They charge an EXTRA $100 if towed by police.... then rude when you call 2 ask questions. They never returned my calls (I left multiple messages) and I FINALLY got them to answer after 9 am.... would not recommend!!

They tell you to leave a msg to set up a release for your vehicle, Just to block your number. All the operators are ignorant and disrespectful. The People That Actually Tow Are So Rude And Careless. Get your car asap, Saw them towing fwd cars from the rear of the car. 50$ a day storage? That is Ridiculous. I understand that have to charge a storage fee but that is absurd and 250$ for the tow, madness. Also they are closed on weekends and out by 4:30 Mon - Fri ...they have theyre times set up to get money out of you. Business is business but that doesnt mean you have to be a scam artist.

Ruined my car! Called for a jump start put cables on backwards and fried my electrical. Wont pay to fix. My cars ruined and they blocked my phone number when I asked to speak to a owner. GOOD LUCK IF YOU HAVE TO DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE.

Horrible people! Will tow your car and give you the run around to pick it up. Even going as far as blocking your number. They dont have any consideration for people who need their cars or how theyll get home. Why tow a car if youre not going to allow the owner to come pick it up? Total scum!!
