Absolutely lovely place and lovely people who work there. So attentive and made me feel at ease as I was so nervous.I found my wedding dress and Im so excited but without them making me feel that way I wouldnt be. 5/5 stars I would thoroughly recommend 😁

I had my wedding dress alterations done here back in October 2020. I was recommended to Karen by a family member and can honestly say this was the best decision. Karen was able to alter my dress perfectly and I felt like a princess. Such care and effort went in to making my dress fit me like a glove. When I tried it on again during the last appointment, I couldn’t stop smiling (behind my mask of course, as the store was following the gov guidance and is very COVID secure and safe). The staff here are very welcoming and friendly and the store is beautiful and clean. I will be 100% recommending to all my friends and family.

We had such a lovely time at the prom parlour yesterday! From our first phone call when booking an appointment for my daughter back in December, I had a good feeling about this place.They have always kept us upto date on changes during lockdown, The ladies were so welcoming - nothing was too much trouble and.... there is a huuuuuggeee beautiful selection of dresses here!Every girls dream! 😍After a bad experience with a different prom shop today, we were able to return to The prom parlour to secure a deposit on my daughters perfect dress. Thankyou so much for going above and beyond for us!We wish you all the best for the future💗

I honestly cannot recommend highly enough, soon as walked in was made to feel welcome allowed me to zoom call my bridal party and allowed me to take photos. They pulled extra dresses that I didnt look at and it turned out the one they pulled was my YES dress and had my moment with my dress that I will never forget.

My daughter and myself visited the shop yesterday and boy what am amazing experience it was . My daughter was made to feel very special from the minute we walked into the shop. The knowledge and experience they have is priceless, and she looked stunning in the dress Donna picked for her, and Lorriane chose the best veil and tiara to go with the dress .Ladies you truly are the best . I was a little anxious going (being an older woman) but they made me feel so relaxed it was a marvellous experience. The staff were so helpful and they did have an input into my dress with their ideas and experiences in the wedding dress line.

I would have given more starrs to this place if that was an option.The place is amazing and the people working there cant be compared to anyone else in the field. The quality of the dresses and the professionalism is second to none.Highly recomend, dont waste your time going anywhere else.

Wow wow wow. I would like to thank Karen for all the hard work she put in to make my graduation party dress look so beautiful. The dress I bought was extremely long and she did a brill job of shortening it without losing the design of the dress. If Im being honest her alteration gave the dress a better flow and stunning look. Nothing was too much trouble for Karen she was amazing and even when I wanted further adjustment she readily asked me to bring the dress in. Amazing service, bubbly and professional. I always think its the service that makes for a great experience in terms of wedding suppliers. Id been to a few dress shops prior to Proposals, but Proposals stood out for me because of the lovely and enthusiastic nature of everyone working there. I picked my own dress, no one told me what to wear, I was given freedom to choose what I liked. The dresses are affordable and absolutely beautiful, and Karen and the girls kind nature and enthusiasm made the experience all the more enjoyable. My dress and my bridesmaids dresses were beautiful and Karen bent over backwards to assure the dresses were all perfect for the day! I couldnt recommend Proposals enough!

Karen and the team are fantastic, this is the shop you can trust to make your big day special! The staff are very attentive and friendly.The customer care Ive received thus far has been excellent, and I cant wait for Karen to make the amendments to my dress. Ive vised most of the bridal shops in Coventry but have to say that by far this shop is teh best. please visit but for looking afar. You wont be disappointed!

After purchasing an internet dress which didnt fit, (too small) these wonderful ladies, Carol and Karen saw us at late notice. With only 3 weeks to the wedding, Carol traded in the other dress for one in the shop.Karen saw us at 18.45 on the same day we contacted them.Dress picked and alterations wil be completed by 02/03/19ready for the day.Dont hestitate to go into this shop, they are dream makers.Thank you both

Im not one to leave bad reviews but I cant get over the disappointing experience we had at proposals! My friend has brought a dress from the shop months ago and went back today for her first fitting! After calling half an hour before the appointment out of courtesy to say we might be 5 minutes late, we got told if your any later than 10 minutes I wont be able to see you :/ okay! So when we turned up 5 minutes late the lady was up stairs and shouted down for the bride to get into the dress and she will come down! Considering it was such an issue we were late, We had to wait 5 minutes for her come down! The bride walked out of the changing room after no assistance getting into the dress, the lady walked over and I cannot express how uninterested she seemed! The first question she asked was your not from around here are you, it will probably be easier for to take the dress and get it altered nearer to yours!!! So after 5 minutes of discussing that a price had already been agreed for alterations with them she was having none of it! All in shock with the attitude we were receiving the bride agreed! The bride then asked, can I quickly try on some veils, the response was not today, I havent got time, even tho we heard her say on the phone your my next appointment Ill see you at 10.30, we left the shop at 9.50!!! The bride got out of her dress and we left! We went to wed2be in Hinckley and received fantastic service and got the vail from there not even an hour after leaving proposals! I cant express how disappointed we are with the service that has been received! The after service has been disgraceful, we feel like the dress has been paid for and thats all that matters! One star is too much!!!

Please do NOT expect any service from this lady ‘karen’ who owns the studio. Her manners, her cold uncaring attitude really needs to be addressed if she wants to have a successful business. We received terrible treatment from this woman which resulted in us having to take the dresses away to be altered by a fabulous lady. I can quite literally tell you now that my sister is no diva all she expected was some respect and help with the whole process. There is no can do attitude in this shop, no compassion at all. I would be very mindful before buying from this shop, once dresses were paid for service was gone....I rarely write reviews I’m in sales and I understand how the general public can be difficult on occasions however in this case she had the easiest customers in the world! The service was odd and uncomfortable not what you expect when buying a wedding dress! Please be mindful ...be prepared to walk on egg shells and have either a good service or a terrible one like ours! I would not recommended.

Amazing ... i dont usually write reviews online but i thought i would to let everyone know how brilliant this shop it not only does it do beautiful wedding dresses but today i went in there today looking for my prom dress and i found one! the women there was very helpful and attentive im in love with the shop and cant wait to go back and pick up my dress

Absolutely awful service!...They are quick enough to allow you in the shop for as long as you like sell everything to you..soon as theyve got that sale..boom!.. service is out the window, havent got time for you, tell you they are closing soon but according to the opening times on the window weve still got an hour left?The lady who dealt with my friend was so so rude my friend actually walked out the shop burst into tears! To top off the worst experience ever my friends dress actually broke minutes before walking down the Isle! And we spent 20 minutes trying to put her back together with safety pins..to which the groom thought he had been stood up!AVOID!Considering this is probably the last bridal shop in coventry town centre it wouldnt suprise me if its gone soon too!

Thanks to this studio for my beautiful wedding dress ever...lady there was very helpful and give us a great choice and support which is needed on that important and stressful situation! 😊 Warmly recommed to all ladies!
