My wife came in to add a line to her t mobile account. our old cell carrier made it extremely difficult to transfer our old number to the new t mobile line. Bryce was extremely helpful and was on hold on the phone with old carriers CS team for a long time until the number was successfully transferred. Were stoked that he spent the time to do that for us so we could keep our old phone number.
We came here on a very slow day to shop & buy a very expensive phone, but to our surprise, the one young employee with the very short hair (high-&-tight haircut), he was VERY UNNECESSARILY RUDE to us for no reason, and was not helpful or welcoming at all. However the other guy with the longer hair was more helpful. But still we will never come back to this store again.
I went to this location to buy a new phone and Michelle was awesome! She answered all my questions, transferred my information over and really helped me understand more about the phone I was buying. Thank you so much for the great experience, I will be coming to this store more often!
You all really need to clean house at this location. I came here to get my phone replaced because of battery issues. There is insurance on my account and my sister was able to do the same thing with no issue 2 months ago. They tried to send me to apple and wouldn’t help me further, saying I am not the primary on the account. Everyone else should be treated like co-signers as long as it is their phone they need to replace. It was an urgent matter. I went to a different location and was able to get a new one sent to me no problem. So I don’t know what is wrong with this location. Both the manager and employee were rude and not willing to help me. She was also rude to the customer right before me. I have learned my lesson to go to another location.
Lilly K..she is a fantastic rep for TMobile. Im an older lady who struggles with the computer, cell phone or any of the new things and she has spent 2 long days working with me and my new phone. Jade was very nice to us but she made us trade in our Sprint Phones and she told us we would get $300 in credit for each one.She did everything so fast that we did not realize that we got ripped off!! I only got $95 for my Galaxy and my husband got $165 for his iPhone.We lost!! because we were going to sell our phones on the internet and now we have to stick with tmobile equipment installment plan 🤨Pay attention people!
I also read the reviews prior to my visit at the Park Center Location. I had once gone into the 900 east location and had a terrible experience so I decided anything had to be better than that. Thankfully Bryce was the one to help and it was a smooth and painless process. I had an issue with my phone and when I called T-Mobile the representative was less than accommodating and offered me one option that benefited me little. Bryce offered me a solution that I was truly happy with and I couldnt be more relieved/happy.

Bradley helps us with an upgrade for 2 of our phones. He was very accommodating and helpful. Ive done similar things at other t-mobile stores and I wasnt as happy with my experience elsewhere. This is one of the best stores.
This location is the only store I will go to for the simple reason that Namir is there. I have been with T mobile for 12 years and Namir is the best in the business. He is the only person I will go to at Tmobile for anything I need.

They must have updated their staff because I cant relate to these other reviews.This is definitely the best T-Mobile Ive visited. They were super friends and knew what they were talking about.I was having some antenna problems with my HTC10 and they did a lot to help me trouble shoot and fix it.I went to several other T-Mobile stores and this was by far the best! Would recommend.
Devin has the worse customer service Ive ever seen at a Tmobile store. The store was completely empty and he constantly came up with excuses to not help us. I have about 8 lines with Tmobile because of the great experiences Ive had in the past. Once Devin found out that I only needed my screen protector replaced and that I would not be purchasing anything he completely lost interest in helping us. He just kept giving us a nasty attitude the entire time we were in the store. If I were Devins supervisor, I would have a good chat with him about customer service. If you go to this store avoid Devin and his bad attitude.

I came here with a problem of dropping 10+ calls a day. They offered to replace my phone with a warranty which cost me 5 dollars. Whatever, its five bucks. Thats nice of him. After I told him this is the fourth replacement Ive had the guy says to me. oh well if this one does it just bring it back in and well call customer service. Ok, whatever Ill give it a try. I ask him Will I need to sign for this phone? Because nobody will be home. Oh, no! They will just leave it on your step.Moral of the story. They dont care how many phones you have gone through or how much you have tried. They just want you in and out of the store. Every time I go back into this place is the same thing over and over again. They dont care.. They just want to get as many customers through as possible. But you bet your ass if youre there signing up for a new contract they will spend all the time in the world for you.

