I went to the Lash Lounge Costa Mesa over the weekend and got an amazing set of lashes done by Kaitlyn! I wanted a pretty natural look with a “pop”. She created a custom look with 2/3 classic mink lashes and 1/3 volume lashes (doll eye style). I LOVE them.Everyone at work keeps telling me how refreshed I look which is exactly the look I wanted (I know this is totally due to the lashes since I have an 8 week old baby keeping me up all night!)Whatever the look you want, I know Kaitlyn can deliver! And she works quickly too!Thank you!

Freaking love this place. Best pricing for refills. If you are someone who gets your lashes done on the reg, this is the place for you. You won’t get better service for your money. Kaitlyn did a fantastic job on my classic fill. She even gave me a free premium lash wand.

Im disappointed with my experience at The Lash Lounge. I wanted to get lashes for a month-long trip I was taking to Mexico. The thought of not having to do my eye makeup during the trip was super appealing - I had fake lashes for my wedding and honeymoon 2 years ago and loved looking ready to go -- I was hoping for something similar. When asked about the type of lashes I wanted, I said I want it to look like I am wearing mascara. I want them to be noticeable but not super dramatic. When the procedure was finished, I was expecting a pop; however, I was really disappointed that they did not look much different. I had to use mascara to get the look I wanted.Update -- I dont give second chances to businesses.

Very disappointed. I saw the offer for $89 for a full set of classic eyelashes and decided to give the place a try. The staff was very nice but I was disappointed with the results. After 1.5 hours, I was expecting I would look in the mirror and have my eyelashes look better than with mascara - not the case. Instead, it looked like a couple of eyelashes grew in length which was awkward because only a couple were longer.I’ve had fake eyelashes in the past and there was always a noticeable difference afterward. After 1 week of these lashes, I started to use mascara because I was tired of looking worse than when I came in.

Annmarie did an awesome job! Very knowledgeable and has fun personality. Malik and everyone else at the front are so friendly and professional too.

The nice staff was the only good part of my experience, this is a membership place which means if you do not buy into it, you pay $$$$. They do not remove ANY old lashes, which makes a sloppy fill AND the glue must be bad because I lost so many within the first two days.
