Great services and selection. I lost the heel to my boot, dropped by to get it repaired. Found the most amazing pair of boots while there. They have a fun selection of leather goods and boots. Prices are awesome. I would definitely recommend going to their shop. Super friendly and helpful.

Yesterday my husband jack took off my boot to repair only the zipper and their response was that they could not do this type of service because it would last more than an hour I found it extremely rude because if they work with shoes and boots repair why not to notice a small detail that unfortunately I cant do it myself and need a professional !! so I leave here my indignation and that you can do a better customer service!!

The selection of womens western clothing is really lacking. Went in to get a new blouse and there were only two to choose from, neither one of them was very western. If Im going to pay $45 for a shirt, I want to love it.

Great shop! Excellent service. Best shoe repair around! (and ONLY shoe repair shop around, so were lucky to have them!). Theyve resoled and repaired several pairs of shoes and boots for both my husband and me. They do very nice work. And I covet all of their beautiful cowboy boots.

They dont talk you into anything. They work with you until its just right These folks truly love what they do.

I would avoid making an online order with this place. No email confirmation, no tracking number, and they WILL NOT answer their phone or return any phone calls, or respond to any emails. Took a full two weeks to receive my order, which was a single pair of boots that were in stock. Any other legitimate online retailer would have had the shipment out within a day or two, and would have immediately responded to a call or email. I recommend staying far away from this place if ordering online.

I had a great experience shopping for cowboy boots! The staff really seems to care that I get boots that are comfortable on both my feet (I have had a hard time buying shoes since I broke my foot). The selection is great. Originally I went in to get my old boots fixed - the repair was well done and I am very happy to have my old boots back. The job was ready when they said it would be, and I felt like the price was fair.

WARNING! Make sure you will not have to return anything you purchase at The Cowboy Shop USA. Sure, theyll accept your return, BUT THEYLL KEEP YOUR MONEY! Purchased a sweet pair of Lucchese giant gator boots in January 18. They run very small. Had to return them. Got a return number and shipped them back at the cost of $26. They arrived and were accepted by Stan. I was expecting a wait of about a month to receive my refund. Called them after not seeing it. Well get it to you this week I was told. I have never been able to reach anyone after that phone call. Emails go unanswered. Until a couple weeks ago. Shelley responded to my email and was very nice and said Stan was out sick and she would take care of it. Well, he must be back, because Ive heard nothing from them once again. It is June 19. They owe me $486 for my return. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

I am astonished at the level of dishonesty I have experienced in my interaction with The Cowboy Shop. I ordered and returned a pair of boots in February, and have yet to see my refund. I have been assured by Stan every two weeks (since March) that a refund would be made within the week, and yet they have continued to withhold the $205.95 that they owe me. Unless you’re 100% positive you’re going to love your purchase, I highly recommend shopping elsewhere. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

I bought a pair of boots here a few weeks ago that needed some adjustments due to my feet . Casey was really concerned and understanding, he got my boots dialed in at no charge. Yesterday was my second buying experience this year with the Cowboy Shop in Cottonwood; in both instances, my schedule put me there close to or even a few minutes past normal closing time, yet I was given fantastic customer service and at least 40+ minutes beyond closed time of knowledgeable help in selecting just the right products to suit my needs. Down-home, local family owned, and great selection; We will definitely return in the future for any needs their shop can fill.

After what started off as a very stressful order transaction I can truly say Mr. Anderson came through and turned everything around. The big stressed for me was the actual Tony Lama warehouse from which the boots for my husband were shipping directly from. Apparently they would not ship to our PO Box and its very very difficult to get mail delivered where we live (way out in the middle of nowhere where). So my boots did not ship from them for quite some time. Mr. Anderson was unsuccessful in getting ahold of me for a different shipping address. He actually had the first pair (that I originally paid for) shipped to his store and also paid for a second pair once getting my alternative address. Once that happened Tony Lama kept everything held up in the shipping hub. After lots of back and forth and a big scare on my part (from past experiences with online ordering and getting ripped off) I was so scared I was getting ripped off again, but Mr. Anderson was so patience and willing to work with me through it all. The issue through all this was actually the warehouse. I can say I am very grateful for all of his help, patience, commitment to my order and for dealing with my attitude when I thought I was getting ripped off. I would order for him ANYTIME! Plus my husband loved his surprise boots!

