Loved it when I first walked in because of their selection but that soon changed after the check out experience. After I was done shopping I went to the checkout line where Nancy was helping a costumer out that needed balloons and was having a hard time deciding what to get. After the other costumer decided what she wanted she left and the first thing Nancy said to me was “she took forever at picking out balloons and how terrible the costumer was. I ignored it and then she yelled at the costumer behind me about moving the wrong divider because it cut the flow of her register? I’ve never heard that in my life. Not going back here.

I have never met more of an earth angel then the lady I met today at the dollar tree my heavenly father was definitely using her she made my day a whole lot better she knows who she is so this store will always have a five star rating no matter what because of her I appreciate you deep deep deep in my soul

I love the store it has good stuff then other dollar store. But costumer service is good bat today was awkward, i always get my receipt cuz you never know, well today this cashier charge me extra and I didnt notice I saw my receipt I went back to tell them cuz is Fair this is the second time it happen i always go there cuz is closed to my home. So I tell the cashier and she say to me avery time that you come here do this to me.It is the second time that she charge me more i dont know why she gets mad. Is her job to notice what she is doing.

A really sweet blonde lady helped me out. It was busy but she was staying positive and working quickly! :)

You can get good deals...use your common sense. Nice for college students and seniors...and others be frugal.

I live close by and frequent this dollar tree often. It is always very clean and organized, with friendly staff. Jay is awesome! He always remind me I have the most important job in the world (mother). Always a great experience that I wanted to take a moment to share a positive review.

While its true you pay for what you get...sometimes you just shouldnt pay more than a buck for some things. Each visit I am surprised by what you can pick up for a buck. Granted, there are something things here that you shouldnt buy (because you pay for what you get) but there are a myriad of other things that you should buy here. Great store! Ive interacted with some refreshingly helpful staff before as well.

It was what I expected. Pretty stocked up.

Not practicing social distancing, not 1 employee had a facemask on. No hand sanitizer seen anywhere by the register I was at nor was any used in between customers.

This is my new favorite Dollartree. It doesnt have the best layout or even the best stuff, but the customer service cant be beat. This is a happy bunch.

The store is soo clean! The shelves are fully stocked and the help was amazingly friendly! I travel across the valley past 8 other dollar trees to shop at this one. Totally worth the trip.

Its good I love that store is big got a good selection I always end up going in there for one thing Im leaving at 10 so I recommend that dollar store to anybody in Cottonwood Heights it sure the hell is a lot better then the one in Midvale first of all the one in Midvale you want to do door and you can just tell is dingy and ran down dirty the employees are rude never have a very big selection its always like pick through this is the one in Midvale okay can I come here to Cottonwood Heights is Dollar Tree and is clean it feels inviting employees are super nice compared to the one in Midvale and its really never that like packed when Midvale I wanted me to go theres always at least 10 20 people and they are the ignorant type of people like do you just tell that they dont want to be there at the dollar store the one in Cottonwood Heights the customers are nice too as well and I just no. Matter where u are from I dont care if u live right next to the one in Midvale u should always come up here to Cottonwood Heights if I live right next to the Midvale one and didnt have a car have to ride the bus I still would come up to Cottonwood Heights

Worked there for 2 years and really loved my job we got a new manager who for some reason just didnt like me I tried everything to get along with her and she kept making reference to my age then after she had been there only 2 months and she never worked for dollar tree before fired me because my 1st violation of my till being short and being a assistant manager I wrote plenty of people up for same violation with alot bigger amounts short than mine and they kept there jobs and with more than one somewhat 4-5 still has there jobs so you tell me wheres the justice there shame on you manager of cottonwood heights DT you should not hate on older people I for one will not shop there ever again she did me dirty dirty dirty hatter for sure so watch out older folks!!

Its a dollar store, what do you expect. The staff seems friendly enough. I just love that I can release my toddler and he can break whatever he wants with minimal cost 🙂
