Good low key storage center in the heart of CM. 6-9 hours. Great helpful employees

Johnny’s customer service and ability to manage multiple clients is perfect. I was in the office and saw him in work mode and he’s management material. No storage place is perfect but Johnny does what he can to be accommodating and pleasant.

I come and get my car wash most Saturdays just across the street from this store and my gosh, I have seen the same young lady working hard cleaning, and picking up trash. I had to come over to let her know how awesome she is, to find out that Tatyana is the assistant manager. No wonder! What great management. I havent used this storage company before but with seeing Tatyanas service today I am highly considering coming back as I will be moving soon.

Love the service I get from David, the facility manager. Hes incredibly kind and thoughtful. Hell always look out for you and your stuff, providing great tips as well. Hes great to chat with and very thoughtful. He even gave me a chilled water bottle when he saw that I was reorganizing our storage unit in the summer heat! So amazing!

Excellent storage facility! Convenient for anyone living in Newport Beach/Costa Mesa. Easy In & Out. Special app on your phone makes for code less entry. As a tenant it’s safe, clean, and the customer service is outstanding! I’ve been a tenant for almost two months. This month I needed a bigger unit and Edward was incredibly helpful and quick to help me get set up without any hassle. It’s been a great experience!

The on-site manager at the Superior Avenue Costa Mesa location on February 5, 2020 was very professional and just all around great person, he should be setting the training standards for all. The customer service at this storage facility is phenomenal. They are so friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. They didn’t even get mad at me when I cut my lock one night and didn’t tell them. Instead they called with concern That my things were OK. It is clean easily accessible. And the prices are the best in all of Southern California. I definitely recommend this facility

US Storage Centers has been super convenient on multiple occasions during my stressful moves. Over 11 years ago I looked around for storage units and met David who manages the Newport Beach, Ca. US Storage Center on Superior Ave. He took the time to show me all his available units and we discussed what I needed to store. He set me up with the perfectly sized unit I kept for 7 years without any issues. I just recently had to move out of state for work again and there was no question where I was going to store my valuables, I called David and he dialed me in to a perfectly sized unit for the right price. Im resting easy now knowing my things are safe and secure.

Great location right off Superior very secure I was unable to get the gate app to work on my phone but the assistant manager Edward helped me out so now its even easier to get my belongings when needed

This is the best storage facility in the area and possibly the county. Ive priced everyone and they all are over priced with added fees, phony deals, bad service. This place was recently bought from Superior Storage and has been renovated, cleaned, added security cameras, proper cleaning staff and moving surprise, plus they enforce common sense rules like keeping dogs out etc. David the manager is also a very honest good guy, I highly recommend this place.

I dons usually post reviews but I really felt the need to after my experience. I had terrible experiences in the past renting storage lockers, but the employee who helped me Noah was super helpful. My storage unit was very clean compared to other companys Ive rented from in the past. Definitely recommend if you need a storage unit.
