I have been ordering from vitalitymedical.com for well over two years and had previously given them accolades for not only prompt deliveries, but for customer service as well. Until we’ll over a month ago when Vitality Medical committed FRAUD! They have changed the ship date several times and after receiving an email with yet another ship date, I was asked whether I’d like to wait for this very expensive piece of medical equipment, I chose to call Vitality and cancel my order but they lied and said it was too late to cancel or modify my order as it had already shipped. However, included in this email was yet another ship date much further in the future than all other previous so-called ship dates. BEWARE OF VITALITY AND THE SCAMS THEY PERPETUATED AGAINST DISABLED SENIORS!!!
Vitality Medical is the most stocked and efficient company I have ever worked with. Not only do they have everything you need for care of a patient at home they are very quick getting it to you. They have made caring for my husband so much easier. Thank you for all you do!
Ordered crutch tips. A pretty standard item for a medical supply company to carry. They were listed as in stock on Vitality Medicals website. I got an email confirming my order. Two days later, the company emailed me and told me it was going to take them 2 months to ship my crutch tips. TWO MONTHS!
If you actually need customer service this place is horrible. I called the number because the online chat wasnt responding. My doctor. who is in San Diego, CA was not found by their online locator. Really? His group has been in La Jolla for 25 years. Their customer service is actually in the Philippines, and I really dont care to discuss my medical needs with someone in another country who I cant even understand! When I requested to be connected to customer service in Salt Lake, after holding for several minutes I was informed no one was available. This was at 10am on a weekday. Even though my order wasnt shipped, my credit card was charged immediately. I asked to cancel, and was also told that was not possible. Now Im just contacting my card company to cancel the charge.

Ordered a portable medical suction unit for my son with confirmation that it would come in 7-10 days, so he could attend school next week, after being isolated since the beginning of Covid-19. They knew that.... I called to check the following week and they said it was still in progress and they still had time. I talked with a Supervisor, and she said they did not even have this product in stock. I asked for a refund, and they tried to refund 21.72 out of 313.15, I called them back, and they then refunded everything but the taxes and said taxes are not refundable. Something is shady about them, dont use your credit cards with them...
My order, while important to me, was of no real consequence to Vitality on terms if volume or income.HOWEVER they exhibited a serious interest in providing prompt, reliable service, speedy and secure deliveryand wonderful information from the telephone CS personnelI only wish my future orders could be larger. Ordered 4 boxes of 22 gauge IV needles April 26. As of this review May 26 still have not received them. run around from customer service. My credit card was billed though. Still no shipment date. Last time I ever order from these guys
Shameful! I have severe breathing problems & my nebulizer broke. I ordered another from this company. The price was $23.61 but I paid an additional $78 for rush (1-2) shipping. After 2 days and 2 calls I was told it ways going to be shipped today & I would get it whenever. Who treats people this way?
When I called I could not understand the man on the phone. When I asked if he is in America he said no Im in Luzon Philippines. I then asked to speak to an agent in America. When I was transferred to America a lady answered who was not familiar with the products they sell. Turns out they have very limited supply of tandem pump products for diabetes.I also found out they are not an approved Medicare supplier so Medicare patients are not able to buy from them unless you want to pay the cost out of pocket.
Ordered a Ultima 5 Ten’s unit on 4-12-21 and received unit on 4-14-21. Paid for 3-5 day delivery (very reasonable shipping cost).The unit it’s self thru Vitality Medical was at least $15 total cost less than other vendors selling the exact same product!!Thank you for your excellent service and pricing, 2 day delivery from Utah to Fort Myers Fl.AWESOME!!
I ordered Covidien T.E.D. over-the-calf compression hose, following knee replacement surgery. I then ordered Sigvaris compression support panti-hose. The packages were expertly packed. Shipping was prompt. Customer service department was helpful with orders.
What they told me over the phone when I placed my order was completely false. Then the update they gave me three or four days later on my order was completely false. Then the follow up I was promised after this update did not occur. My experience was that they said whatever it took to get me to place the order & provide them with my credit card, regardless of the actual facts regarding where their products came from or if they could actually ship the product I was ordering to me. I should have known to go elsewhere when their customer service knew next to nothing about the differences between and uses for the products I was ordering. Lesson learned.
Bait and switch! I ordered some expensive air permeable incontinence bed pads for my quadraplegic 19 yr old handicapped son. I received a case of cheap plastic backed chux. It took weeks and multiple calls to get a refund/return. My husband, not knowing my experience with them, several days ago, ordered 2 boxes of Aquacel Advantage ribbon dressings for our son at $25/box...each box to have 5 sleeves of the dressing. Just got them today and 2 individual sleeves were sent, no boxes of 5. He called to complain, and was told he wont even get a call to complete a return for 5 days. This company posts pictures of product on their website and then sends something cheap and different. Then they make it almost not worth the effort to return it. THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

