I am quite disappointed with the lack of communication and customer assistance the service department has shown. I had AAA drop off my vehicle at Wilson on 08/09 for new tires, throughout that week I had to call the service department multiple times a day to just get an update on my vehicle. At one point I called and the gentleman I talked to had no idea what my vehicle was there for. Four days go by and my vehicle still out in the lot not being serviced. I made contact with Brian, who claimed vehicle would be done by Friday 08/12 and would call with an update. Friday came along and no phone call. I call to find out tires won’t be in until Saturday (the next day). On Saturday 08/13 I get a phone call stating my tires are in and vehicle will be ready by Monday.Monday comes by and I receive a phone call stating the wrong tires were ordered that they would be there the following morning and my vehicle would be ready by noon. I reach out to them at the time Brian claimed vehicle would be ready and it isn’t. He then states vehicle will be ready by 5.Due to the hassle, Brian wanted to provide us with a free alignment for that Saturday. He said he would call us on Friday to confirm and yet again we never received a call. I show up on Saturday and turns out he isn’t there.The most frustrating and annoying part of this situation is not that my vehicle wasn’t done when I wanted it to be, the frustrating part was the lack of communication, lack of professionalism and the false promises given by the department.I will not step foot at this dealership again.

Wonderful experience at this place my girlfriend bought a brand new Subaru they gave her a loan or car until her new one showed up they took care of her they gave her all the Bells and whistles and they just made sure she was happy and I was pretty happy with the level of respect that I saw showing towards my girlfriend and shes happy Im happy the place is nice great selection of cars friendly sells staff and I would definitely recommend anybody thats buying to go there

Their service department is the slowest Ive ever experienced. I had an appointment for 10am for an oil change-tire change. Im still here at 12:40! Every time this has been the experience. Never again!!! Still not done.😡😡😡

Not sure what is going on with Wilson Motors. We have used them in the past and had great service; however, that was not my more recent experience. First, we tried to buy a car from them. They didnt have the car, so said they would get it from another dealership. We waited a week, they never called back. Finally, we went to another dealer out of town. When I needed service, I took it to the service department. I made an appointment for 3 weeks later, brought the car in, when I called them at the end of the day, they hadnt even looked at the car. I left it until the next day. Called again at the end of the day, and - you guessed it - they did not look at the car. I was assured by the service department that they would do better. I made another appointment for two weeks later. Brought the car in. Never got a call, so I called about 4pm that day. They had not looked at the car! I was told that a manager was looking into it. When I picked it up at 6pm, I was told that they looked at it and ordered a part for it. It would be in within 2 weeks. Once again, never got a call about the part, so after two weeks I called. At this point, I was told that no part was ever ordered and they still did not know what was wrong with my car. I was lied to multiple times by the service department and wasted months trying to get warranty service done on my car. I finally took it out of town to get service. It was fixed within a week and they gave me a free loaner car.

After having the worst possible experience at Main Auto Body mu car was towed here to be inspected by insurance after a bad car accident. I was very shaken up after the whole even and after such a terrible experience with Main Auto Body, but the employees here were understanding and kind about the situation while I didnt really use their services other than to hold the car they were very kind and thats all that was needed.

I had a really wonderful experience buying my first used vehicle from a dealership at Wilson Motors with salesman Codi Branch. I was pretty nervous going into it, but they were very communicative and friendly, and I found the perfect Jeep for me. They are being cautious of COVID (especially if you are nervous about it, like I am), and I was able to test drive my vehicle alone- which was important to me. I didnt feel the pressure to buy that I expected going into it, and I feel that I got a wonderful deal for the SUV that I purchased. After buying my Jeep, I had it looked at by another party and there were a few things that needed to be fixed. While I was a bit displeased by this initially, Codi helped me navigate getting those things repaired at Wilson at the price of just the repairs, saving me literally hundreds of dollars. I still feel that my purchase was a great deal and my Jeep is in amazing condition. I would recommend this location and working with Codi for purchasing a vehicle!