Wanted a cowboy hat when I got to Arizona. Got much more when visiting the Cowboy Shop in Cottonwood, AZ. Not only did I get excellent service but I was given an amazing lesson on how cowboy hats are formed, why some are more expensive than others, and also got to see some of the owners work he has done in the past. He really made us New Yorkers feel welcome and I would honestly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Dropped off boots to be repaired in late November. Received a commitment of not later than January 3rd the work would be complete. Called late December asking for a status and importance of meeting the 1/3 date. Was told they would try. Called on 1/3 asking if they were ready, they hadn’t been touched. Called on 1/6 still hadn’t been touched. I picked them up and will give another business the opportunity. Don’t waste your time with this shop. I suspect based upon the quality of the inventory and overall empathy towards customer service their end time is near.

Love it. They do offer engraving on their leather products and its done quickly you dont have to wait days like some other retailers they do a really good job. Has some nice jewelry. Great boots n accessories.

Great selection.... Im lucky enough to be able to wear child size boots, for half the price of adult sizes. God selections too. They even went out of thier way to find ( and hold them) a pair of Pink. But no go...😣

The people there are the most helpful and patient people I have had the pleasure of doing business with in a LONG time! Im a city boy, they didnt care one bit! My only suggestion would be to carry a few more modern cuts in their jeans.

Our family has frequented the Cowboy Store since 1984. No longer. We just had the worst encounter there I’ve ever had with the “owner.” He was rude to the point of being demeaning and refused to listen to what I needed to tell him about a repair which had previously been messed up due to a miscommunication between his employees. I was not complaining but explaining. Guess that was too much for him. Sorry to have missed Casey.

Do not order from this place online!!!!! I placed an order 5 months prior to when I needed the boots. I was charged for the boots the second the order was placed which would make you think they would be shipped shortly after. Never once on their website did it say it could take 5 months for boots to be shipped. Almost 2 months after I ordered and paid I tried to contact them via phone and email multiple times with absolutely no response. This place has no ethics when it comes to online orders. If you do not have the boots then don’t post them online to order nor charge the customer till you do, plain and simple. I went through another company (nrs world) and received the same boots in a week. I cannot warn you enough to avoid this place at all costs!

I purchased a pair of western style boots here and loved the experience. First, they had the most variety of sizes that would fit me. Other stores I had gone to did not have many wide sizes in stock. This place had wide sizes in stock and up to size 14!Second, the service was outstanding. Someone always came by to help me and make sure my questions were answered. When I tried on a boot, the son of the owner was most helpful in showing me exactly how the boot should fit and explaining to me the signs that told him I had the right size boot on my foot.Third, they had the widest selection of boots I had seen in any store I had been in before.Overall, I was most pleased with the purchasing experience and the boots I purchased.

DO NOT EVER leave a pair of boots/shoes with these people for repair. In October 2018 I took a pair of Paul Bond boots - which I paid $800 for - to them to be resoled & re-heeled. They told me they were backed up and the boots would not be ready until Feb. 2019, which I agreed to. Every time I inquired, I was told Theyre not ready yet. On April 24, 2019, I went to them and said I wanted the boots back, whether they were repaired or not. The boots were returned to me - all that had been done in all those months was that the old soles & heels had been taken off, rendering the boots unwearable. Casey apologized - big deal. I wish I could leave less than a one-star review.

If I could give a zero I would. I wish I would have read the online comments before placing an order. I ordered a pair of boots on June 30th and got an automated invoice the same date, however never received the item. I called and emailed several times to no avail. I finally had to dispute the transaction with my credit card in order to get my money back.

The worse boot repair experience of a life time. Stitching was so horrendous that it needed to be done over. It took months for them to get around to it. I finally settled on the repair just to get my boots back. When I asked to talk to the owner about how inept, unprofessional and completely rude everyone was it took only a few sentences from him to realize everyone was related so good luck with that. Never would I go back...never!