An inept and potentially fraudulent entity (at least theyre flying *a lot* of the red flags)Medical supply companies occupy a very important and fragile space. They cater to the infirm and often elderly, those in our society who are scared and sometimes forgetful. These people often let things go or forget to follow up because of all the soul crushing physical and emotional pain theyre dealing with, so its absolutely imperative that those providing care and supplies to such people do so in an honest and competent manner. As such, there is no room for humor here to cloud the message and recounting of what has happened.Luckily, I am in good health. However, during the height of COVID I found myself having to fly. My mom, a tad freaked out at the though, went online and bought some KN95 masks for me and some sanitizing wipes. We were both shocked this place had the masks in stock, but she wasnt about to hesitate. When the package arrived, no masks. Just a note that they were backordered.So she called and was told they were sent. Then was told they were backordered. But they were still listed as in stock on the website. So she requested they be sent. They told her they were sent and was provided tracking information for a package that didnt ship to me. so she called back and was told they shipped in the first package despite the fact that I have the packing slip that says theyre backordered (still listed as in stock on the website at this point), so she requested a refund and they agreed.Of course, they never refunded her and I never got my masks. So a month later she checks her statement and still no refund, so she calls again and oops dont know what happened. well submit it.At this point, being one of the customers involved here (remember these WERE for me which, yes, makes this my customer experience), I called and explained that theyd proven themselves to be untrustworthy and the refund needed to be processed while on the phone. So I repeatedly got transferred multiple times to people who couldnt process a refund until the office closed and oops! no one here to do that! sorry!Now, if I were seriously ill, Id consider just writing it off and I have to wonder how many sick and needy people try to track down their much-needed supplies only to get a constant string of promises while the deadline to request a refund from their credit card company expires and then theyre at the mercy of Vitality. It sure seems like a sure-fire way to boost their bottom line by confusing and frustrating sick people.Unfortunately for vitality Im not sick and Im furious -- so much so that Ive begun reaching out to their suppliers and credit card processor to alert them to such behavior and to the attorney general to look into their business practices.Oh, and yes, the masks are *still* listed as in stock.OH! I place an order for a pallet of concentrators (24 machines) on January 27th, they first told me they have the products available at the warehouse and thats why I placed the order, than I received a noticed that my order is on backorder and I should received the products by Feb the 26th, today is March 4th 2021 and still not received the package or refund, they tried to sold me another 10, 10 liters concentrators and I ask if I can get those instead of the 24 5lts and they refused, this is a scam company, we already paid $13,715.00 including shipping and here we are waiting for nothing, I will call medicare and medicaid and ask for their licence to be cancelled, they can keep doing this to other customers, they just take your money and never provide you with any products, Order # 102324613

In my first order, I did not receive the style of feeding bags that I had ordered, but I was desperate, so I used them.I decided to give Vitality a second chance and 7 out of the 10 bags were correct.The website kept deleting my messages to customer service which meant I had to call the 800 number.I am not happy - I was given a run-around. They wanted the item number of the incorrect items but could not tell me where it was; they gave up on that and started worrying about me returning less than $6 worth of product to them and had nothing to say to my complaint that I would have to drive over 50 miles to sent the return to them. Instead they told me they would have to check with the warehouse about replacing the rest of my order. I was instructed to check my email from time to time and wait for instructions.Unfortunately, I did not notice their error until I had placed one more order today.I felt as if I were talking to a wall when I was trying to ask that they ensure that my final order would be correct.At the very least, I would have expected an assurance that the warehouse manager would be contacted and that they would double check my order before shipping it...The customer service is lacking with this company and there seems to be problems in the warehouse that prevents them from correctly filling orders.Hopefully, my final order will be correct. In the meantime I will be searching for another company to buy from in the future.

