Ive bought three new batteries from ALL INTERSTATE in country club hills for three vehicles over past 5 years GREAT CUSTOMER service, Kevin at the counter was upfront and knew exactly what I needed for my sons car which I never bought a battery for as the car was purchased used from a dealer he also gave me the option of purchasing a reconditioned battery if I wanted to save some money ( I chose new) WILL came out with a meter and tested my existing battery which was on its way out and 5 years old. If you swap your battery outside they even offer you the tools to use if you dont have yours with. The trucking company I drive for gets their batteries from this store. I even purchased one last year for my work car from Will right off his delivery truck while at my work GREAT PRICES, CUSTOMER SERVICE & WARRANTY GIVE THEM A TRY!!

Interstate battery battery is a great place to buy battery they dont overcharge you they dont put batteries in but their prices are very good and so if you need a new battery go there and get it if you need to use very go there and get it because they are not charging lots of money for what they dont even install but their products are wonderful so have a great day going to the battery place and this one is in I think thats Markham thank you so much

The rating is (-) 12(-a dozen) NO category for it, 4/29/2019, MONDAY, I called and the attendant (he should not be there, He BELONG INSIDE THE SHOP W/O CUSTOMER CONTACT; BETTER YET FIRED. who pick the call was very sarcastic/rude/belligerent. My assumption was that it was a Bad day for him being MONDAY.I gave him 1 day to calm down, and I called today 11am, 5/1/2019, He displayed the same nomenclature again.I called the INTERSTATE @ MOKENA, ILLINOIS INTERSTATE OWNER,, JANICE was very professional.But this guy @ MARKHAM Illinois will scare customers away, he is jack from hell.These are my recommendations, for MARKHAM INTERSTATE OWNER,1) Train him w/customer service capabilities.2) Negate him to have Customer contacts.3) Negativity for the business will be you will be out of Business, if this persist w/o corrective actions.Good luck, as I am praying for the Owner of the Business @ MARKHAM, ILLINOIS

My Husband and I have purchased many Interstate Batteries from this location over the years for our business and personal cars.I used to be fiercely loyal to the brand until the batteries no longer performed as the used to. The warranty and customer service standards are a thing of the past. Most recently, my husband took marine batteries that were not maintaining a charge. The batteries are just over a year old and when installed in the boat are on a computer controlled charger/maintainer. When the boat is in storage for the winter, they are on a trickle charger. The batteries were taken in to the store and the associate said that the batteries had to be left so that they could be charged and tested. I was given a couple of loaner batteries so that the boat could be moved to storage. About a month later I received a call from the store stating that the batteries were bad and that I could keep the loaner batteries or return them for a replacement. Upon my husband taking the batteries to the store he was told that they made a mistake and that the batteries were no longer under warranty and that they would not be replaced. In Chicago the boating season is maybe six months so according to them the batteries would need to be replaced yearly...I am very disappointed that a once stellar product has become mediocre like most things these days. I will be searching for a marine battery that the manufacturer will stand behind and will last more than one year and it wont be Interstate! I am a devotee no more.

They refuse to honor warranties. Tried to give me a $15 core on a battery that was brand new and installed only 34 months,after they kept it for a week to check it all out. Said I bought it wholesale from them... I am not a retailer..jus want my car to run...
