Used to do half my shopping with cvs for years but the rewards program isnt good anymore, and self checkout is cool but I have always enjoyed the pleasure of conversing with cvs staff in the past at checkout, so I find myself going here less and less.

Julie Fram & Meghan is rude and extremely bad customer services. Does not know how to process veterans Urgent Care prescriptions. Refuses to listen on how to submit . I wouild advise veterans to go to a different pharmacy and be treated better

Service is always good but there are always boxes everywhere. Sometimes you can barely get through an aisle. Also, the shelves are always missing the items that belong on them.Frustrated!!

Scheduled a COVID test for travel and CVS cancelled the appointment the same day as the appointment. Just go to Walgreens they will take care of you

These days the drive-thru line takes a ridiculously long amount of time. They have two lanes but they decided to just use one and its for covid testing as well as prescription pickup.

I have been using this CVS Pharmacy in Cottonwood Arizona for about a year now.The pharmacy staff really goes above and beyond. They take seriously how important medication is to peoples lives and are very understanding and compassionate. Julie really has it together. If theres ever an issue or problem shes the one you want to handle it.Recently insurance companies have been making changes that are making it harder and causing some problems for people when getting their medication filled smoothly, but Julie is on top of it. She makes sure she reaches out to you, lets you know the facts, and does whatever she can from her end.I think with something as personal as medication its a really important to have trust in your local Pharmacy. Nobody should have to worry about getting their medication, life is hard enough.

I love the people at this CVS they are all so friendly and helpful. The manager is always smiling and asking if he can help. The people in the pharmacy I cant express how grateful I am for them. They always make sure I have what I need and are so friendly to everyone. I hear them call e everyone by their name. Awesome place love you guys. Keep up the good work.

Very rude!The pharmacy tech who answered at the drive through was so rude and childish when I asked her to call the other 2 CVS to see if they had 1 of my 2 prescriptions...I called the manager to tell her about her employees unprofessional behavior and the manager was just as rude!Went to CVS in Camp Vde and they were awesome!

The Service Reps at CVS pharmacy/Cottonwood have provided excellent customer service throughout the years to my family. Rhonda is an example of staff knowing their customers needs and communicating with dignity and respect whether in person or on the phone when the sharing of information is needed regarding RXs. Great reflection of Sensitivity training during these stressful time ... thanks!

My insurance encourages me to use mail order for my meds. I decide to pay more to have this CVS service. This pharmacy is hands down the best in Cottonwood. Very caring and professional. Thank you CVS for such great service

Julie the pharmacist was excellent. I am very grateful for her working there. I needed to have a prescription transferred here from another pharmacy that I had been using for years because of a change in my insurance. It was time to refill my prescription so I didnt have any left of my medication. Julie had told my husband that she would do her very best, but it could take up to 5 days because there were so many people with the same situation. I was so upset about that because I couldnt be off my medication for 5 days! I started to tear up as I heard my husband on the phone. Julie assured my husband would do her best. My husband and I understand what its like to be busy at the workplace. Anyway Julie was helpful and knowledgeable, and completely unexpected that very same day she got it done!!! We got a text saying my prescription was ready to be picked up, and I didnt have to go elsewhere and pay for it. Im really grateful for people like Julie who care about other people and the job they do. Cheers to Julie! Goodbye to my old Pharmacy.

Your little check in man needs a lesson in listening and comprehension. I will not be back unfortunately. Found him rude, and would not adequately answer my question. I was only one at counter. I had been a CVS Customer of close to 20 years. You’re little man blew it...no wonder parking lot is empty....,

The pharmacists are fast, friendly, and go above and beyond to make sure youre taken care of. I recently had a pharmacist call me out of the blue to make sure that I was adjusting well to the new dose of a medication, and if I had any questions about anything at all. Really outstanding service. Also, the only store in town Ive seen thats pragmatic enough to keep their white wine and vodka in the freezer section. Thats just handy.

Stan the pharmacist is rude and slanderous.He got mad at me for going to a different pharmacy, which apparently isnt allowed. I thought I was allowed to find cheaper prices, but apparently that makes Stan angry.I will never be returning to this location.The store manager was nice, but nothing he could do. The damage was already done.This isnt the first time Ive had issues here and Im switching my insurance to StewardChoice so I can go elsewhere!Avoid this location if possible.The woman I spoke to on the phone prior to being yelled at by Stan was a grumpy old witch, too.Get it together. Youre all replaceable.

They never followed thru with insurance authorization for a script change, and offered no explanation. Customer service has gone downhill since I first began using them, and agree with previous comments that they exhibit a condescending attitude. Ive decided to switch to another pharmacy, because life is too short and one shouldnt have to deal with rude behavior.

I have to agree with others that there is room for improvement at this store. Routine business practices are often overly complicated and some staff have condescending approaches. I like the variety of products and some staff are friendly and helpful...hope we see improvement in the other areas.

Condescending customer service from the tech who has no idea what customer service means! The tech, tall blonde, conveniently with no name badge, has no business working with people. Arguing with customers is grounds for dismissal! Do not use this pharmacy!!

Will not return. I went here for handicap accessible window service. The rude man in the window refused to take my insurance card unless I went inside. Just had to transfer all my meds to another pharmacy

Basic stuff and set up for a CVS. We got some stuff at the pharmacy, quickly and without any hassle. The staff was friendly enough.

I think that the Pharmacist (female) is rude and bossy not very good with With helping the elderly people who just trying to get some help .. I have been hung up on the phone more than once by her because she just didn’t want to loose my business to another Pharmacy that are much more polite . They used to be nice but have changed over the years.
