I am really happy with the experience Derek provided me. I went in looking for a knife sharpening system and he had one that he was able to show me right there. The best part was, it was on my own spyderco I was carrying so I could see how well it does. I was really happy with the results and bought the sharpener.Im also in the market for a new knife and was really impressed with the selection here. I had many brands and models I wanted to take a look at and Derek took his time letting me demo them all. He also made some excellent suggestions that I havent even considered.I cant say enough about this place, if youre looking for a new knife, this is definitely the place to go.

I went to your store on Saturday 10/17 at 12 noon, there where 2 customers already in the store and looked like 4 employees at the back of the store, once I walked in 3 employees went into the back office, and 1 young man stayed out front marking prices, a customer asked about a knife and the young man just pointed to a cabinet, I went to your store looking for a Leatherman knife, I found the leather on E-bay for $10 cheaper, I stayed 15 minutes and at no time did any employee assist any customer and when I left there were 7 customers in the store. How do you stay in business ? also on a good note I would like to say Thank you for sponsoring the knife show the week before thats why I drove 35 miles from Riverside. I will not be coming back to your store but I will see you at the knife show next year.

Walked in asking for a multi task blade and walked out more than satisfied. My purchase was a KA-BAR USMC knife. I am in love with it! going black for more blades very soon.
