We love this target, workers are helpful!! However I only am giving one star because I don’t understand how none of the prepared fruit is fresh. For the price of it it’s very disappointing. To be specific, half of it is rotten, smells, and is not ripe at all. I shop at this target a lot and it’s very disappointing and wary to see products that are being prepared are not fresh or cared for. This has happened multiple times. Their starbucks always has their toaster down and no fruit flavors in stock to make drinks. If you’re going to have expensive products, make them worth being expensive.

Selection of merchandizing is really good and the store is nice for shopping.

This store was cleaner, friendlier and stocked better than the one on State Street in Sandy which is closer to my house.

Typical Target at a great Location. Usually has inventory of things I want. Pretty disappointed in being charged a restocking fee for a defective product that was purchased. Don’t buy electronics here as they may charge you a restocking fee.

Target was super super crowded today, the day before Easter. Checkout lines were long. It was all hands on deck and a competent person who was not ordinarily checking out pitched in. The people in front of me had a complicated order with lots of little pieces. She was very patient and cheerful throughout. Then came my order, which had to be divided into three parts, the last one tax exempt. The person behind me was quickly losing patience, but Laurie was steady and professional, not put out by my request. When she met a snag on processing the tax exempt payment, she quickly called a manager to help. The person behind me lost her temper, dropped an expletive, and stormed out. I felt horrible holding up the line with the complication of that last purchase, but Laurie quickly told me not to pay any mind, that everything was fine. Manager Javier quickly took me to the service desk and completed the correct process. I can’t seem to find an email address to share with the Fort Union store and senior management how wonderful those two employees are – so I’m doing it here. That kind of customer attention has become increasingly rare, and should be celebrated. Thank you Laurie and Javier, you have raised the bar for others and set an example for me too.

I love this store! Great selection, and kind, helpful employees. Shout out to Ellen in customer service, who went out of her way to help make my return seamless.

I give this place 5 stars for two reasons. Foremost, it is the only place in town that actually carries Death Wish coffee, and they do a good job keeping it in stock.Secondly, I find the staff to be friendly. Yesterday for example, toward the end of the night, one of the employees opened up a lane to help me check out (noticing I was carrying too much stuff and my hold was precarious). She helped me out, laughed at my jokes, and was upbeat and pleasant. I figured nobody has such a good attitude at the end of a long shift right before a holiday so I asked how long shed been working that day. Ten hours. Wow! After 10 hours and still so friendly and aware of customers needs. Thats astonishing!

This is a SuperTarget location. A lot of options and the food department has a lot to offer. Large clothing section, home section, pharmacy section, and so much more.

I really enjoy this target location, as it is usually typically very organized and has fast cashiers. However, this visit i was in the dollar spot and over heard an employee talking about how if their coworker complained about them one more time they were going to threaten them. This comment made me pretty uneasy as i needed help finding a product but didn’t want to upset this threatening employee. I cant remember her name, but she made me very uncomfortable. Kind of a bummer from my favorite location.

Esmiel was an awesome cashier! He saw that I needed some help with my big load and so he helped me check out and was so patient with me and then he even went above and beyond to help me load my cart afterwards because he noticed that I was really struggling.Love Target and and people who work there. They are always going the extra mile and I especially love that they have both self checkout and when I am needing an extra hand they have cash registers. Love the extra help during those times of need.

My favorite target in the area and it has everything I need, apart from my obsession with target this location it’s amazing. Super helpful employees and it is always organized

It was seriously the most disgusting bathroom I have ever seen. The toilet seat was covered in feces and it stunk. I have never seen a gas station with a dirtier bathroom.

Great store. Employees are all really nice. They have some brands & items that I cant find elsewhere, but things tend to be on the more expensive side as well.

Employees are friendly and always willing to help. Last year around Christmas there was a lady by the entrance close to electronics or by the grab and bye. Very helpful telling where a product on her digital hand held computer. Made my shopping fast and easy. With the new setting of the store I sometimes cant find what Im looking for so the lady with the hand held computer made shopping easier. Thank you

I’ve called 5 times and only one person answered when I tried a department other than the one I need. He couldn’t help me and I was hung up on. Tried again for guest services and again, nothing. Really frustrating when I have such a simple question.

I like my Target store. But anytime I need assistance from customer service I am always disappointed that very few of them actually do their job and know the store and its stock.