Its been over 2 weeks they do not return phone calls, they do not return e-mails, I paid for expedited shipping $55.00 extra for nothing in return. They also have not provided any kind of tracking number so I have no way of seeing the status of my order. I do not care if the boots are any good or not I will never order from this place again with customer service this awful they obviously dont need my business. 2 more weeks later they responded to my e-mails finally after giving them a bad review stating my boots were enroute from mexico and will be there within a week and at that time they could provide me with a tracking number...Now 2 weeks later still nothing.

VERY disappointed in my online special order. Quick to take my money, responsive for the first month but did not follow up every two weeks as stated. Ordered 1/26 promised in 8 weeks. Last contact was end of March. Starting in April there was NO RESPONSE to numerous attempts to contact the owner Stan by email phone and calling the store. Unfortunately, I did not get the boots I special ordered and I was forced to request a refund from my credit card company. Would not recommend buying anything online from this store.Update: Stan responded and said he had bronchitis and could not return my emails (for two months). Mysteriously (yeah right) after Stan received the charge back from my credit card company the boots made it to Corrals US warehouse. Stan stated if I hurried and paid for the boots again he would release them for shipping. I told him I would gladly pay for the boots if he shipped them to me first. I even offered to pay Corral direct. Wouldnt you know, no response. Still stand by my original post. DO NOT BUY ONLINE FROM THIS COMPANY.

Based on the other posts it appears that if you shop in person at their store then the experience is quite positive, however, do yourself a favor and just dont buy online from these guys. Trust me, no matter how good the price is youre better off buying elsewhere online - Absolute worst customer service Ive ever experienced! I ordered a pair of Lucchese boots and received an email confirmation notice of the purchase, however, after three weeks of not getting a shipping notice I called, emailed and texted (because thats what their website suggested you do) and received no response at all. I finally got a live person who proceeded to tell me that the online portion of the business was handled by someone else but that shed pass along my message. No response. Called again and finally spoke with Stan...Oh yeah, those boots are on backorder and I expect them to ship by mid-March. Keep in mind I ordered the boots in late January and this was now mid-February. So much for letting the customer know whats going on. Well March came and went and no word from Cowboy Shop. Its now April and Im attempting the same process all over again...email (now it bounced back), calls and texts...all unanswered! So now I go to the Lucchese website and see that the boot I ordered is back in stock, so there should be no reason why Cowboy Shop doesnt have it as well! Im furious to say the least! I called Lucchese directly and explained the situation (they did have my info on file, so at least Stan passed along what he was in need of), but the customer service rep could definitely sense my frustration and she said they would ship the boots directly from their factory. Folks, let that sink in for a minute...I HAD TO CALL THE BOOT MANUFACTURER DIRECTLY to finally get a resolution!! Boots finally arrived in Texas and Im happy with them, just not the buying experience at Cowboy Shop....NEVER AGAIN!!

Bad service and very lazy employees, they have no problem selling their items to make a easy buck but when it comes to shoe repair they dont. I traveled from payson to bring my shoe in to get patched because the man I spoke to on the phone said it would probably take a few days, only to get there an be told that their so far behide it would take months, I could see a big pile of peoples shoes in the shop while 3 employees stood arould talking. All I have left to say is, if your so far behide why isnt someone on the sewing machine actually working?

Worst experience ever with an online business. Very deceptive advertising. They held my money from September 9th until December 5th and only after I started giving them bad reviews on social media my money was refunded. They wouldn’t return my emails either. Total scam artist. I wish I could give them negative stars.

I have never wanted to give a boot store my money so badly before. Finding quality wildland fire boots in stock can be a chore even in a Forest Service heavy state. Took the long drive up to Cottonwood after speaking with Casey on the phone. This guy knows and loves boots and will tell you everything you could ever need to know about quality boots. He spent the better part of an hour and a half making sure I found the right boot and never once did I feel pressured or rushed. I wouldnt hesitate to buy boots from this great little store again and will recommend them without question. Thanks for the great service and I am looking forward to next season in my new pair of Nicks.

I ordered a pair of female Justins on March 18th 2017, they had to be ordered and that went in on March 22nd from the Cowboy Shop to the company they get there boots from. I was told it would take 8-10 days...Well it is now April 17th and STILL NO BOOTS pretty much a MONTH later. VERY DISAPPOINTED. The customer serves on finding the right boots and ordering my size was good...just not there after :(
