Good Mexican food. Best I have had in camp verde. Service was great. They do not serve any alcoholic drinks.

We jokingly refer to this Walmart as our Mall, because its the closest thing we have to a mall in Cottonwood. Overall, well stocked with a variety of gluten free food, kids clothes, garden supplies and household decor. Often out of certain grocery items, so grocery pickup is hit or miss.

W-M has nice layout...while walking through one can eyeball shop as you are on your way to get your sought after item. Taking mental notes on your next shopping spree. Although W-M is a popular shop spot...they do need more employees to rescue folks who are trying to become amateur cashiers while checking themselves out without a real trained cashier. I had to assist a shopper in front of me to check out.

I can always find exactly what im looking for.I visited the customer service desk for money gram tge assiciate was very nice eventhough the line was quite long and other customers were coming up with questions while she was helping me.

I always enjoy Wal-Mart and their prices are Always great.

They have a better selection of decorations then the Prescott and Prescott valley Walmart.

I went to Walmart with my granddaughter. We had planned to make pumpkin pies. We needed help.with finding canned pumpkin.i seen 2 gentleman walking by, asked them for help. They told me what aisle, and we shopped some more, we had a great time. Employee weve passed by I would chat with a bit and we got everything we needed.

I remember before the Cottonwood Walmart was a super center and its not disappointing. It almost always has whatever you need from car parts, to face wash and groceries. Its really the only local place you can go that offers everything at a decent price.

Although their website indicated the product was in stock at the Cottonwood location, it wasnt on the shelf. One employee told me I should ask someone who works in that area and at the customer service desk I was told that the website wouldnt be accurate. I left feeling that the employees at this location were completely indifferent about my shopping experience. Fortunately my usual store location in Prescott is closer to home and much more friendly.

Walmart has a standard that doesnt usually require much of a review, but Ive just moved to the area and.if I have a review of a nasty employee or an extra special staff member ill we sure to let everyone know.

There was way way way to many people with out masks I took a picture of a few (with blurred faces) there is no wonder this country is so high in coronavirus cases. I dont like walmart in general but this one especially irked my nerves. It is so dispicable the staff pays no mind to the people with out a mask, and people very closed to me are very high on the high risk list. To see a company so blaitey disregard a heath warning in a time like this I took my money and left. DO NOT SHOP HERE... Amazon is better than here (and I dont like amazon either). Stay safe 😷

I bought oil for my truck and took it to the auto center cashier. She was just leaving and never showed up again. There was another cashier within 10 ft of the register who never even acknowledged us. I ended up walking to the sporting center and there was nobody there. I walk to the garden center and there were three sales associates there all saying that they couldnt help me. I dont know what the deal is with employees stalking the shelves during the day and not helping customers?? In my opinion this Walmart have some very rude people who dont understand that their job first and foremost is to help the customer.

Very very disappointed with the cake I ordered. I ordered an all white cupcake cake and I instead I got a mix of chocolate and white to which I have just wasted $30 on it because I have a few people being allergic to chocolate and no-one else wants the chocolate cupcakes. I will never order a cake from here again. They didnt even have the nerve to call me before changing my order to ask me if it was OK. I wouldnt recommend anyone order a cake from here either. It so sad to ruin a childs birthday over something that could have been done correctly, or at least gave me the chance to talk with them by calling me.

Large, fairly well stocked, very clean store. Many self-checkout lanes open, only a few manned checkout lanes. I opted for the self-checkout; did not have any issues ( which is not the norm for me!)

Bad, the store is dirty, out of stock. The people that work there are rude the ones that are filling orders act like they are more important they block the isles while they are filling orders

Not good. I arrived at 6:20 PM to buy a grill/ smoke and was unable to find anyone in the Garden Center. I stopped an employee and asked if anyone was working in the Garden Center. She was polite but didnt know and was unable to help me as she was on a mission to find someone to help another customer bring a grill to their vehicle. As a last resort I went to Customer Service....ha ha ha. Yeah right. I was told they would call an employee to help me and I was to go back to the Garden Center and wait. Well.....after 20 minutes (timed on my phone) youve got it......NO SHOW. I had asked my neighbor to help me pick it up so....I wasted his time as well. REALLY DISAPPOINTED!! They lost a $750.00 sale. Wont be back for that grill. Walmart....get it together....please!!!

This is one of the cleanest Walmarts Ive ever been in very organized and a very friendly staff. We were treating with respect and we got immediate assistance with no problems.

I absolutely HATE coming to Wal-Mart! Customer service is nonexistent. Sadly its EVERY store I visit. Have everyone of you forgotten that if not for the customer NONE of you would have a job. Has popularity made you all so complacent that you think regardless of what kind of employee you are there will always be a paycheck? How sad!

False advertising!! On the website it says Pickup and Delivery. I called the store (getting someone to answer the phone is a miracle) customer service Did NOT know if they deliver!! Sent me to pick up dept, NO they don’t.My sister is alone in Sedona and now has Covid, I was going to order what she needs from Walmart and have it delivered, NOW she has to get out to do pickup.We live in a smaller Tx town and we even have delivery.DONT advertise what you don’t offer!!

Today I parked at the back by the tire center and went to buy one small tool. Got what I needed, went to the register at Auto/Tire center and was told they would not check me out and I had to go up front to pay. Im a 76 yr old disabled Marine Vietnam vet, so I had to walk up front pay and walk at the back through the tire center to my truck. Great customer service service Walmart. Also the man was extremely rude.