Harder to find things since they changed the store layout. But in general it is a decent place to shop. Sometimes it has great deals and other times not. The clothes we bought today were a little pricy for kids. But they were happy with one full outfit.Pickup review:They were very prompt and helpful with my pick up. There were several associates working so there was no wait.

Staff is friendly, but it would be helpful if they would place items on the shelves with the correct tags. This would help avoid confusion on pricing.

Seems like a well run store. The pickup employees were prompt and friendly, and the customer service team I talked to for resolving an online order issue were very helpful. Ive been in a few times and it always seems clean with plenty of room to maintain social distancing.

The location is clean; they are practicing social distancing because the checks outs lines have a six feet apart sign on the ground, the staff was gloved; no temperature check, they offer hand sanitizer, and the carts were sanitized. The team as well, were masked, and you have to wear a mask to enter.Ordered an awesome waffle maker online, which was a fast process via online targets website through there black Friday saleAt first, wasnt sure about it because it didnt look like the waffle plate could remove; however, after trying it out, it was easy to clean, which, by the way, made a great job love having a handy waffle maker at home now, so can make enjoyable waffles and top them with different flavors this time was a little of Carmel syrup. Possibilities are endless, hope this helps you experience amazing waffles.

Target. I love you. I love the transition you have made over the years from a discount store similar to WalMart, to a nicer, better quality store with ‘decent’ prices. But your prices are becoming more indecent by the day. Because of cool price tracking apps, it is easy to see the increase you’ve made. And keep making. Yes- COVID has changed a lot- but I can go to Sprouts, and get the same exact products for 20% less. An organic food store is beating you. I think it’s time for a shareholder powwow, and for you all to talk about getting back down to the prices we come to target for it.And I don’t know about other locations but for the cashiers at the Fort Union location please remember to scan the coupons that are on the packages. No single mom that has young kids, dogs in the car, and a cart full of groceries wants to go back in because she needs the $10 that you forgot to take off her total.

They had only one pair of spandex shorts like I needed, but at least they had a pair!

So I have been looking EVERYWHERE for a 26 inch tube for my bike!!! I’ve been to numerous stores and they are out of stock. I went into the Target at Fort Union today and the most amazingly helpful sales associate Scott tried to find one for me when there weren’t any on the shelf. After coming back to tell me they weren’t any more in the stock room, he offered to take one of a bike they had in stock just to help me out!!!! I cannot believe how kind and helpful he was..... I am beyond impressed and blown away. thank you so much. Customer for life here now!

I used to love this target but I feel like it’s going down hill. They have been out of my coffee kcups (Seattle’s Best Post Alley)for weeks but yet online says they have them in stock. I try to buy clothes and they are always out of the size I need and don’t seem to restock. Plus all of the shelf price/item price discrepancies. It’s becoming a frustrating shopping experience.

Really bad customer experience. Exact sameItem was $3.50 cents on Walmart website and the store manager a kid would not honor it even though you guys price match. I price matched this same item at another target earlier and even provided the receipt. Left a bad taste in my mouth for this target. Bad experience they should honor what it says on your website.

Love how clean and bright the store is, the carts were being wiped down as I walked in, although the parking lot situation could be better (always crowded) the store doesn’t feel packed and the return I made today was fast and easy.

Your pickup team is incredible! I worked with Stacey originally and noticed someone had messed up my online order. Instead of just saying sorry, she took ownership and got her manager Scott involved. Scott went above and beyond to address my issue, went and found an additional product in the back, and then built it for me. There were multiple times both Scott and Stacey could have turned me away with a sorry, but instead they went above and beyond and gave me a superior, brand building experience. Major props to the both of them and I hope Target realizes the great people they have working at this location.

Your checkout process is painful! I spent more time in line than I did shopping. You need more cashiers and more self checkouts.

Literally the worst target ever! The store is always a complete wreck and they NEVER answer the phones. By far the worst store I have EVER shopped at. Highly recommend going to the sandy location, it’s a trillion times better!