If you ever need service on your Oxygen Concentrator or any other thing you buy from them, GOOD LUCK. It took 2 weeks for them to tell me were to send it and it has been sitting in repair for a month now. This is the 3rd time trying to get something repaired and each time the same thing. NEVER AGAIN will I buy from these people.
I ordered an oxygen concentrator for my grandpa on Saturday 7/11/20. The company understandably requested a prescription for him, which I supplied to them on Monday 7/13 and received a prompt confirmation of receipt. I also called that day to change the address as my grandpa was nervous about the machine being shipped to his house and would rather have it shipped to my office where someone would be available to sign for it. The company promises processing of the order within 24 hours of receipt of the prescription and we paid extra for 3-5 day shipping. The status hadn’t changed on Tuesday 7/14 and again stayed the same Wednesday 7/15. I called to check the status and to see where they were sending it and found that they hadn’t changed the address and it hadn’t even been processed. After talking to several people, they said it would ship soon. Same story Thursday 7/16 and Friday 7/17. I even asked if they’d be able to give me overnight shipping and they said it’s not an option. I countered him by saying that it is an option upon checkout for $78 and he said that this product doesnt qualify for that. It’s horrible that they would even take your money for something that apparently behind the scenes isn’t even an option. I’m now trying to cancel my order to buy him a concentrator from another company. I hope I don’t run into issues with this portion of my “journey” with them.
The whole experience was excellent. I had questions about the products, and delivery times, both were answered right away. I ordered 6/22/20 afternoon, and received my order by 6/24/20 10:30am. Highly recommend, and will definitely be ordering from them again.

Placed an order for 12 pediatric BVMs to replace existing ones that I use for my infant CPR classes. Cost me $120, whatever, I needed them, so I ordered. They arrived, HUGE, they were actually bigger than the infant manikins. No big deal, I called and asked to return, still bagged and unopened. I was told I would have to pay shipping, wrote and emailed back and forth, 30 days later I was sick of these taking up space in my office, decided to both the bullet, went out to UPS store. I walked out $60 lighter, and mad. Guess I just paid the stupid tax again!! Ill never order from this company again!
I ordered some abdominal pads due to my significant others recent surgery. They were reasonably priced, and best of all, even though the shipping said 3-5 business days, it got there in TWO DAYS. Excellent company, would recommend them to family and friends. Definitely try them out if you need medical supplies shipped to your home.

Purchased a vertical platform lift for my father. Instead ordering on their website I called. Turned out to be a great option, because I was given discounts that were not available online. Lori, the representative,was great. Very helpful. The entire purchase went smoothly and fast. Hopefully the product is a good choice. Will have to wait and see.
I received an email stating that my order shipped with the tracking number. I continue checking FedEx for feedback regarding delivery and every day I receive the same message “delivery pending”. I paid for 3-5 day shipping and I’m on day 4. I spoke to Vitality Medical via email and they stated that the package must have not reached FedEx and that I may still receive it within the original 3-5 day period. I informed them that if they have to resend another shipment to FedEx that they will beyond the 3-5 day shipping and that they should be sending the order next day air on their dime. I have yet to have this resolved and this is unacceptable behavior especially when these are medical supplies that are needed.
Best prices around. The same products that I used to get from a local pharmacy at more than half the cost. I love recurring shipping as well. Ive had to change my order a few times and the representatives Ive had contact with were quick at making the changes. They also contacted my physician for a prescription. Shipping is super fast too. I was told it was shipping last week, and yet come to find out that did not ship and they are now giving me a 4th shipping date in two weeks.

I was searching for supplies to build some first aid kits for our cub scout den when vitality medical showed up in the search with an almost too good to be true price on an item. Since I had never heard of them, I reluctantly clicked on the link and visited their site. i was amazed at the selection and prices they had to offer. I purchased a few items for the kits and paid. I was sent an immediate email with my order details like most places do and it had an estimated delivery date of 7 to 10 days. I thought okay, thats not unusual so far so good. the next day at 6 am, i received the letter stating it was shipped and provided a link to track the shipment. When i clicked the link i was shocked to see that it was arriving that day. so in just over 24 hours after i placed the order, i had the items at my door. I will definitely be using Vitality Medical for my future needs.

