Good visit. Answered my questions.Helped clean my hearing aides.Very helpful to me.I am thankful.

I was on time for my appointment but then had to wait 15 minutes.I was then rushed through the process.I was told that you do a detailed setup and adjustment of the hearing aides but this was not done.I was quickly shunted off to another person who had me sign some forms and explained a few things, and then out the door.He had to help me setup the phone app while standing in the hall.I left with many questions unanswered. I came away with the impression that customer service after the sale is not something I can expect from this company.

I had an issue with my hearing aids. Cindy got me in the same day and corrected the issue. Fast friendly service.

The My Hearing Center in Corvallis is often understaffed, which makes their service not as good as it would be otherwise. All the staff are helpful and friendly. I love my hearing aids. Would like to be given more free batteries per visit; I live out of town and need to come by the office more often than need be, just to get the batteries.

I highly recommend. Wonderful staff and very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They saved me money and time with their services and not only that they made sure I was leaving feeling a million bucks everytime!

I have been getting spam mail from this company for months, for someone who has not lived in my home. I’ve called and talked to multiple people in their office about removing me from this list and after 4 phone calls promising to remove me and even more letters it has gotten obnoxious.

My husband and I went for our hearing evals today and were so impressed. The receptionist was inviting and friendly. The doc was amazing. He spent time explaining the procedure and the science behind it. We were very satisfied with the entire experience.

I brought a friend in for new hearing aids and was so happy with all the changes you have made in the office. The lady you had in this office before was not very kind. But this new office Manager is amazing! She has the most radiant smile, my friend said he could look at it all day! She is super friendly and took very good care of us. We always have had great care from Richard, but now we are so pleased we will be referring more of our friends.

Richard is great audiologist and a great human being in general. He has bent over backwards to make sure that I am happy with my Lyric, and he goes above and beyond what most doctors are willing to do for their patients. He even offered to drive up to Corvallis from Eugene on one of his days off to resolve an issue that I was having, and he has worked me in to his very busy schedule on short notice and with restricted availability on my part. He obviously cares a lot about his patients and what he does, and it shows in the service that he offers. Dont think twice about visiting him if youre experiencing hearing problems.

I am so happy I found this audiologist! Richard was very patient and competent. He took time to explain things, was very good at figuring out exactly what I needed and understanding about our financial needs as well as my hearing aid needs. Last time I was in I had an appt. Got there and a lady had walked in in front of me. She didnt have an appt, just walked in. I sat and waited 15 minutes plus while she was taken care of. Instead of being told Im sorry but Mr MacReynolds has an appt. If you would like to wait, Ill be with you shortly. I was not happy about this situation. Why bother to schedule an appt when someone can walk in and get helped when I wait?

What I liked most about the audiologist at My Hearing Center was that he had my wife read the questions to me. She is the one always complaining that I dont hear her correctly. So, they adjusted my hearing aids to be sensitive to the tones of her voice. It worked! So now I have to come up with another excuse if I dont want to do what she asks.
