Staff are always friendly and eager to help with whatever your needs may be. I like that they will check your codes for free and assist with a variety of tasks. Bought oil this last time, they loaned me a funnel and offered to help.

Every time Im in i get great service, prices are fair but again service is number 1. Worth it for anything you need for transportation, good people, fairly fast service, good prices, better than most. Ive never had any problems & others i know have not either

The person who helped us was very cheerful and helpful. He helped us find the right sized windshield wipers and was very honest about the whole process. He would even make jokes to lighten up the mood. 10/10 experience here.

Often times they dont get things right and then I have to take parts back. I dont always have the receipt and have to take store credit.That doesnt make me happy.

Dillion is a Rock Star! I’ve always had good experiences at this AutoZone, but today it was my wife who went in and thank goodness Dillion was on the clock. I’m out of town working and before I left I had change the AC pressure switch and had discounted the radiator hose to get to said switch. When I put the hose back on I didn’t clamp it in case it had to come back off…we’ll I had a brain fart & left it that way and the hose came off sometime after I left. We didn’t know. My wife went in for a battery test and when the hood came up they noticed the hose was off. Long story short Dillion got it reattached, refilled and burped the radiator so my wife could get back home safely. Thank you Dillion!!

Shaw was awesome! After going to every other auto parts store with no help whatsoever, Shaw not only found what I needed, but also checked to makes sure with a coworker if that was truly the part I would need. Thank you so very much! I will be going here first from now on. :-)

Stopped in today and Bill C allowed me to use two of the check engine devices and tried to help but the car did not give the devices any information. He went out of his way to assist me.Turned out I likely need oil so I went back and have added a quart to see if the rental car will be ok now.Thank you Bill C.

I went to Cottonwood AutoZone this morning to buy new windshield wiper blades. I was helped by a gentleman whose name I believe was Shawn. He was wonderful! I have always had a difficult time changing my windshield wiper blades. I wanted to tip him, but I had used all my cash in the store. I offered to buy him coffee and a doughnut or something from DD. He said they’re not allowed to take gratuities, but he would appreciate a review. You know, I understand where the corporate leaders are coming from, this is a service AutoZone provides, but I feel employees/people, should be allowed to accept a tip if it’s offered. I tip the person that puts air in my tires even though that’s a service the company provides. AZ as a rule is not a high paying state. Sometimes tips can mean the difference between paying your bills, or buying your food...

Yep I was here too. Buying parts to keep my little pony on the road... very knowledgeable staff friendly sympathetic and understanding they knew just what I needed and where in the computer and store to find! I was in and out faster than the Hamburger joint! Not as greasy either... lol that one guy at the cash register was right though this Mustang wasnt safe to be driven in the pasture let along on the public highways! Oh we had such a good time.. thank you guys! I needed some cheering up that day. Yall got a real laid back type of atmosphere. And sure do know how to make a guy feel welcome. Have good time gentleman! Thanks for the help...

This is a typical parts store. The store is clean and organized. The staff is a bit aloof, but helpful. We got what we needed and didnt stick around much longer.

Ive never had a bad experience at any Auto Zone and this one is no exception. My daughters car blew a fuse and we werent sure which one. We took the manual along with the fuse cover into the store and Amanda M. began helping us figure out which fuse needed replaced. Another assistance, sorry I dont believe we ever got his name, also helped. He came out to the vehicle to check the fuse and said it was bad. He went inside, found an extra fuse they had, replaced it and sent us on our way....no charge.As I said, weve not had a bad experience at any Auto Zone and I commend this company for their excellent customer service.

Skip OReillys, and go straight to Auto Zone... My car battery needed replacing. A friend told me to go to OReillys in Cottonwood. I went there first, and the guy looked up the battery Id need and saw a note in their computer system that said on my car the battery would be hard to replace because its encased in plastic and there are a lot of clips you have to undo. He told me he wouldnt even be able to test my battery and would definitely not be able to replace it for me because thats against their store policy. I left and went to Auto Zone. What a difference. Baylen came outside (in the 105 degree heat) and determined it did need a new battery, then rang me up (and the battery was cheaper at Auto Zone than at OR anyway), and replaced it for me- easy peasy! Ill never go back to OR again. Its Auto Zone all the way for me from now on.