After the hassle of dealing with other dealerships, I found the perfect truck at Wilson Motors. They were extremely easy and pleasant to negotiate with. Incredibly kind and courteous. They made sure I knew the ins and out of the pickup and even helped me set up a new key code on the keypad. Overall it was the best truck purchasing experience I have ever had.

Went to Corvallis for better service but no such luck. Brought the Jeep in for recall repair and dropped it off at 8 am the service department said it would take les then half a day. It is now 430pm and while we suit waiting it is still not completed. Disregard for their own standards of customer service.

Very disappointed in this experience. Brought my new car in with the heated seats / ventilated seats / steering wheel heat out. They diagnosed the issue as a faulty heated seat module and quoted me at four hours of labor, over $500.Hoping to avoid the high dealership labor cost, I took my vehicle to an independent mechanic. The car is new enough that they were unable to work on it, lacking the computer for it if I understood correctly. Still, they used an industry standard labor guide and told me that the quoted replacement should be under an hour of labor. I verified this information with another independent area mechanic.From this point, I went back to Wilson Motors and asked them to take another look at the repair time estimate, assuming it was a mistake; it was not. They cut me a killer deal at 3.5 hours of labor after the push back.From here, I started painting a picture that their business practice might be substandard. I check with two other area dealerships and confirmed that this repair should be completed in under an hour.I spoke with mechanics that had worked at Wilson, to their displeasure, in the past and it seems that the service manager disallows his techs from even referencing the labor guide. Instead, he quotes what he sees fit (clearly, leaning very high) and that runs as law. This aligns with my experience of the customer service rep being extremely vague as to what was taking to long for a simple fix.Last but not least, I got the part replaced at another dealership, and that wasnt the problem! Further diag showed that there was a circuitry issue in the driver seat back causing a fuse to blow.Go ahead and get yourself a car here. Do yourself a favor and avoid the service department if at all possible until they make a major change. I wont be back.

ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. If I could give Wilson Motors Service Department zero stars I would, because 1 star is too deserving for the service experienced in this facility. First of all, I received NO receipt of my car even being there. Secondly, we received our car back (after a reverse camera fix, post-collision work from being rear-ended) AND OUR DASH WANT EVEN SCREWED ON! There was another potential insurance claim as the dash jumps into my arms, driving 60 mph with a toddler in the backseat. Dashes are heavy, by the way! Wilson Motors fixed Ford manufacturer recalls, and I say fixed because the next day, I start the car... Correction, TRY to start the car, but it wont start! So we have it towed back to the Whites Collision (whom have been wonderful through this fiasco, so thanks to them!), Whites Collision got the car to start, but was still running crumby, so they have it towed to Wilson Motors to fix their boo boo. Turns out, the transmission module was replaced (Ford recall), but was out when they received it. The transmission is locked, we do not have the Dealership key for access. When I tried to start the car with the transmission module not installed correctly, it fried the battery, thus would not start. This was a week ago, and we are just now getting the call that Wilson Motors want US to pay THEM $2300 to MAYBE fix the transmission problem, or nearly $6000 to replace the transmission in its entirety. Better Business Bureau, here I come!

I have been taking my car to Wilson Motors since I moved to Corvallis 11 years ago, and I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else. They are very customer -oriented, offering free shuttles, so you don’t have to worry about getting home or to work (and back) when you leave your car with them, and often I get a free car wash and vacuum as well! My service advisor, Jeff, is friendly, knowledgeable, and always completely honest with me. He stays in touch with me while the car is in the shop. His upfront quotes for the cost of the work are always spot on, and the work is always done to my satisfaction. This is an awesome dealership for doing oil changes and car repairs – THE best in town!

