Excellent! We were looking for a mountain bike for my 15 year old. Having difficulty due to lack of supply. Not only did Summit have a bike in stock, they had excellent customer service. I had my son contact several bike shops, most blew him off most likely because he’s young. Not Summit. They helped him and treated him well. I called and purchased the bike. Thank you!

Stoked to have these guys in the neighborhood. Solid little shop with a nice selection of quality mountain bikes, parts, and accessories. Been in a few times to grab some last minute maintenance items and the staff has been helpful, always had what I needed on hand, and pricing seems fair.Most importantly they are providing a safe shopping environment right now, asking that all bikes are left outside to be sanitized before worked on (nice move, rather than just letting them sit for days in the back to kill the virus like some other shops in the valley)

Great shop. Took my bike in for repairs last week. They finished the repairs on the day they promised and they only repaired what actually needed to be done, saving me money in the process – they are very honest. I also appreciate that they are helpful and friendly. I asked them several questions about my bike and asked for various recommendations, and they were very thorough in their responses and never talked down to me or displayed any attitude. Ill be back.

Good staff! Was overcharged on an item and they honored a discount shortly after.They will match prices or come very close.Quick fixes are needed and they’ll support you free of charge where others will nickel and dime you.

Not sure what to make of this business. Theres no phone number on their website. I use their contact us featureto submit a request for the phone number. Instead of the phone number, I was placed on their mailing list. I drove to the store and found that it had moved to another location. Sure would be a cute feature to add a phone number.

Cant say enough good about the people at Summit Cyclery. The store is very impressive and well stocked with a huge variety of bikes. They were helpful and professional throughout the bike purchasing process. I was outfitting my family with new mountain bikes and didnt know where to start with my teenagers. They helped each of us feel comfortable and informed with our decisions. I highly recommend them!

My wife and I bought new road bikes last week, and John specifically was very knowledgeable and helpful. He Helped both my wife and myself with specifications and “fits” of the bike. He was very patient as the decisions were hard. Once we had bought the bikes, he custom fitted the bikes to our size and height. My wife especially found him knowledgeable as he helped with training on the gear shifting and clip in pedals. Additionally, she found him very knowledgeable about trainers for the winter, apps that track your distance and biking goals, and ideas for customizing biking for her personal goals.

Great selection and amazing staff. All friendly and extraordinarily helpful without being pushy. Couldnt recommend higher. Go here for your next bike and you wont regret it.

Needed a front derailleur installed on a used bike I bought. They cleaned the bike and got it in great working condition for a great price and only in about 2 hours (every other store was about 5 days out for the install)! I have never been so impressed with a cycle shop in the Valley as I have with Summit Cycle! Great, friendly and honest customer service!! They are now my go to shop! If you are looking for a shop, go see Summit!

Had a wonderful experience here and the customer service was all around prime from everybody working. They were able to order my dream bike for me even though there were only a handful left. Definitely stop in here and check out the goods!

These guys are awesome. I brought in a part from a 1970s Schwinn, and they searched for a replacement. When they didnt have the part, they gave me a free bell for my bike and recommended where I could find the part. Theyre great!

Top notch staff and a beautiful shop. Im new to biking and these guys were great at educating me on my choices and went to great lengths to make sure that I ended up on the right bike. This was the first shop I stepped into in Salt Lake and I found no reason to go anywhere else.

Summitt has a first class service team. They took care of a full group set upgrade for me and did a first class job - start to finish. Paul and the service crew did a great job communicating with me and made sure the bike was just how I wanted it. 100% recommendation for this shop.

Great guys to work with, very flexible with setting us up with some great bikes to demo out for the weekend.

They never followed through with the bike frame they said they could get in. After repeated attempts to find out what the delay was (owner/manager kept ducking out when they saw us coming in), they finally said, Oh, we cant get just the frame in. Wont go in there again. They have no idea what they are doing.

Bought 5 bikes, gear, and a wahoo kickr from these guys in the last 6ish months. Great guys and great shop. Great experience every time I’m there.
