I’ve been coming here ever since it was heritage health foods and while I may miss it, I am very appreciative of Sunrise being able to have acquired it when they did. This store is always peaceful and you find such great quality items that can tend to not be at your other grocery stores. I know we love to get things all in one place but i don’t ever mind making another stop to get what I want from this place. If you ever need help locating a product or have questions they never hesitate to help you and that says a lot.

My 1st and last experience with this store. I ordered a smoothie the day prior however it was too sweet to drink which I explained to management. They were charging me for a replacement smoothie. I explained it was my 1st time ordering inwhich I paid over $7 per smoothie and I ordered 2 and did not remember the exact ingredients. He stated I would have to pay. I am completely flabbergasted no customer service no nothing just NO. I will not be going back to this business ever again and glad it happened my 1st visit. I can spend my money where there is true customer service.

This place has so many organic options, however it’s more expensive than Whole Foods….very pricey place.

I like shopping here. They are well stocked and the staff is well informed. The juice bar is a nice bonus.Great hours and 7 days a week.

This location has even more of a variety of products than the Flossmoor branch! They especially have wider range of beauty and personal care items here. I also like that theyre open on Sundays, which is great when you run out of something suddenly.

Oh my god this place is AMAZING! As a vegan it is difficult for me to find certain products and foods but this store had almost everything I was looking for! As soon as I walked in someone was willing to help us she was super enjoyable and helpful. I found a vegan ranch dressing here that is delicious it is called organicville. They also had a juice stand where the lady there informed me vegan drinks I can order! My drink was fantastic and the women was super kind. I highly reccomend stopping in this store even if youre not vegan! My mother (a non vegan) tried the smoothie and thought it was very tasty. Thank you Sunrise Health Foods!

My go to health food store

Ive been going here for a while. Its a pretty cool place. You can find all types of food (vegan/vegetarian friendly). You can find all types of vitamins and supplements. Even has some wines. Staff is very friendly. Could be pricey on sold items. Worth a visit.

Why? did they change this into Sunrise health food store, Heritage health food store was much better!! They valued their customers and even had 20% off day once a month to show appreciation.

Fascinating ♥️

I stopped in one day to inquire about a supplement to help with led cramps that I get while exercising. No doctors have been able to help figure this out and had been struggling with the cramping all my life. I figured Id give it one more try and explained things to Ken at Sunrise, he recommended a product called Muscle Ease by Redd Remedies and I have been cramp free for the first time ever. The associates here are very knowledgeable and they offer high quality products!

This is place is great for a healthy alternative option. They have great food and products. The people who work here are very knowledable about herbs and other products that are sold here. There smoothie bar is awesome and they sell soup here. Once a month they have a free lunch sampling of different foods but they always have different samples of their products through out the store daily.

Lists as dog friendly on Google Maps, but NOT DOG FRIENDLY. Only service dogs are allowed in. Otherwise, its a very nice store with excellent service.

Just needed info before I made a 40 min drive.. Called to ask about a product, lady left me on hold forever and a day & never came back.

Terrible!!!! I had about 100.00 dollars in items to purchase. I had three bottles water that were marked at 1.09 in the store. At the cashier, she indicated that the water was mislabeled and it was about an 80 cent price increase for each bottle. I was concerned about this and asked for a price adjustment to meet the price that was marked on the shelves. It was all out confusion at this point because they begin to call about two different managers to the front of the store for me to show them the mislabeled item. I walked over to the shelves and explained why I wanted the price that it was labeled. Now it was the managers time to explain to me that she was giving me nothing and that it was my tough luck. Then she just walked away from me. I was so much in shock.. I couldnt gather my words fast enough... So once I returned to the cashier, I received another verbal attack by another manager. Now usually I am very outspoken and would have said a couple of choice words. However, I took to social media to talk about my experience. By the way, I never purchased the other items that cost about 100.00.. The store picked to fight over 2.40.. Over the purchase of 100.00 dollars.Amazing....

Great for the neighborhood but this store is WAY OVER PRICED!!! Sad to eat health you have to pay for it. A package of Beyond Meat was over priced at $12.19!!!!!! Jewel’s has it regular for $9.99 and ALWAYS has it on sale buy one get one free!! Now that’s a sale. Shame on this store owner for over pricing consumers.

Heritage Health Foods has an incredible selection of products focusing on natural, organic, holistic, and sustainable living practices featuring many hard to find items from a variety of cultural influences. Visit once and youll be back. Its a great place to dive into alternative foods, health care products, and even household supplies. I started by researching interesting items I found on the shelves and purchased a few items that suited me. As you become more knowledgeable you will realize how great of a resource a store like this can be!

Very cool health food store! I live in Indiana and go all the way over there to just to get a drink from the juice bar!!! They have the best drinks by far! Place is super nice and clean and they have tons of products and food.

Love this place all youre healthy Needs in one place food, hair, body, and more. Plus they accept EBT!! Just dont like the smell in this place when I walk in, but I known its the smell of all the natural items they sell.

Ive had a not very good experience with one of their staff members, but she ended up appologizing for her attidue. Overall, theyre always helpful and friendly here. Never tried their juice bar. I always find what i need. Super clean. Love it.

I love this place. Great Smoothies, Produce, groceries, Personal Care, Pets etc. Would give it a 5 star if they didnt run out of stuff so often and if they carried non-alcoholic wines.

This place is beyond frustrating, and the staff is pathetic. I rarely give poor reviews and pride myself on finding the positive out of a situation but these folks are hopeless.I have the most simple request...a strawberry and pineapple smoothie with the immuno boost. I order it and get told I should just buy the immuno boost smoothie. However my grandmother hates Apples and would like to replace it with yogurt...cant do that. Am I sure I want the immuno boost?Like seriously, Ive ordered this drink three times and Ive had this discussion three times...where it takes me 5-10 minutes just to order. I wouldnt deal with this nonsense except that this shake is one freaking thing she takes fully.Then I ask to just get the immune boost and some lady talks down to me.The service here is horrible. Period.

I brought weight gainer & when returning the item back the next day because it looked used. The manager ignorant made me keep it even though I had a receipt. Nice sexy women in the thats workers very friendly but ignorant Manager must be on her period!!Hopefully she take something for that at her job.
