Just a couple of months ago, I placed an online order for a custom balloon bouquet and loved the convenience, especially the curbside pickup. Much to my dismay, due to the nationwide supply chain issues, their online ordering is disabled. I had to phone in my order and spoke to Katie, who was SUPER helpful and patient with me. So, although it was annoying I couldnt just place my order online, Im happy with the customer service provided. Thank you, Katie!

I actually got married in ZURCHERS they were very friendly and helped decorate for our wedding in the parking lot.

Great selection of holiday decorations! We started off here to look for Halloween decorations but wanted to price compare with Target (which is right across the parking lot). Prices were absolutely comparable but a wider variety at Zurchers. Definitely recommend.

A great one stop shopping place for party supplies and rentals. Balloon arches, bouquets, all options, colors, shapes and sizes of balloons that you can think of. Piñatas, ice shaving machines, helium tanks to buy and rent. Cotton candy machines and supplies. Carnival games and prizes. So many banners and colored goods. It’s a great place. Also fully stocked year round with costumes.It’s a great location with a big store and parking lot.Check out usually seems slow but that’s fine because people who work there give you the time you need to ask questions and have answers.

It was hard to find birthday fun stuff for a 70 year birthday party. It took a long tlme to check out. There is a lot to look at!

Lots of items to select from at this store. At the time I was there it was difficult to find a staff member that could provide assistance. Given the current staffing shortages though, it is understandable.

Im a huge fan. I had an employee help me out with our gender reveal party. He made sure not to tell me anything, select both the boy and girl options of the reveal we wanted, and walk across the store while he prepped it. Everything went perfectly to surprise us about our new baby boy 😁

Awesome! Zurchers had just what I needed and the price was very reasonable. (OK, I just bought 100 cellophane bags for neighborhood birthday gifts!) I love Zurchers I shopped there regularly when I was teaching school. ~ Im retired now and still find everything at Zurchers!

They are a decent store. They definitely have a huge selection of party goods. But I believe the Ballon counter is where they make their bread($$) thats where it gets a little expensive dare I say shady. I bought seven balloons and they cost me almost $20 alone. They obviously have more flashy balloons and a larger selection. But I feel there are more inexpensive options elsewhere like Dollar tree. It could be the price of helium they possibly charge you extra to fill them up. At dollar tree I believe its not an added charge to fill them up.

They got decent selection and Halloween stuff year round but if you can avoid it dont work here. When I worked here years ago at 16 (aka a minor) they ignored the days off I needed, would get mad at me for being late despite me telling them multiple times I couldnt be there at 2:30 since my school didnt get out till 2:10, and I worked 8-8.5 hrs from when I arrived until close. Since I was part time they said they didnt need to give me a break despite me being a minor. Unfortunately I didnt learn that thay is illegal until two years later.Employees now are okay but Id suggest Target if you need a job with guaranteed breaks even if youre 18+.

First time in this location. Could not believe how big the store was. Filled with many wonderful things. Staff was busy filling balloon orders. They offer curbside pickup, how great is that!

This place is huge and no one is hardly ever here, maybe thats why its so expensive. But if there is anything party related youll find it here

I purchased a costume that was pretty expensive, and when I got home I realized it was broken. I kept the costume and receipt in my car, meaning to return it for over a month. When I finally got around to returning it, they took it back and refunded me immediately, no questions asked, no matter how long I had kept the item before coming back. Great customer service and better than most places. Only reason it isnt 5 stars is because its a bit expensive and of course the costume was broken, but I think thats more of a corporate issue than an issue with this store :) Thank yall!

Fun store lots of stuff for every party or occasion. They were so nice and gave my grandchild a balloon as we were checking out! I love it when businesses go above and beyond Italy have just been a balloon but it made a kids day

I love going here because I know I can find what I need for whatever occasion has come up. This time was for my sons birthday.

The boy helping me was super nice, but the manager helping him was EXTREMELY rude to other customers, her associates, and myself. When got my balloons, they didnt have ribbon attached to them they were just the balloons in the bag? That was odd. The store itself was very clean, and I was able to find what I was looking for. All 3 associates that helped me were all very nice and helpful!

Horrible customer service, long lines, other employees just standing around, ordered a number balloon and it didnt even stay up for 2 hours. Brought in my own balloons because they were out of the color I needed and they popped over half of them and still charged me for them. Will never go back

Always has everything I need and then some. A dozen helium balloons cost double than Dans, but last about two weeks! If u don’t need them that long save money and get them filled at Dan’s Grocery.