One of the best car shopping experiences ever! My husband and I went there to start our search for a certified-used vehicle. We did not feel pressured at all to look, buy or drive any vehicles. We did find an SUV that fit our needs and budget and after driving we knew it was what we needed and wanted. We sat with Michael; he listened to us and understood what we were looking for and what we could afford. He took the time to give us the background on the vehicle and made sure we felt comfortable with moving forward.Todd took very good care of us, and worked very hard to get us a low APR, monthly payment and years of payment. He really took the time to understand what WE wanted. Most importantly they made us feel like family. It wasnt about the sale, it was about making sure we went home with the vehicle that best fit our needs at a price that we felt comfortable with. I now even take my 2018 Ford to Albany for service because I don’t trust the service technicians at Wilson. Salespeople and Service Advisors are great but their professionalism is negated by horrible service.

Dont buy a preowned car from this dealership. They claimed to have checked over ours before selling it, but neglected to inspect rear defrost element. Someone cut the trip permit off back window & cut through the element. We didnt know this till after we tried using it this winter. Though it was a warranty issue. Another dealership told me what to look for. Wilson Sales Manager refused to deal with it & never called me back.

Fairly new to the area, I have always taken my car to dealer for oil change and routine checkups. First oil change here I said I would wait, expecting a couple (?) hours...turned out twice that time. Now I go in to schedule another and I have to wait nearly two weeks—make appointment, and leave the car with them “from 9-5”? And no offer of a car loan? Is this normal practice for Wilsons?

Last week my wife and I purchased a new ford fusion from Lou Maggiulli at Wilson Motors in Corvallis Oregon. We traded in our 2011 fusion that we purchased from Wilsons. I believe we were treated more than fair from Tom Wilson on the value of our trade. Between Tom and Lou and the great service department I well continue to call on Wilson Motors when ever we are looking for a new car or truck. In my opinion a auto dealer that I can be comfortable with and believe I am getting the best deal can be hard to find. They did everything exactly as I like it, INCLUDING a hand wash & vacuum of a very dirty vehicle. All for less $$ than a simple oil change @ the Eugene dealer.

I had problems with my 1994 Dodge van. Before they knew it was able to still run, they were looking to work it into their schedule the very next day. Later when I did bring it in, they suspected what the problem was from what I described and had a rough idea of the cost. By early afternoon they had a solution and a reasonable cost estimate. The job was completed on time at a cost under the estimate.When I picked the vehicle up, I asked another question about adding additional headlights. The mechanic walked me over to the parts department and introduced me to the man that could help. This person was also upbeat and friendly.He showed me some different options and mentioned competitors who specialized in various options. He also showed me where to go on Google for replacements of the existing fixtures since factory ones are no longer available.If I owned this company, I would be proud of my employees, they were great.

Mechanics in the service department are very friendly and good at communicating more technical things to the layman.These guys also saved me a couple hundred bucks that another mechanic was going to charge me to replace a part that didnt need replacing.The lot has a pretty confusing layout though, I had to park at three different locations before I found the place I was trying to go.

Our sales guy Bob was wonderful to work with, he really made our Wilson Ford experience a great one. Very helpful and didnt push sales on us, we really appreciated that Bob wanted to make sure we were put into a car that worked best for us, even if it meant going back and forth getting keys to several different vehicles and staying a little after hours to help us. The other component that caused us to choose Wilson Ford was the CPO warranty that came with our Ford Flex, the warranty and peace of mind that came with it was something that really closed the deal for us... Plus, we are in LOVE with our new Flex!

