The company policy is that they will not take any returns whatsoever. They are happy to give you store credit. I was asked to get some candles as a gift for my mother in law. This seemed like a good choice but when I went back 4 days later because they changed their mind the manager informed me that I was unable to get any money back for return the purchase in its original packaging unopened with receipt.
You don’t deserve points. The worst sales person I’ve met. Please learn how to communicate as a person at least first .

We have been clients of Diptyque for years now and everything has been so-so. The product is GREAT - the client services are not always stellar.We had a chance to interact with Justin, who is the manager of the Costa Mesa Diptyque store.He is AMAZING. I dont always buy the right things when it comes to the special occasions that come up during my 26 year marriage. Just ask Paris :)However, recently I called the store, we are about 2 hours away, and spoke with Justin. He informed me of his newer products and recommended a couple which hit it out of the park. He also was able to give me insight on some upcoming releases and how those would serve my visual partner in life.He was very pleasant and did not rush me through the process. He also was able to have my selections shipped directly to my home and when my wife opened the package, it did not disappoint her visual nature.I received what he promised as promised!!!It was stunning and showed the high level of respect Justin has for Diptyque and his exclusive clientele. I will continue to spread the word about how GREAT we were treated by Justin and are proud to be a part of the Diptyque fan club - Justins Too!
I had been thinking, thinking, thinking for a verrry long time about buying a votive candle in the very popular scent Baies. I mean, $30...on a candle...on a VOTIVE size candle. It was definitely a purchase that required a lot of thinking for me. Im not rich, so I didnt want to dive in head first. LOL But...one weekday evening my husband and I decided to walk around South Coast Plaza, and...I just happened to stumble into the boutique. *gasp*I was greeted immediately by Raven and was offered assistance should I need any.I found what I was looking for and meandered around for a little bit.Raven told me information about the company, products and candle I was purchasing. Thus, I put back the votive and bought the 6.5 oz candle. LOLMy purchase was beautifully wrapped, and Raven threw in a bunch of samples.Following my visit, I received a personalized email thanking me for my purchase and offering assistance with future purchases.The boutique is beautiful. The customer service is top notch. I cant vouch for the candle yet, because I have yet to burn it.LOL
