The store was located in the left corner of Tokyo Central Plaza, it was a little hard to spot the first time. The service was great and they gave me a lot of samples to try for my skin type. If you like complimentary samples, it is a better place to shop than department stores.

This Shiseido shop regularly have promotion items and free message events. Jane is very helpful choosing the right skin care products for customers. I went to buy a foundation for my combination skin, and I have seen the results from using Ultimune serum. Christmas promotion is coming up, Im excited about this once in a year event!

The lady is very nice and helpful with choosing products. She let me text her a picture of the product I wanted so she could look it up before going to the store.