This is where I do my weekly grocery shopping. The store is very clean. Stock on the shelves is not always the best, you never know what they might be out of. Overall a good store. My biggest issue is the understaffed registers. There are 12 registers and only two or three are usually open. This makes for long lines, sometimes so long that it blocks the main aisle. If youre unlucky enough to get there on a busy night, you may be waiting in the checkout for 20+ minutes.

I buy my hair dye at Walmart. They usually have everything I need & more.

Av huge Walmart but the workers there arent very helpful we ask them to see if something was in stock and she looked up the wrong item. And then she refused to look up the correct item, but of course she had a very fancy marijuana leaf necklace hanging from her neck.. ugh

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced or seen for any business in my entire life. Just try to call them. The phone will be ringing for 20 minutes and they’ll probably just end up picking up the phone and hanging up so you get to waste another 20 minutes. Sometimes they don’t pick up at all. I’ve never seen such poor customer service in my entire life. Walmart should be help to higher standards. For this inconvenience I’m going to do whatever I can to not shop there

The woman at the return counter was pleasant and helpful.

They always have what I need but no staff. Getting help from a department is next to impossible. Only complaint I have is they havent gone back to being 24hrs. I get off work to late to make it.

This Walmart doesnt serve a lot of people compared to bigger cities so theres really no excuse for the state of the store. Bare shelves and rude employees. Ive had better experiences in packed Walmarts in big cities.

Unfortunately this store is the only store in my area so I have been shopping there my whole life. But as of lately, I been thinking I would be better off shopping at dollar general! Due to being stopped everytime I leave asking for my receipt. I work hard for my money and made the mistake many times of spending my hard earn money at a place that chooses to treat my like a common thief. Tonight I spent over $100 there and they wanted to stop me to see my $3 water. Obviously you see the receipt in my hand, cart full of bags why would I steal the water. Nothing in your store is worth my freedom, therefore you get my review and loose a customer.

Not enough cashiers, or other employee help. They have really gone down hill on customer service.

Long check out times.....plenty of employees, no one willing to help get items from top shelves.....talked to 2 shopper employees no success....they both told me they were too busy to help... frustrating every time I shop......worst customer service ever!

Vomitous place full of aggressive disgusting people where whatever it is you need is out of stock indefinitely. On one occasion had a manager follow me around the store giving me suggestions on how best to shoplift. He didnt seem to sarcastically suspect me of anything illicit, as I initially thought, but just really wanted someone to talk to and clung to me because I gave him a friendly greeting. Dont eat the food.

I always seem to end up here during stocking time or in the evening, which can complicate visits. Staff are friendly, for the most part, and generally helpful of we cant find something. It may be a covid issue, but when I go in the evening there is only one manned checkout available, and sometimes that is unavailable!

There are NEVER enough checkers. It might as well be manned by robots

I have never been to a Walmart that has consistently empty shelves at all times, in every department. The cashiers seem miserable and are terribly slow. I must say however, their Pharmacy Department is absolutely wonderful and friendly.

Walmart is always a planned trip when you live in sedona.The people here are very friendly, and the man that stands at the door to greet people is very friendly.One day I forgot my mask and figured Id sneak in and buy one while inside but another young gentleman looked at me kindly without judgement any simply asked me would you like a mask?I said yes please! and he was more than happy to provide me with one right at the door!We need friendly people everyday and it makes all of our lives easier and happier.Thank you people over here at local walmart!The last time I went here I couldnt reach something on the top shelf.I went to the first employee I could findA young man stocking a shelf and asked if hed help me.I figured he may call someone else, since he was busyBut he was ready right away to help me!Thank you very much, and I am grateful for these experiences that have exceeded my expectations.Shopping doesnt have to be a chore !

Everytime I go to this Walmart, they dont have everything on my list, 1 time its my coffee, then its no filters or no half &half deli meat. I always end up going to fresh or Safeway which is always stocked

At Walmart located in Cottonwood, Arizona; I found everything I needed. This included gluten free products. But, regarding gluten free food products, the choice was somewhat limited. This Walmart used to have a larger selection of gluten free and vegan items to choose from. Its not bad, but I feel it could be better. Prices are low compared to other stores which is a plus. I used self checkout which went quickly. The employees were polite and helpful when I needed to locate items I couldnt find. I would recommend this Walmart to shoppers.

Horrible, 2 cashiers open. Only one bank of self checks open. Lines down the store. Waited 45 minutes to check out. Getting real tired of this. Maybe Target needs to come into town.

I hate that the Cottonwood Walmart is still not 24 hours again. Thats the best time to shop there is in tye wee hours of the night/morning. It doesnt make sense if people are supposed to Social Distance then why not stay open for 24 hours? It increases the number of individuals who would normally not come in contact with others because they normally shop at night to in fact, COME IN CONTACT WITH OTHERS.

Something very strange happened while my friend and I were there.. Were in the produce section and all of a sudden a bag of salad/lettuce mix flies out of the shelf into the floor. I would normally disregard this however it didnt just fall over it flew off the shelf into the middle of the floor... Cashier was very friendly, clean store and not crowded....

Sherri the pharmacist really worked hard to get through to my doctor getting put on hold for an hour and getting hung up on but kept on them until they got my prescription filled and Jennifer is very nice too