I have a friend visiting from france who was having trouble with her phone/service. mike (manager) helped us out immediately after we came into the store and had us out the door in under 10 minutes with her phone working perfectly. thank you mike, you rock!!!
After nearly 2 weeks of frustration and trying to get my new phones and tablet order straitened out.. at 3 other T-Mobile stores (not to mention the 6 hours of dealing with the T-mobile Doesnt Care morons on the phone) ... I finally found some one that A) knows what they are doing, and B) cares enough about customer service to actually take the necessary steps to help the customer.. Getting T-Mobile? Drive to the T-Mobile in Fort Union, and see Emmy.... Emmy is the only employee in any of the T-mo stores in all of salt lake with any brains.. (her manager was pretty cool too)..
I cant speak to these other reviews, but every time Ive gone to this store its been a pleasure. Ive dealt with Jeff, Nickolas and Kendi, and they were all more than helpful. Ive recommended several people to come to this store and will continue to do so in the future. I dont even deal with t-mobiles customer service number or website, to me its worth it to take the extra time and go to this store because I know theyll take care of me.

Worse than hated it. Tried to switch from AT&T to lower my bill and the guy accidentally ported my number over to T-Mobile. I then had to come back to the store 3 times throughout the day to have my phone number sent back to AT&T so I actually had a cell phone that worked. I am a self-employed business owner - I rely on my cell phone for my when I am not in the office and without it, I lose money, clients, referral partners. I spent my entire day without a phone, running around for these douche bags because they are idiots and kept telling me that if I just did this, it would work. Avoid this store EVERY TIME!

Worst T-Mobile store around. Horrible experience with CHUCK NEWSOME. He promises all of these things, gets you to turn out your pockets so he makes commissions and then after youre committed, he doesnt deliver. I probably spent $500 to $600 or more there so he could work it out to get me a cheaper monthly payment. When the time came to make the changes to my account, all of the sudden it wouldnt work. Nothing would work. Not one single thing he promised. CHUCK NEWSOME bragged about how he is in the Top 1% of T-Mobile sales and I can imagine why. He lied to me over and over again to make sales and then never delivered on his promises. Im sure he will do the same to you! He also suggested I try to defraud T-Mobile to get a broken screen fixed. Total loser, DO NOT BUY FROM HIM EVER! Look at all of the complaints about him here on Google alone. He will lie and cheat. T-Mobile corporate filed a complaint against him on my behalf after I called about this stores poor service and Chuck Newsomes lies. Go to the Sandy store or Walmart or somewhere reputable.
Based on the negative ratings, I went into the store wearing a thick skin and was prepared to argue/fight. I was pleasantly surprised!I purchased a Note 3 in full and brought it in to activate it with T-Mo as a carrier. Spencer Mortensen, the store manager helped me out. He found that he could give me a $50 discount over the price I paid for the phone, so he returned the phone and resold it to me just to save me the money. (And did it through a cash-out method so it didnt ding my Credit Card again).His knowledge of EVERY aspect of the phones and services (I like to root and load custom ROMs on my phones), and his support were beyond my expectations. Usually words like custom ROM and rooting are evil to reps. Not him. We talked about bloatware and various ROMs that are available for devices. It was like I was talking to someone straight off xda-developers.I pried about internal data caps for their unlimited plan. There arent any. He shared stories with me of users who use over 70 GB a month over LTE. Very cool.I was on the fence about turning in my old device to have T-Mo pay off my early termination fees with another carrier. He saw my hesitation and gave me a deferred trade-in option (I have a month to decide) and even printed me a prepaid shipping label to send in my old phone.I asked about the other employee who was given bad ratings, and he explained to me that he is from an older generation and is all about respect. If customers get irate and treat him poorly, he can get rough in response. If you experience anything like this, just ask for Spencer or treat retail employees with respect.Im glad I found this store. This has been the best experience Ive ever had with a cell company.
Saw the store and went in to get a micro SIM for my International Samsung Galaxy S3 and to move the Numbers from my old Motorola Razer. A friendly guy called Sterling took both my phones out to the back and came back soon afterwards having moved my contacts from the Motorola to my Galaxy and fitted a new Micro SIM with the original T-Mobile No. - Great all for free. I got home only to find that he had deleted two years of Text Messages from my Galaxy. I went back in and spoke to Bryce who hadnt a clue about data recovery from Android. I then phoned up the State St Branch and was told that every time you change the SIM you lose your data. I have three other SIM cards for this phone for other countries and have been changing them around as needed for two years and not lost any messages. These guys are a waste of space and know nothing about Samsung phones - give them a wide berth. Now I have to spend $50 on Dr Fones tool to recover my text messages as the latest free version wont recover files.
Very friendly here. Sometimes you may have a bit of a long wait when they are busy, but they do their best to get to you as quickly as possible.