Never come here on a busy Saturday!! I like to make the occasional trip here for cake supplies (though the selection at the Quarry Bend Walmart cake aisle is just as good), And if its on a weekday in the morning, its fine. But this past Saturday I endured a busy store (with no mask requirement so lots of people not wearing masks), and tons of employees doing balloons. The line to the register became ridiculously long and the 5-6 employees in the register area just ignored the customers waiting to pay for things, to continue doing balloon orders. It was so frustrating, and I wish I would have just gone to Walmart in the first place!!

I visit once or twice per year. But this is the place for Halloween costumes, party supplies, etc etc. We threw a birthday party and were looking for specific items and they had them. While you can find this stuff online, sometimes its nice just to see the party come together in your own hands, and at the same price as Amazon.

I went to fill balloons at zurchers and was in a hurry for a surprise party. The girl helping me was incredibly slow and I heard her complaining about missing her break multiple times and in the middle of filling my balloons walked away to help another customer.

Great one stop party supply shop. I found all I needed for my daughters birthday party: plastic ware, decorations and cute little themed accoutrements. They also have all the costume accessories you could want. I only gave this place 4 stars because they didnt have one item on the shelves and the cashiers wouldnt go check the back for more. Other than that, pretty good experience.

One cashier had her mask pulled down to her chin and the other had hers covering just her mouth. However, the stores inventory was complete and neatly arranged.

This place has got it all!!! I went there a while ago for some Halloween stuff and they had everything we needed to do a party and the costumes were actually tasteful! Thank you Zurchers for keeping an establishment that has tasteful costumes and Halloween decor but doesnt have my kids screaming and running for the door or my husband probably seeing things he shouldnt! :-) there are so many party favors on the other side of the store for any occasion lots of dining sets for parties, stand-ups, decor, its all organized by color so neatly and beautifully! Whoever manages the store definitely takes pride in it! Oh and the girl at the register was so respectful and courteous she converse with us was smiling and even offered our kids balloons! I would definitely return here again for anything related to party and especially especially for Halloween stuff instead of the other disgusting tasteless Halloween stores that pop up in Fall. Thank you!!

Avoid this Zurchers if you are shopping for a Halloween costume! Rudest employees I have ever encountered. Don’t open any of the (cheap) costume bags if you don’t want HANNAH to chastise you passive aggressively. I don’t know who was weirder, her or the manager. Go to Spirit instead. Better quality costumes, less expensive and the employees are wonderful!

They will have everything you need for whatever kind of party youre hosting. The employees are helpful and nice. I just think its a tad expensive but its a year-round party store so youll pay a little bit for the products.

Im sorry not trying to be rude but me and my friend went to the store to go looking for Halloween items preferably for a witch costume and they did not rlly have anything everything seemed to be plastic and super cheap and everything seemed to be a little to over priced. But a good thing is if you wanted party plates, napkins, bowls, and cups i guess that would be a good place to go i just was not very pleased with my experience last time.

Many items are bulk packaged so you may have to buy more than you want, however. A few items that are sold individually are often over-touched or over-sampled by customers (kids) and have lost any quality. TONS of Halloween costumes available.

When I had questions they were able to answer them and point me in the right direction. They didnt have everything I was hoping for but they have a wide selection of many themes and characters.I usually dont leave reviews unless Ive received exceptional service and Chelsea did that for me. After leaving the store and getting halfway home to another county, I realized I didnt have my shopping list and called to see if I had left it there. Chelsea knew that I had and after hearing how far Id need to travel to come back and get it offered to text me pictures. THANK YOU! You saved this person with anxiety from a massive panic attack!!

I pretty much always find what Im looking for and end up buying stuff I didnt think of until I saw it at Zurchers party store.

Needed a reopening banner for my salon and was able to get the poster ordered purchased and picked up the same day, the staff was great and will do business there again!

Theres so much here. And its all so cheesy! Which can be exactly what you need. Also bulk candy is where its at.

This place is great. Most of the staff is very friendly and very helpful. Aubrey especially was very helpful with helping me decide how to do my dirty thirty birthday right, even when I kept changing my mind she would help with ideas for the next idea, and didnt seem to get frustrated at all. I did have a bad experience once and thought I wouldnt come back, but Im glad i did. Keep up the good work.
