Three words: Chocolate Chip Cookies! Seriously though... I consider myself a Crumbl cookie connoisseur. The chocolate chips have never done me wrong. I love how often they change flavors and as you can see from all my pictures I have tried most of them! The checkout process always goes smooth and I love how happy the staff is! I mean who wouldn’t when working with all that goodness? I have been to plenty locations and their service is pretty consistent. I love having this I’ve close to home (extremely dangerous for my sweet tooth). PS: their marketing team did an amazing job with every single detail. From the packaging. To the brand colors. To the awesome videos they play in the store!

Always great, fast service, their cookies are the best and served warm. My favorite is the pink sugar cookie and the chocolate chip, cant go wrong with any of their flavors.So yummy!!!🍪 I appreciate how kind their team is at the Fort Union location. Kudos!

Love love love Crumble. I have picked up cookies here and also had them deliver, and they have always been top notch! The cookies have always been made consistently with perfection. I had the opportunity to try the newest November flavors this last week and they were delivered while still warm. The cookie CPR instructions were perfect and even 3 days later (yes, 3 days) they are still soft and chewy!! Would recommend this place to any cookie lover!

Only reason for 3/5 is because I haven’t been impressed with their flavor rotation for the last few months.I love cookies blasted with frosting, and they usually only have 1 cookies a week up to my frosting standard.

I ordered online for curbside pickup. This is one of the only places I’ve been to recently that actually has the food ready when they say they will! Kudos for that. Also, the ice cream and cookie were delightful! The cookie came to my vehicle warm. What a pleasant surprise.

The employee who was boxing cookies dropped a cookie on the ground and then used her spatula to scrape it off the floor and throw it away, then used the same spatula to grab another cookie out off the tray. It’s gross but also weird than no one else she was working with said anything (despite the audible scrape and slam on side of garbage).

Amazing cookies. Better than my homemade cookies. The chocolate cookies are the best, just out of the oven warm. The sugar cookies so soft and chilled to taste fresh.

After much contemplation, Ive concluded groupthink to be the impetus behind the success of this franchise.I legitimately believe the cookies are quite bland. Theyre not particularly moist, either. They all seem to share a generic flavor, as well.And it makes sense - theyre quite literally justrecipes the founder pulled from the internet, and starting making them in mass quantities.For phenomenal cookies, Id recommend Parsons, Twisted Sugar, or Mrs. Backers Pastry Shop, if you want super authentic.Sheep is literally the only logical reason I can fathom as to why this place has the following and reputation that it does.

This was my first time in a Crumbl store. About 6 girls were frosting cookies having a loud personal conversation while I stood at the counter for over 5 minutes (and as a line formed behind me). I finally asked if someone could help me, and without a greeting, then just flipped the menu/ordering tablet around so I could order and walked away. My cookies were good, but I thought the service was very unfriendly.

So this is the third Crumbl I have reviewed and they have done it again. Who in their right mind makes a Carmel popcorn cookie!?Beautiful, masterpiece, and perfection! Small shop on the far east side of the valley but if you are in the neighborhood get yourself some Crumbl.

Delicious cookies! I recommend ordering before 6:00 PM. They’re not always on time if you order after their driver leaves, and their info on eta is off! Other than that, they are great and I highly recommend!

Love the curbside pickup and the staff is always friendly. Its great to bring my dog along on a trip to crumbl and not have to worry about leaving him in the car alone.

If you like cookies, Crumbl is for you! Their staples are chocolate chip and sugar and both are great! The chocolate chip cookies are made with milk chocolate and the sugar cookie is served chilled. Both of these are available all of the time. Crumbl alternates flavors of the week. They have four options to choose from and all are really good. If you want a sneak peek of the flavors, follow them on social media (this is a really good and bad idea because Crumbl will constantly be on your mind!). Some of my favorite specialty cookies are the cinnamon swirl, the pumpkin roll, and the apple pie. The cookies are massive so come hungry! You wont be disappointed.

Someone left a review saying somehow too bland and too sweet at the same time and the phrase nicely captures my experience with two cookies I had (milk chocolate chip, nutella something). My perception is that the cookies are overpriced for the quality. Definitely disappointed and at the same time surprised at the 4.8 ratings on google.

Our family fell in love with Crumbl the first day their store opened in Cottonwood Heights. We were craving some chocolate chip cookies when we discovered they delivered. I love crumbl but this location seems to have lower quality standards. The cookies don’t always look as advertised. For example, I ordered a waffle cookie this past week and there was hardly any butter on the top.

Friendly staff for the most part. But when it comes to asking them to fix a problem, its like pulling hairs. Love the cookies, I just prefer them without dead flies in the frosting. Then to tell me I wouldnt be charged for the cookies due to said flies like it was some valuable prize was hilarious. I would hope I wouldnt be charged for infected cookies.