I just wanted to say thank you all for such awesome service. I had a bad experience with Power Ford in Newport, whom was recommended by a friend so I felt a loyalty to them. The door sensors were going out in the driver side and driver passenger side doors. This was making the lights stay on in my car. My battery had died twice waiting 6 weeks for Power ford to schedule me in for service so I brought my car here. I have had two separate situations in dealing with the sales group at the Dodge side, multiple with their service department, and multiple with their Rental Car.The sales side is great, they can sell you a car, they are courteous and friendly and let you take the keys for a drive, no hassle. However once you get to the financing part I have had to to deal with this two times now. They dont fully pay off my trade in, isnt that great?! I just got a notice form my old finance company today that my vehicle still has a balance. Are you freaking kidding me, twice in a row??? I cannot believe that both dealings in buying a car from them they have failed to pay off the full balance.The service side not so much, I had a brand new 2015 chrysler 200s that had maybe 90 miles on it when I bought it. It shifted rough and jerked me around, even left me stranded in the middle of the road! I had it in multiple times to which they could not reproduce the issue. Of course no one can, it was extremely frustrating. Then when they did work on the transmission they left blocks of wood, yes BLOCKS OF WOOD inside the engine bay, when I picked up the car it was making horrible noises and vibrating. I took it right back, the next day they called and said come pick it up, I asked what was wrong? They would not tell me, I had to force them to tell me this. I escalated it to Chrysler FCC to which ultimately since the dealer couldnt reproduce the issue got dropped and I was told to pickup the car. The mechanic even repeatedly told me that these cars are notorious for these issues and it is a crappy transmission. Needless to say I was not pleased, also ever time I got the car back there were papers left inside, the outside wasnt cleaned because they dont clean black cars. Seriously?!?! I asked to talk to multiple managers whom I did get to talk to the Dodge Manager whom never called me back, thanks for the service there!Lastly the Rental Car department, if you want the best customer experience go here. Kristy will take care of you and always have a smile on her face. I was so upset with managers not returning my calls and being blown off by the service department I only talked to her. Maybe she should be a manager at Wilson Motors because she knows what customer service is! Thank you Kristy you were the only shining star out of everyone at Wilson Motors!Also that same car that had all of those issues is for sale on their used car lot, buyer beware!

Great experience, no pressure sales. Bob has been especially helpful. Got a great deal on my used truck. I had some concerns when the check engine light came on shortly after purchase, I emailed Bob and he assured me their shop would take care of any issues since I JUST purchased it.Turned out it was just some water in one of the sensors that had to dry out after the engine was pressure washed, pretty common issue.I was very impressed that even after I signed on the proverbial dotted line, the dealership stayed in contact with me and was willing to stand behind the vehicle they sold. My experience was in the service department only. I believe this company is very focused on selling vehicles and making as much as humanly possible out of any repair they have to do. It felt like they would rather sell me a car than fix the cars they are certified to repair. Through my multiple interactions with them they were always kind and respectful. They are just way overpriced for repairs. We took our vehicle to Garys and saved over 1000 dollars on the same repair! Great place to buy a car but unless its getting a warranty covered service go elsewhere.

Seriously, if you want to buy a car, go to Wilson. My family has bought 3 Ford trucks and 2 Ford Focuses from them over the past 12 years. They give amazing service, however if you want top notch, do anything for you, make you the best deal and never BS you service, buy from Dave Niskanen. This guy is the nicest car dealer you will ever meet. Seriously, he doesnt give you lines, try to wow you, or pressure you to buy now. Hes amazing. Even after you buy your car he still looks out for you. Just today I went in to get a new key for my car and he got me two keys and a remote for free. Yes, FREE. All he asked was that I say great stuff about him and send people his way. The guy is amazing and looks out for his customers like theyre family. Hes not happy with your car deal until youre happy. He actually said to my dad when he bought his 2011 F-350 What do you want to pay? I dont care about what the finance guys say, what number will get you to walk out of here with the truck you love? My dad told him and we had the truck that afternoon for $5,000 below the sticker price, plus they gave us a great deal on our trade in. Ive been to lots of dealerships and nothing compares to Wilson. I would buy any car from Dave and know that he wouldnt sell me a lemon or make me a bad car deal. He will be straight up with you and tell you if he thinks that youd pay too much for a car out on the lot. Lots of dealer will lie to you, but Dave is seriously about people first, money second.

