Amazing. Eclairs, even moreso. Owners couldnt have been more friendly, even helped me take my huge order to my car.

I googled the best cookie shop near Cortland N.Y. and Frosted came up first so thats where we went and we were NOT disappointed!! The cookies were delicious, huge and inexpensive. If we are ever in the area again we will return (we might even go out of our way just to return)🍪😍

I used to make all the cakes for birthdays, but have been so busy the last year that I resorted to buying. Frosted has allowed me to still be creative, and design each cake to whomever I’m celebrating. Most of my ordering has been done through the FB Messenger App, and I never have an issue. They answer my questions, let me send a pic of my idea, and accommodate the changes and color themes I’m looking for. If they have questions they never hesitate to ask and are very prompt with details to ensure they make a perfect gift for my loved ones. They use great products in their goods, and the icing is on point. We have never been disappointed in our purchases through Frosted. The staff is equally amazing! Courteous, well spoken, and warm welcoming. The store has been clean and bright every time I’ve been in. The displays are well lit, clearly labeled, set up, and easy to choose from. I highly recommend this bakery for your sweet treats and events.

They are so nice!!!! And on top of that everything I have eaten here is so good!! Whenever I come through Cortland I try to stop for one of their amazingly delicious (and cheap!) breakfast sandwiches!! Their cookies and cupcakes are so good I usually grab one of those for later when I get a sandwich. Ill be back!!! :)

This says I visited a year ago, but you have no idea. It is almost a weekly sin, sometimes more. Wow. All I can say is wow. Great selection of cupcakes and cookies, delicious cakes made to order...I cant say enough good stuff. Bagels/Breakfast sandwiches too.

We were having a get together for family and friends and my brother preordered cookies from Frosted. My other brother and I picked them up on the day they were needed and when we walked into Frosted we looked at the cookies display and we tasted an oatmeal raisin cookie and knew we hit pay dirt. The cookies were a hit at the gathering. If and when we ever make it back to New York, I live in Texas and my other brother lives in Florida, we will stop at Frosted and stock up. Cookies are fantastic and so was the service. Five Stars.

I’ve tried a variety of sweet treats from this shop and everything has always been absolutely delicious. The price is reasonable for the size of the treats, too. The staff is always really nice. It’s just a great place to satisfy your sweet tooth!

Went it to ask what was available for an 80th birthday. I asked if there were any pictures of past work. The woman, I believe who was the owner, was put out by the questions. If you cant answer a question, maybe you shouldnt be on the counter.

Great bakery with huge deserts for a great price. They also just made my wedding cake, which was absolutely incredible. Great people to work with, and very delicious treats! I highly recommend them for any kind of special occasion, or just to grab a quick and tasty snack!

I will ABSOLUTELY be back..Just a warning, they dont take credit cards, so make sure you have cash when you stop in!
