We all call this place the chicken store in my family great employees always stocked

This place is a great place to get an assortment of items from clothing to tools to safes. It is like going into a small outdoor store. They sell all sorts of stuff for farming, gardening, lawn decor, home decor, vehicle supplies, tools and clothing.

Shopped here for awhile great customer service.

My first time in this chain and I loved it. Everything I needed and more.

Never again will we come here Michelle is the slowest cashier !!! Shes also no help at all !!

If you like Harbor Freight youll also like Tractor Supply. (Especially since we dont have a HF here in Cottonwood). This store also carries a lot of garden plants, and fertilizers. Great clearance sales on farm toys for kids after Christmas!

Customer service is the best. My favorite is Rachel. Not only does she take the time to help people but when she answers the phone for phone orders she is more than patient. Wow!! what a Great management team you have here in Cottonwood!!So i had an issue with a missing part on a purchase i spoke with Rachael Anderson an Asst Mgr. and she was Beyond helpful!! she straightened my issue out immediately. this is why i enjoy tractor supply. i went in today and the Mgr(?) Atom was also very helpful with my purchases.. i believe he never goes home. he is always there when i go into town. and last but not least, Camron my check out clerk was polite, pleasant and very helpful as well. i will continue to go here with this kind of excellent service. they are an asset to your company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Decent selection. Their ordering/stocking is weird and they will run out of things frequently. If youre coming from very far its worth a call ahead to be sure they have what youre expecting. They have great hours though and are open in the evening.

Good selection of supplies and animal food. Friendly staff, always helpful. Reasonable prices on bulk hardware. This place usually has the hardware and supplies that I need at reasonable prices. Sale priced items are difficult to find at such a bargain price.

I always have a good experience when I shop here. The prices are always fair and staff friendly.

This business buys quality, I dont mind paying a little extra for quality.bought a hatchet at Wal-Mart broke and if someone had been behind me they very likely would be dead.Tractor supply must test all the items procurement considers.GREAT BUSINESS, ETHICAL !!!

I loved the tractor supply in my hometown but this one continually messes up my order. I’m always overcharged, so make sure you check your receipts! Or better yet, make the extra drive to Prescott because they’ll handle it right.

Every staff member is very helpful. Not THD and you wont find all of that there but for all of my small stuff prices are better.

I needed some dog food (Blue Buffalo) for my dog. I dont live here in Cottonwood. Call..they have it... My dog is happy... Im happy. Thank you Tractor supply!

Ts is a great store to shop at during Christmas. They have excellent customer service, awesome sale prices and a selection for everybody. Im a regular for a reason.

I love Tractor Supply. Lots of really cool stuff. Everything from hardware, to construction tools, garden tools. They have supplies for farm animals. Hunting supplies. Even clothing.

I really appreciate the customer service at our Cottonwood Store. From the greetings when you walk into the store, the help is appreciated, and if I have to return anything, its not a problem, done fast and easy. I prefer to support Olsens which is locally owned but what I cant get there I buy here. Service is generally good and when I needed help with a special item they went above and beyond

I was shown exactly what I needed. They were in a multi-park, 4 an awesome price. He even carried it 2 my truck 4 me!! Remembered something else I needed an 4got. He Showed me where they were, xplained them All 2 me so I could purchase precisely what I needed!! Im THRILLED!! Will go back 4 All my needs!!

Friendly helpful store employees, large selection of name brand products as well as off the wall unexpected items. Seasonal plants and trees, easy return policy, well stock store, special orders desk, clean, well lit, farm animals supplies, domestic animal supplies, automotive supplies, country/western clothing and practical rancher attire, fair prices, quality products, knowledgeable staff.

Only second time in store. Bought over 500 bucks of stuff first time but this second trip very disappointing. Stock setting in floor, no way of getting cart down rows, not very clean and most of all the girl working in clothing acted like she was to busy to answer any questions. I thought at first maybe they were a step above Walmart but not sure now.

The staff always greets me when I walk in and super friendly. It is comfortable shopping here and I would recommend it to friends and family.

Found my favorite pest control I had in NM. Didnt take long either with the help of the clerk on the floor. I didnt even know that the store computer was linked so my store is linked from my old home, makes it easy for pionts.

I find these stores do not have a great selection of quality products. It’s a Made in China Store. Over priced...,The return policy stinks.. you buy it don’t like it, no money back. Just a Store Credit...

Bought some clearance item doing some impulse shopping, Got to the counter to pay and all rang up full price.. Instead of price checking it, She just asked if I still wanted to purchase it or not. Ultimately stuff I didnt need anyways and store loses sales. Back to Walmart, atleast I know display prices will be same as check out pricing.

I feed a lot of wild birds and Tractor Supply has the best bird seed I have found in the Verde Valley at the lowest prices. I simply love the store.

We were rescued during the Prescott snowpocalypse by being able to buy zip ties to fix a flapping chain on my ambulance. With the quick help of the guys we got our gear and got back in service!

Its a great store, but very expensive compared to other stores or online.