This is the first time my girlfriend and I have been to a dealership and we were pleasantly surprised with Wilson Motors! We have always avoided going through car dealerships because we didnt want to feel pressured or buy an overpriced vehicle. The vehicle we bought was priced well and we had a good overall experience with them.Joey Adams, the car salesmen we connected with, was there to help us find a vehicle that worked for our particular situation, and it was nice dealing with a genuine person that we felt at ease talking to.Wilson Motors really saved the day for us and found us a solid vehicle, and we are very happy that we ended up going there. I found a vehicle I absolutely loved there... Being a few thousand out of the range I wanted to spend, the salesperson, Ken, didnt even try to push it on me. In fact, I had to bug him to even get a test drive. Taking a day to think about it, I was unfortunately coaxed by the local Honda dealer to purchase a different car... A car that wasnt even close to what I was looking for, and after a week of trying to convince myself that I would grow to love it, I finally decided I had enough. I went back to Wilson Ford, talked to Ken, and him and the sales manager Todd not only got me a very good trade value for my then used 2013 Civic (only had 393 miles at that point), but also got me a fantastic deal on the car that I wanted.. Yeah, I took a bit of a hit but it could have been way worse. These guys are a class act. I wouldnt buy a car anywhere else if I could buy from them first.

Positively Brutal.Bob is sales is nice, but I paid too much for the car, which is my fault.I paid thousands of dollars for the warranty, but it is worth nothing because not only will they not fix my car, they will not even get my car in, twice, after having it there for TWO FULL DAYS. They always say that someone called in sick, or we are backed up because of weather, or the queen showed up and we had to blah blah.... I dont care. I dont want excuses, I want my car fixed. I will be taking my work, and my sales to anyone else but Wilson in the future. They care about you up front when they are making the sale, but when it is done, you matter far.... FAR less....

I am currently driving a Jeep, purchased from Wilson Motors and I have had Ford vehicles in the past. Both products have performed nicely. I have always brought my vehicles back to Wilson Motors to have them serviced. When I walk into the service department I am greeted with a smile. I realize they are a very busy shop and I might have to wait to be helped occasionally but that smile lets me know that they will be with me as soon as possible. As far as repairs go, I have had no problems there either, I am told up front that there will be a diagnostic charge and when the problem has been diagnosed, I am called by my Service Advisor and told how much the repairs will cost. The ladies in the office that do the billing are ALWAYS friendly and I often hear laughter so I assume they are in a good working environment which makes me feel good. Wilson Motors is and will be the dealership of choice for me and my family.

We have been shopping for about six months, looking for that just right truck to pull our new travel trailer. I wanted to stay local, used, and something in good shape. One day, will looking on the internet, came across a 2015 F-250 pickup and it sounded like it was equipped as needed. Called and talked to Shawn, we went over the features, I described my concerns and needs. We had to wait until after the first of the year to make the purchase and so told him we would be down around then. After hanging up, got to thinking, this was the first truck i had came across that fit all my needs with a good safety margin, so decided we would not wait, but drive down to take a look see. Got there, and it was just as described, beautiful condition as a one owner that had been purchased and serviced there.Shawn was busy, but turned us over to Lou Maggiulli to assist. I did not expect to be treated as I was, since my previous experiences at car dealers were stressful. Not so with lou, made a personal connection right away, we discussed as old friends, no pressure, just helpful. We took the truck for a drive, that is all it took.I know this is long, but,,, they made the purchase easy, comfortable, and relaxed. We took it home that night, and dropped by in a couple days to complete the transaction. I feel safe pulling my RV now, and happy with this sales transaction. Dealing with the office staff was also a comfortable feeling. After moving here from the California Bay area, this business made me right at hone, like I was dealing with my neighbor. These are good people, and based on my experience, they will do you right.

The service man I dealt with was dishonest. Drove me to Sharis and abandoned me there for longer than previously stated. I called and asked if my car was done, he lied to me and told me that he tried calling me, like I dont understand how cell phones work. What a liar. Then he said it would be completed soon and he would call me and send someone to pick me up. Time went on, so knowing that I was dealing with a liar, I took it upon myself to walk all the way back to the service center. There it was, my car, just sitting there complete. It never got washed or anything. How long was that deceptive service man going to let me sit there? You guys get one star because the waitress at Sharis was pleasant. A little advice, if you say you are a professional, act like one.

