First of all, Britt (Store Manager) was amazing. I initially spoke to her by phone when she called to confirm my reservation. She was very polite and welcoming. I experienced the same great customer service once I arrived. She was very helpful and very patient as I asked a million questions. Britt made sure I understood everything. The facility was very clean and organized. I felt nothing but positive vibes. I am a returning customer but new to this facility. My only regret is not finding this particular location sooner.

Stopped in today to arrange for a climate controlled unit and was taken care of by Britt I must say this young lady was a joy to work with. She is an exceptional employee who does an awesome job in making your experience a stress free one. She took time to explain and show me around the facility and I appreciate that. I received absolute superb customer care from Brittany Manning-Bolling, Manager, during the recent water flood. She was an excellent communicator, giving us all of the pertinent details for us to file a claim. She also proactively pursued relocated the contents of our unit. Brittany was extremely knowledgeable of the process which gave us great comfort in the midst of a chaotic situation. She was phenomenal and made us appreciate doing business with ExtraSpace Storage.

Extra Space storage is the best and this location is good. They accommodate business access after hours plus climate controlled units. Very easy getting in and out.Only thing to work on is garage door being broke for almost 3 months. Plus customer service is dry and unwelcoming except when your buying something.Ill recommend this place to anyone looking to storage. Especially if you just want to get in and out.

(Update 10/22/2019 - I reduced my star rating as I have since let go of my storage unit due to rapid price risings as well as the frequent changes in ownership.) ... Rod was great. Helped me pick the right size space, provided alternative sites to suit my needs and ultimately was able to accommodate me at this location. Building clean, secure and storage space big/ wide, clean and affordable. Would recommend.

I went online and secured an quote for a 10’ x 15’. Shortly after I receive a call from Rod the facility manager to view the space. I had a few concerns regarding space and location of the unit, but Rod was able to help me. I found him knowledgeable and will to address my needs. Came in to store some furniture. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The process was easy and simple. Facility was clean and secure. I definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a quality storage space.

It is my first time using storage and I shopped around. They are the cleanest and friendliest in the area. The girls at the front desk are great. I was in a rush at the time of move in and both of the managers worked together to help speed up the process but it still took too long. I was told the process was 15 minutes and it took 35 minutes which is why I rated them a 4 star. However, they get 5 star for being friendly and having such a clean place to store my stuff. I think they could work on shortening the lease process. We are not buying a house it is just storage.
