Thank you to the Corvallis Sallys! I appreciate you. Over the past year besides our little farm on the side and my large family. 4 boys and a girl, I care for several elderly clients. One of the things I do is there hair. Between cutting, I also color. Every time I have been In ALL of you have ROCKED and were extremely helpful. I appreciate all of you!

I dont live local. About a 35 minute drive for me came to pick up supplies for work. There was a sign posted on the door temporarily closed til 4:30? Sorry....But I am not waiting around for over an hour to get my supplies. Just disappointing and hopefully management can take care of these weird random closures. And its a SUNDAY!?

Friendly and knowledgeable I love this place

It is so irritating when Sallys website AND voicemail says its open until 8pm on Mondays and Tuesdays, (which today is Monday at 730 pm) and yet they are closed. I started calling at 7 pm to ask if they had a certain hair dye and no one would answer. Infact after ringing 15 times it goes to the fax machine. So I decided to just drive there since no one would answer. ( By the website and voicemail message Sallys IS open until 8 pm.) When I got to Sallys at 7:38 pm it was infact closed. IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO BE OPEN THE HOURS THAT YOU HAVE ADVERTISED THEN PLEASE PUT A NOTE ON THE DOOR OR CHANGE YOUR DAMN MESSAGE MACHINE. I wouldnt be so irritated if I didnt live 20 miles away.

The employee there was very helpful, even to the point of checking new arrivals so I could get the products I wanted. Its the best service I have received from any other store I have patronized. Other locations should follow their exemplary service and knowledge.

I have been sorely missing my (recently discontinued) favorite shampoo, and asked the clerk for some recommendations. After recommending a replacement (that has worked out quite nicely), she stepped away and -unbeknownst to me- contacted every store in our immediate area. Two days later, she now has 9 sets of my shampoo, set aside specifically for me. Beyond this exceptional service, she was friendly and attentive, without being pushy, and I felt as if I left the store with the beginnings of a new friendship. Really unexpected, but amazing. I suppose it shouldnt have come as a surprise, but the clerk is also the manager, Brooke Zigler. Given some of the disheartening, terrible service and suggestions I received from my last Sallys, in Tacoma, Washington, I am THRILLED to have found such an amazing store.

Great color selection as far as hair dyes and a super friendly staff who are well informed and r willing to make sure u walk out feeling like u know what u r doing. Looking forward to next visit!

The staff is really helpful and know their business. Ive never had a problem with any Sallys location, so I highly recommend if you are looking into doing your own hair.

This store has posted hours of 9am but still isnt open. Their phone message said 930am they need to get on the ball. Last time I was here I was given incorrect info to dye my hair and had to make two trips to get the products I needed. But its the only Sallys between Albany and Corvallis so we are stuck with it.