I had a total knee replacement and lost the gripper socks I wore in the hospital. I went online to purchase socks and Vitality Medical had the largest selection with the lowest prices.I called the 800 number and spoke to a sales representative. I even was entitled to a 15% discount. The website was easy to use but I prefer to give my credit card over the phone.I hope to have the socks by next week.

I am a long time customer of Vitality Medical, and I have always been pleased with all the products and quality of them. I have purchased many different items over the years and have nothing but praise for them. Now the down side ! I placed an order today, and the price was very competitive with other sites, until the shipping was added. Thats when a $9.17 purchase became a $ 16.42 price. I feel like they are overcharging for their shipping when it almost doubles the price of your purchase. This was not a heavy item, but just a few pairs of socks, and this was the lowest shipping rate available. If this continues to be shipping prices, I will have to buy elsewhere. I think it odd when I can a heavy product from another supplier, and only get charged $2.99 for three day shipping as oppose to $7.25 for 10 to 12 day shipping for such a light product. They can do a much better job than that, or I will have to shop elsewhere. :(

I ordered a med e-lert pill distributor and paid for the $35 for 2-3 day shipping because I was moving and the representative promised me that I would receive my package two days before I was to leave. Come to find out my package would not be delivered until the day AFTER I would be moving. I was completely mislead by the representative! I would have paid for 1-2 day shipping to get my item earlier if need be! I received an email on Monday stating that my items had been shipped, but usps didn’t even receive the package at their facility until two days later! After calling customer service multiple times (which is obviously NOT in the United States!) I was finally transferred to a manager, who promised to refund my money in 3-4 days. I have not received my refund yet, but will most definitely be updating this review if my money is not received within the promised time slot. I am very disappointed with this company and their customer service. The representatives lie and will tell you whatever you want to hear just to get the order and get you off the phone. I would give 0 stars if it were an option!!!
Vitality Medical had what I needed at a better price than what I had been paying from another provider, plus I love the auto-reorder feature. This gives me peace of mind knowing that I dont have to remember to reorder these items for my mother-in-law who lives with us. The items arrived much quicker than I expected, which felt like a bonus!

With the help of his home health care person we purchased a couple of pairs of non slip socks for my husband when he returned from a hospital stay. The socks arrived promptly and in very good shape. It has been 3 months now and he is still wearing them. They launder perfectly. Im glad we found vitality Medical and will use them next time we need special items like this.

Very fast and easy process. Everyone I encountered through the whole process was super friendly. We now own our own oxygen concentrator at a very reasonable price and I no longer pay high rental fees. We plan on ordering all our oxygen needs in the future.
This people are a joke! My husband order 300 Catheters on 9/02/2019. Paid $205.02. On 9/04/2019 The shipment arrived with only 3 catheters inside this hugh box. He made more than 6 phone calls to customer services, he always got someone from India with the horrible english. On 9/13/2019 the order was Re-shipped again, It arrived on 9/15/2019 When we open the box again it only had 3 catheters inside. My husband made it very clear to them that he was short 297 catheters and that he was going to run out. That it was very important that they ship it out correctly and asap. Stay away from this trash of a company. Worst shipping department & Customer service in the country.
I ordered an walking boot on their website. The picture and description was the exact one that I needed. However, I received one that was not what I ordered. I contacted the company and got an email saying the correct one would be shipped. I just called today to find out when it would arrive. The girl on the phone (who was very nice) said that I should have received an email from the returns manager saying that they did not have that one as the picture and description on their website was incorrect and that they did not have that one. I never received this email and would have been really useful to have a few days ago as I need this in my recovery. So, buyer beware. I would double check with them before you buy whatever you are buying to make sure they do indeed have that one and that it is not a picture of the item they dont have. Extremely frustrating.

Incredible prices, I have saved more than 90% on some of the items I have been buying at the local medical supply stores. This is my second order in less than a week. The quality of the items is very good and I received all items much quicker than I expected. I have been looking for a specific bandage and this is the only place that carries it. They also have a great selection of products.