Placed my first Shipt order yesterday for a couple of things, and it was supposed to be delivered early this morning. The Shipt software had a bug (the shopper said it was a barcode problem?) that prevented her from checking out with some of the items. So I placed what was definitely supposed to be a curbside (drive up) pickup for the items, waited several hours, and it seemed to be stuck processing.I went to the store and figured the best thing to do was to call in and explain, but after fighting through a long phone tree and then having to listen to the whole thing a second time in Spanish, the lady at the support desk was very condescending. She claimed it was an in store pickup and not a drive up pickup, and I believe her that its what the system showed since there were so many bugs with it, but I am positive I picked drive up. She told me it wasnt ready and she didnt know when it would be ready, so at that point I just decided to cancel the whole thing even though its wasted a couple hours of my time at this point. I needed my items this morning, which is why I ordered them yesterday and was willing to pay extra for delivery.Really frustrating! Target needs to figure things out -- look to Lowes as a great example of how to do curbside pickup right. From now on Im just using Amazon and Instacart because this was a headache and a big waste of my limited time.Edit: It is now almost a month later and I never received my refund for the items that were never shipped to me, or the items I attempted to curbside pickup. Im not having to do a credit card charge back.

Amazing customer service! I had a problem with a purchase, when I went back to the store, Sierra ( team lead) provided the most exceptional help. This Target is further away from my house than others, but it is definitely worth the commute.

The store was clean, well organized, the cashier was friendly, and we were able to find what we were looking for.

We love the Fort Union Target, we go there enough we have become friends with a good chunk of the employees, and the ones we dont know yet are quick to help and be just as friendly as the ones we already know. The remodel is in the middle right now, but its coming along nicely and they have done great at keeping it a smooth change to the new look, were excited to see the final makeover when its done. We love Target!

Tried to place an order online and their service couldn’t handle the traffic. They then sold out of the product. For a major retailer they shouldn’t have these issues. One of the worst customer experiences I’ve had.

I am not one to usually do reviews but I have ordered 4 times for pick up with this specific Target and every time I will later get an email hours past their two hour time frame telling me they actually dont have it in stock even though it says so on their website.Someone needs to make sure theyre keeping track of accurate stock as I could have ordered somewhere else but instead wasted my time coming to this store. I will now never order from this particular Target again.

Seems like Im not the only one and like another negative review here, this is regarding their store pickup.Store pickup orders are supposed to be confirmed/fulfilled within 4 hours of open.This store will drag your order on much later and then turn around and cancel, even if its available hours later and you can just show up and grab it from the shelf.Avoid this location whenever possible for online store pickup orders.

Extremely poor customer service today at one of the check out isles. The trading card isle is adjacent to the checkout counter, and this afternoon an attendant lost her cool with us for looking at the card isle and not practice social distancing. How are we supposed to keep 6 feet distance when the isle we desire to purchase something from shares the space with a check out isle. Furthermore, a more courteous and customer service reaction could have been given. Disgusting. Will not be returning to this location.

I love this store - especially now that it has been so dramatically re-organized. However, it takes me up to 20 minutes to check out. Plus I am being managed to check out on my own. I will need a 10% discount at the register if I have to check myself out.

Will never walk in here again. 3 times I went in and the price at the register was different than what was online and posted on the shelf. What really gets me is they are trying to rip people off because if you use the price scanner it shows the same price as the shelf but then at the register its higher. All they are doing is ripping customers off

The reason that I selected a 10 is that I was able to have such an easy and smooth experience from online ordering to the final pick-up. When ordering I was able to quickly located the lowest price online and I only waited 5 minutes in-line to have an associate help get my order. And this was two days before Christmas when everything goes chaotic and all rules are out. I will continue to shop online for this reason.

This location always has what I need (and let’s be honest, what I don’t need) in stock. Usually very well organized and looks neat. Groceries are very affordable and the clothes are darling. And as per every other basic human, I spend too much money here, too.

Dont order online pickup here. Clearly they dont have enough staff to handle the volume and can not control the ETA the target website gives you. This issue has been going on for over 6 months, so not just a recent development.

I usually like target. In Cali they were always so helpful and I never missed out on a good deal, eben when I didnt know about it. Thats customer service! BUT today here in Utah, it was way different.😔 I had to tell the checkout girl the advertised discounts of each item including the $5. gift card for spending $20. and up on beauty supplies. What bothered me mist was it was VERY apparent the checkout girl was annoyed by this. Target... I feel let down.

I was helped by a manager. I have MS and it is difficult for me to walk. She saw me struggling to walk and stopped to ask if I needed help. When I told her I was looking to pick up an order, she had me wait where I was and she went to get it and bring it back to me! So sweet of her to do that! It was Gabby at the Fort Union store in Midvale, UT.

I love this target and the employees, i spend a lot of my time at the starbucks inside this store..i was so sad to hear that my favorite barista Maria is no longer with target! she always had great energy and new my order the second i walked up. great store but the management over food needs to understand these employees are worth it.

