Garage door needed new springs. Called and the service man Adi was at my home in less than 30 minutes.He was very professional and quick. Replaced springs, lubricated and made sure all bolts were tightened. Very happy with the outstanding service.

We found OC Garage Door & Gates through Google & Yelp reviews and could tell they were top notch by the customer feedback. They installed multiple pedestrian and driveway gates for us (one automated, one manual) and we now understand why.. the quality is superb, pricing is very affordable, but most of all the service and communication were awesome. Eli the owner was great to work with and they completed the work faster than the expected timeline, which was still reasonable to begin with considering everything is customer made for the project. Even after we moved out of state he still met with our realtor to show them how it works.. well after their job was completed. Adi installed a new garage door for us over a year ago and when we needed a new motor he responded right away and came over to consult with us. Because our original motor was so old and the track had been modified we needed to brainstorm how to replace the existing system without removing our built in over head storage. Adi suggested a side mount motor and it was the perfect solution. Highly suggest using them for all your garage door needs!

When all other companies in Orange County failed me by not responding to online quotes and/or not returning direct phone calls, Eli at OC Local Garage Door & Gates was quick to respond. As so many other reviewers pointed out, Eli is friendly, helpful, and all around great to work with. Everything was fast and easy, no problems! Gates were installed even sooner than I thought, and the workmanship was great! The price for the work performed was also excellent. I don’t even know where to begin with how awesome of an experience I had with Eli the owner... I got taken advantage by another contractor and Eli was the knight in shining armor! I was without a side yard gate for over a month, I called Eli and even though he is not the cheapest service, he proved to be the best quality service! Last week our storage garage wouldnt. Its been a problem for a while, but finally, it just decided to quit, and since this is where we store a lot of product, we knew we couldnt just leave it, it had to be done asap. Out of all the other companies we called, the folks at OC Garage Doors knew what kind of trouble we were in and assured us that they would take care of everything. And they did just that. Not only did they have the door working that day, they did it with gouging us on price since we were in a rush. I would recommend them to anyone who needs great service at a fair price.

Just got off the phone with Mike, located in Burbank. He told me that he wasnt going to meet me today for our appointment because, oops - the receptionist made a mistake and didnt realize how far the house was. If I still wanted him to come out, where I was waiting, hed charge a driving fee. Our scheduled appointment was between 9-11 am, and he decided to return my phone calls and message at 11:25 am. There was no prior notice, no urgency to let me know he wouldnt come.He did apologize, but what kind of business doesnt keep their word, stands their clients up, makes defensive and flimsy excuses, then hangs up on them when the client tries to clarify whats going on? They may have better business tactics when the situation is convenient for them, but Mike didnt handle this client professionally AT ALL, and to me, that speaks for the business he represents.By the way, the receptionist was sweet, but please train her to know which cities require a surcharge. I was very clear how far it was located.
This morning my spring broke and the door didn’t work anymore . I called my Realtor Angie and she gave me the garage door guy phone number that works on all her Property, Shay answer the phone at 9 am and after 1 i he’d technician come over to my house and explain me everything that needs to be done you give me a fair price which I checked 30 minutes after the door back to work .