After going to wound care for over three years, and most of that was uninsured, I racked up an enormous bill. I googled wound care supplies and was so happy to see Vitality Medical had exactly what I was using, plus so much more! The woman who took my order was amazing. She was very patient with me while trying to describe what I was looking for and helped me find the product number. It was quick and very easy to order and pay and was a fraction of the cost of the supplies I had to pay the wound care to bring home between visits. Placed an order at 12:32 on Thursday 7/5/18 and paid an extra $95.00 for rush 1-2 day shipping. Called customer service to ask why it hasnt shipped yet and after 20 minutes waiting for a human to answer they say it wont arrive until Tuesday 7/10/18. Wont give me my shipping fee back and customer service was beyond rude. Worst experience Ive ever had with a company and will definitely not purchase again. You wont be in business long treating people like that.Update: After leaving this review I was contacted by Vitality Medical and was offered a full refund. I have updated this review to reflect that.

I will definitely use vitality medical for all my medical needs and supplies. We ordered a hospital bed mattress and it said 7 to 10 days for delivery and to our surprise it was delivered in less than 24 hours. The mattress is everything. They said it was and then some. Slept on it last night for the first time and it is excellent. If youre quadriplegic. Thats the mattress for you.

I ordered several wound care supplies from Vitality. The 5-6 items came in 4-5 different boxes (over 4-5 days), which was unusual. It was also frustrating trying to track so many. In fact, one said it was delivered but we never received it and I was trying to tell that to Customer service. They just wanted to argue that it said it was delivered this morning at 9 am. Luckily, later that day one of my neighbor offices brought it over when they noticed the address.Then the order sent was wrong in that I ordered a BOX of 12 gauze wrap bandages. I received 3 individual gauze wraps placed in a large plastic bag. The gauze were not individually wrapped and looked dirty. There was no way I could use them for wound care.When I called to contact Customer Service no one answered any of the several options given in the automated answer. I tried 5-7 times before I finally got to speak with someone. Then, I got to wrong area so I was transferred. I spoke with gentleman who did not understand that gauze wraps are not useable if not individually wrapped or in box-especially when dirty. He was also the one who was so argumentative about the gloves being delivered to me that morning-even when I told him that I did NOT receive AND that person who signed did not work in my office.I ordered all on 5/4/16 and I am still waiting for the wrap gauze to come.I believe that they need to look at all parts of their service line on this one. In addition, they need to teach their Customer service personnel the art of service recovery or they will lose their customer- like they will LOSE me.Too bad!
Id give this 0 stars if i could. I ended up filing a dispute with my bank because they refused to refund me for an order they never shipped- thats called stealing YO.. An order was back ordered but shipped in their system and since they sent another item I ordered (that wasnt back ordered) I was told to just wait. Months later and their customer support said its too late to get the item AS WELL as too late for a return. Originally I just asked for a reshipment of the item, so I really wasnt asking for much.Dont waste your time, this company is a SCAM. My bank has refunded me.
Very efficient and friendly customer service. I placed an order and called to check on the status. Almost immediately the representative over the phone checked the order number on the screen and told me that the package should have been delivered around 3 pm. When I checked the front door, there was the package dropped of by UPS!Thumbs up for service and quality product featured.
I have been ordering from Vitality for quite awhile. They are quick with the deliveries and they have cut their prices. This can only help. There are a few things I do need from someone else. The price on those items is too expensive. Other than this I will choose Vitality for my medical needs.
Prices seem very competitive. I have used the standard shipping every time, and every time the order has come in 3 to 4 days, sometimes even 2 days. When I called on the phone, they were easy to reach, and made it easy to amend my online order.
I needed relief from poison ivy and I needed it very fast! The ordering process was sweet and simple and I was able to use PayPal.I was totally amazed at how fast the package arrived!I received exactly what I ordered; several days faster than expected and the packaging is being recycled to return a different product to another vendor.
I ordered diapers and under pads and they came very fast within 2 days with standard shipping. All items came in well-packed and as described. I will continue to reorder with Vitality again. Great store for medical supply!
I have had a great service with Vitality Medical. Although the main products i order are excluded and i cant get free shipping. I would love to get free shipping. But i do love your products and quick delivery.
I placed my order Thursday 01/07/16. I telephoned on Fri., 01/08/16 to determine if I would be able to determine an estimated arrival. The kind customer service rep stated it would go out from warehouse today and generally items arrive before our estimation.Just checked email today (Sat., 01/09/16) and it shows UPS will deliver at the end of Monday business day. Even if doesnt arrive until Tuesday, Im plum tickled!Rest assured Ill order in the future from Vitality Medical. Great job starting the ball to roll!
I always shop Vitality Medical for almost all of my medical supply needs! Today they topped themselves!! I ordered two days ago and received my order today. During the ordering process, everything went great. It allows me to choose the shipping of my choice and I choose 1 to 2 days delivery. However, it was not a 1 to 2 day delivery it is 3 to 5 days. I pay an extra of 64 dollars for that shipping. In addition, they gave me an order number that does not exist. It has been 3 days and I am still waiting on the delivery.
They were really fast taking my order and delivery. Price is reasonable and emails detailing every movement the package made until delivered.Great CompanyWould recommend to anybody.