Annie the cashier that helped me was awesome. There was an error with the cash register and it charged me for more items then I had but Annie and the manager Jared apologized, helped me out and made it right. I love this target. It is clean. The staff is kind and helpful. Overall it is always a great experience. My one wish is that all items could be kept stocked. Thank you Annie for all your help.

My home away from home, also known as where my paychecks go to die. Its true what they say, go in for one thing, leave with everything but it. The clothing and housewares just keep getting better, but the prices remain so reasonable. Today, I went in for cat litter, left with a jacket, some knobs for my bathroom cabinet, a closet organizing system, a face mask, wallpaper, makeup primer, and some body spray. And essential oils. Oh, and some gummy vitamins...store is clean and staff is sweet and helpful, especially at 8:00 AM.

I came to this target a few days before Christmas to get the last items on my list. Both popular items were sold out. I asked for help from two employees both scanned the item I was looking for and target amazingly had both items in the back. Both employees went to the back and got the items for me as well as restocked them on the floor. I was so grateful for the help they gave me and got the items I was looking for.The LOL surprise dolls they had in stock saved my Christmas everywhere was sold out. Best target trip ever.

This Target serves true to their, Expect More, Pay Less, slogan. Shoutout to the guy in the electronics department working around 6pm yesterday, you definitely help me saving a gripload of cash on a high priced item. Thank you very much, I am a highly satisfied customer.

Ive never had such a bad experience at target until this store. Most employees are either annoyed at the fact that they need to serve their customers or they just ignore you. They blast horrible music and none of their items are stocked correctly, it is a huge mess. That is something I have always appreciated about target, they have a system for their items and it has an obvious designated space but this store seems to just stock things wherever they please just to get it out

I liked how the check out lady helped me. She was very kind. I really appreciate kind efficient people. If you dont have friendly people working at Target you will not have a store for long. That is why I shop at Target the people are nice and helpful.

I waited for over an hour for my pickup order that was supposed to be ready! The Associates sent to look for my order were insanely inept and completely unconcerned about actually ever finding it. There was one young woman who was tenacious and concerned enough to do the job that three grown men were simply incapable of doing but it still took an hour for them to locate and provide the items I had ordered several days earlier and received an email stating were ready and waiting for me for pick up. The supervisor eventually called to help only helped to shed light on why the store was so poorly run. The fact that it had taken a full hour for them to find my purchases did not seem to concern her in the least.

I’ve gone to this one several times a week for the last 6 years. I’m always given excellent service, by every staff member from the customer service counter to cashiers to the floor staff. Grateful for such consistency!

I get it, youre closing in ten minutes. You dont need to tell me 5 times and passive aggressively ask me if I need help finding anything. I can conduct my business in ten minutes and let you get back to your boring quarantine life.

Terrible customer service!!! Every time I visit this location it is always very messy. Today I asked an employee if they happened to have a certain size of shoe in back stock since they didn’t seem to have my size on the floor. He didn’t know what to do and said he was brand new, which is fine and understandable, so he takes me over to find another employee to help me out. He asks TWO girls working in the fitting room if they knew how to check for another size and they both just stared and said “uhhhh...yeah I don’t know. Sorry.” Didn’t offer to help, didn’t offer a solution, nothing. I’ve worked retail for 7 years, I know how things work. They were too lazy to help a customer out. The newer employee offered to check the back. At least he had some customer service skills. Those two other employees were so incompetent and not helpful whatsoever. I’m done shopping at this location.

Always out of basics and shelves are thinly stocked. What happened to Target??? Very clean but they never restock my basic shampoo, blush, grape juice, etc. Also.... did a man decide whats being carried now in the tampon aisle? No classic Tampax and no panty liners of any kind. Very weird.

I love Target. Its one of my favorite places to shop. Employees are competent and willing to help. This target store recently changed around there electronics section and add a new self-checkout lane. So now there are two lanes at each end of the checkout area. I will say that on some days the clothing section can be in a state of disarray.

Pretty average Target. In general, I prefer them over their blue counterpart for a one-stop-shop type of experience. Their store brand items seem to be far superior to the wal-competition. Store is kept clean and well organized, customer service is friendly, the fellow patrons seem to fall into a different demographic so its a notably less interesting shopping experience. Overall a good store all around. Used to shop here every few days, but now that Ive moved from the neighborhood I visit less frequently, but still on occasion (and as recently as last week).

The layout of the store is very appealing. There are reasonable prices and friendly workers.
