I hadnt ever really shopped at BBW before because I love Victorias secret so much. However since V.S. closed, I visited this store. Found so many specials. Cute holders for liquid hand soap n awesome scented candles with candle holders. I love the body cream & body spray. I most definitely will be returning and I am a future shopper.

I love Bath and Body Works. Especially when they have their Buy 3 get 3 free sale! Their semi annual sales are wonderful as well. I love when they bring out retired scents. I wish they would bring back Carried Away! Then they would get 5 stars from me!

As one of the only be places left in the mall it seems unnecessary to have 5+ employees staffed for a store that size. They of course also work on commission, so youre constantly asked if you need help. I understand good customer service, but also give your customers room and time to shop.

Place was COMPLETELY trashed and glass ALL over the floors. One of the employees were running around the store freaking out saying there was glass everywhere and that she doesnt want blood all over her store, so instead of cleaning the glass up, she instead screamed about the broken glass.

The candles and perfumes are amazing. The staff is considerate and kind.

Its changed over the years. I did like the three wick fragrance candles (everything under the sun). Inventory much declined.

The sales associates are friendly and helpful dont over bother you which I like .Love the body lotions in body butters. They are on the pricey side but often had a good sales.

Im afraid that Bath and Bodyworks at the Mall of the Bluffs has become passé like the mall itself. They were a cornerstone of mall life throughout the 1990s, but alas their fragrances now are cloyingly reminiscent of aging aunties who smell too flowery and sickeningly sweet. Bath and Bodyworks is a commodity past its sell by date.

They have a lot of nice scented body washes, soaps, shampoos, conditioners. A lot of the times they also have sales.