The prices are a bit too high. They run what they call deals but they apply only to a limited number of products. some deals will be free shipping on orders, but you have to have a minimum order and cant combine them with any other offers.This forces me to shop around and i usually find better prices elsewhere on a lot products.They need to be more like Amazon, have free shipping all the time and have better prices.
This site provides quick service and good discounts on its products.I have purchased equipment here a half-dozen times, never any problems.The website is clean and easy to use.Recommended.
Ordered a new Oxygen Concentrator for my wife. Did endless searches on the internet and after comparing all the companies selling both new and refurbished concentrators, it was obvious that Vitality Medical won my business. They offer a great selection, reasonable prices and the customer service is outstanding. I highly recommend them.I was able to purchase a brand new concentrator for less money than some other companies were selling their identical Used & refurbished units. I ordered the machine and provided the required Doctors prescription on Friday. The new machine was shipped on Monday. That is excellent service in my book.
A great source for a wide selection of medical supplies at very competitive prices. My past orders have been shipped promptly, well packed and ay reasonable costs when applicable. Havent had a reason to contact their customer support element but was pleasantly surprised when a person from their office called to ensure that my order had arrived. Thats a rarity nowadays, and singular reason to use Vitality as a source.

Placed an order with standard delivery. Checked the tracking. They had been processing the order for several days. Checked the tracking today. The order just disappeared . No emails, no calls, no apologies. Been doing online shopping since late 90-s, never experienced anything like this.
I work for ANZA, Inc., a design & manufacturing company in the Greater Cincinnati Area. We have been purchasing 60 cc syringes from Vitality Medical recently. They are competitively priced, ship quickly & the site is extremely user friendly. We plan to continue to use Vitality Medical for all of our syringe needs. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who has a need for medical supplies, they are great!
I ordered 3 items from Vitality Medical. I had to return one of the items. I called first only to be told they would email the RA#. and address After waiting over 48 hrs, I emailed them looking for the RA# and address. It took another 2 or 3 days to receive the information.The address they sent me was WRONG! Then they had the nerve to deduct a percentage of the cost and told me if was sent back to me, to keep it. Of course UPS find the new address and delivered it.You have 30 days to return an item. the return was made in less than 30 days, was never used, and was out of the box for about 10 minutes. The box was not damaged or written on. These were all the directions I had to follow As someone else noted in a review after I ordered. On their site they did note that there might be a restocking fee, however you would think that which such poor such poor customer service, poor address, I would think they would not charge a restocking fee.Customer Service is not there. I will never order from them again.
This is the second time I have ordered from Vitality Medical. On both occasions placing the order was easy and the order arrived so fast I was surprised. Because of a long list of allergies I have trouble finding tapes and such that dont irritate my skin and make a bad problem worse. I would recommend this company to anyone.
User-friendly website, reasonable prices, REALLY fast service. Placed my order early Monday AM (Feb 15), selected regular UPS shipping, was delivered at 5:35 pm today (Feb 16). Granted it was shipped from Vitalitys facility in Clear Brook, VA (Im in Norfolk, VA) so not cross-country but still excellent response time. Will order from them again.
Prices were good and able to find product that was unavailable in usual mass market drugstores. Didnt receive any notice when item shipped. Delivery was quick though oddly didnt receive tracking info until AFTER pkg arrived.
The process was very easy to do. I will recommend this company to anyone who needs this piece of equipment. This is the second one I have bought from you and the product is excellent and lasts a long time. I had my last one over 2 & 1/2 years before it broke. I have to use it twice daily so was happy it held up as long as it did.KS

It was a pleasure doing business with this company.The salesperson said that the product that was being purchased could be returned if it did not fit an essential connection on the Compression Pump system.I hope it works out well!