I went in a couple of weeks ago after having a disappointing experience at the Toyota dealership. I was looking for a Used Toyota Tacoma; under 100,000 miles and under 15,000, but other than that I was very flexible. I didnt want anything too special just a nice reliable truck at a good price, but when i mentioned the price range I was at the Toyota dealership shuffled me out the door like I was joking, so I decided not to come back to them. I was driving away somewhat discouraged and noticed that the Ford dealership, a block or so away, had a couple of Tacomas in the parking lot. I pulled in just to look and saw a top of the line 4-Wheel drive with more chrome and trim than i was looking for and a lot out of my budget. Oh well thats fine, further sinking in the point that the Toyota guy had said that i couldnt get what I was looking for in the price range i wanted. my mood turned around tho as I took a turn around the parking lot and was approached by Lou. At this time i was really bummed and pretty sure that I wasnt gonna get one and just told him what I wanted ideally. He showed me a couple of other brands, explaining anything I asked about them, and one more Tacoma (the one i eventually purchased) the price was right in my range and the only thing i really wasnt sure about was that it didnt have a back seat. I thought about it for a few days and figured that the back seat was unnecessary because I was only going to use it occasionally anyway. I came back a few days later, talked to Lou again, took her out for a test drive and decided I wanted it. Lou wasnt too pushy and made me feel comfortable with my decision. I left felling satisfied and happy, and that night I called to put in my $200 hold fee. The next day I when came back, we went inside and started talking, hammered out a price and down payment, cosigner and financing rate (a pretty good one at that). Everything I needed to do Lou helped me with and I was very, very pleased with the quality of service i was given. If I could give him 5 stars I would he gave his full attention to the customer and called to check in multiple times. all the paper work was done and ready to be signed when i got to the back and after the papers were delivered back from the cosigners I drove away a happy customer. All in all a great first time buying experience, and I recommend that no matter what make you are looking for try Wilson Motors First... and ask for Lou

Had my 2012 Jeep develop a battery problem while vacationing on the Oregon Coast. Made arrangements to drop off on a Sunday thinking I was going to struggle to get things fixed. Following morning I got a call from a service advisor.. Long story short, my jeep was worked in to their schedule on a busy Monday and I was back on the road in a matter of hours. I have to say for the nicest car dealership that some of these people swear this dealership is they were sure rude, aggressive and honestly lazy.This morning I came into the very horrible lot, no organization no signage no marked slots for parking, and was looking to simply get a quote for some work on my early 90s Jeep. I thought hey they are a Jeep dealer might as well get the work done right...NO! I will never get work done here, and because of the service department I will never buy a car here!I am getting ahead of myself: I entered the service department or shack depending upon how critical you want to be to be ignored by three employees. One who was dealing with Century Link for his mother, who took his sweet time to even look at me, and two who stood there talking about trucks and not actually getting anything done. Now as a former sales person I know that you need to greet people its kind of a big deal, like THE BIGGEST DEAL in sales. And while I wasnt there to make them $10k they still should take the time.After almost 10 minutes of waiting I was finally asked by the guy on the personal call what I needed and couldnt understand that I was looking for engine and drive train repairs, was too absorbed in body repairs (early 90s jeep why am I going to waste money on body repairs). He then went back to ignoring me while the center guy slammed away on his keyboard FINALLY getting the other guy in the shack taken care of and scheduled.After roughly 20 minutes I was finally asked to move to the far left terminal and asked what I needed where I was greeted by EXTREMELY EXCESSIVE cost quotes, and explained to that a simple switch (turn signal and wiper switch) on my steering column was going to mean a full column replacement? So for a $20 dollar part and 2 hours of work (MAX) they wanted to charge me for a $100 to 300 dollar part and THEN $95 per hour for the labor? Get real! or $200+ per Differential to replace gear oil? Thats an hour job if I drink a couple of beers while doing it at a maximum.Plain and simple this place is pathetic. Period. No customer service, Clearly they pad billing (since they wanted to do it prior to finishing a quote).Heres the deal people, these people need to go away. Pure and Simple. Let them rot in their own filth that they call HONEST and GOOD business.And to the idiots in the service department...Figure out what a brain is and start using it...because a rabid dog has better customer service.
