Purchased my first motorcycle from this dealership and had a pleasant experience. When first arriving, I didnt intend on buying anything once I found out that one of the bikes I was interested in was unavailable. However, I was introduced to the 2020 Kawasaki Ninja 400 w/ABS that only had 4 miles on it. They had it listed at a very competitive price compared to private sales and other surrounding dealers. Dan and Shawn were extremely professional, patient, and werent the typical pushy car salesman type individuals. Overall, I was very pleased with the service and am happy with my purchase!

My experience with Edwards was top notch. There was a nail in the front tire of my brand new motorcycle, and Jake caught it before I bought the bike. They replaced the tire at no charge. Good lookin out bro. My only gripe is Yamaha Corporate themselves. They need to make it easier to do business with their partners. I paid off my old bike and they could not provide ANY proof to myself or the dealership that the bike was paid off. We called Yamaha corporate and they just told us to wait the 30 days. Edwards took my trade in good faith contingent upon sending them the lien release for my old motorcycle. I appreciate all the help thank you guys!

Dan was our sales person, he was very knowledgeable, and he is a very courteous. He answered questions and made sure the we knew about the warranty. If I was to buy another bike or refer to some of my friends I would tell them that Edwards Motorsports and RVs is the best place to go.

Just picked up my new Honda CRF300L today - probably the only one left in Iowa and fresh off the truck. :) Smooth and enjoyable experience beginning to end.Jake in sales was my guy and Carl finished up the paperwork. I contacted a sales man about a jet ski for sale on Wednesday afternoon. I live 300 miles away and told them I would come down right away in the morning on Thursday to get it. I asked them to let me know if they sold it later that day so I wouldnt have to make the trip. After I drove 300 miles to Edwards on Thursday morning I was shocked to see that the jet ski had been sold and they never told me. Apparently they sold it after hours on wedsday. Total waste of my time and money. Would not recommend doing any type of business with Edwards. No communication what so ever with the customers and not willing to assume guilt when they are in the wrong.

Besides having a great selection of motorcycles and accessories, which is what originally brought me into the store, the fabulous staff keeps me coming back. I came in to buy 2 motorcycles. and wasnt ever tented to. I got short on time cause I had to be at work so I left and called on my way to work and left a message stating that I wanted 2 motorcycles and asked for a call back. its been atleast a week and a half and no call horrible customer service will never shop there again ill take my money else where and get my 2 new motorcycles where they actually tend to the customer.

Recently I’ve been interested in a 250 and he knew that. They got a mint 2018 CRF in and he immediately reached out knowing it wouldn’t last long, and it didn’t, I left the store with it that day... I was in the market for a new ATV. I had purchased at Edwards before and worked with Jake Dimmitt. He bent over backwards to assist me and got me a fantastic side by side. I went back this year and wanted a 4 wheeler that would fit in the back of my pick up with the tail gate closed. Jake helped me find exactly what I needed. There was a lot of loading and unloading involved. Jake never complained and was able to get us fixed up with a beautiful new Yamaha Kodiak. It fits and is exactly what I wanted and needed. Drove 4 hours to see a bike that was fully misrepresented, website and dealer stated mileage on bike far different than actual. No bikes were maintained, bike unable to start, no staff willing to assist and belligerent management after stating we had been waiting an hour, past our appointment.
